One of, if not, the best kitchen and bath supply stores in Michigan. Friendly customer service that satisfies every customers needs. The showroom is stunning with every imaginable item you may need, or wish for to compliment your kitchen and bathroom remodels. The customer service representative I worked with went out of her way to assist me while offering great advice.

I had an amazing experience working with my sales rep Renee! I came in so confused on which handles to purchase for my unique cabinets. Renee knew exactly what type of handles I needed and put me completely at ease. She suggested several styles until I found the exact one. She was so knowledgeable and patient but also personable. I can truly see us being friends after this wonderful experience.

I was highly disappointed in this place. They were recommended to me by a local countertop fabricator to help with my kitchen remodel. I stopped in Tuesday morning Aug 25th and was told I needed an appointment. I completed a form to request an appointment. I asked if I could walk around and the receptionist said yes. I saw no fewer than 4 salespeople sitting at their desks without a customer. I never received a call regarding my appointment request and went online the next day to request an appointment via their website. It's now Friday the 28th and still no call. I am currently working from home so was not ""gussied up"" when I stopped in. I'm sure they thought I was not a worthy customer and did not have the money to afford their products based on the attitude of the employees. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I can't imagine what their response would be if you ever had a problem with a purchase. I will be purchasing my copper farmhouse sink, Watermark sink and pot filler faucets, and cabinet hardware elsewhere. The only reason I rated it 2 stars is because they have a lovey showroom and large selection of items. They are severely lacking in customer service.

My experience with Wittock was horrible. I guess if you are an expert on cabinets and sinks you will do ok but if you are going to depend on the expertise of the salespeople (at least the one I worked with), forget it. On my first visit, I went in with a diagram with measurements (including door swing) of my very small bathroom and explained exactly what I was looking for in a cabinet and sink. I had to basically interrogate the salesperson to get information and twice I ordered based on her expertise and twice I should have consulted with a real expert. She is definitely not an expert unless it was that I was just wasting her time on a $2000 order. I will never go here again.

My husband and I simply cannot say enough about John Mazzara and Wittock.
Through the COVID craziness, John worked tirelessly with us on our bathroom and kitchen projects.
He responded with texts, phone calls, and links or pictures in the most timely way. If he didn't have answers to our questions, he got back with us faster than we thought possible. John was knowledgeable about any and all plumbing products and actually listened to us with regard to our taste and price points.
Wittock and John will always come highly recommended. We are thrilled having worked with them and the professionalism displayed during these trying times.

I had come here a few times over the years to look at the beautiful trends. I will agree, they need to work on their ability to make the ""average"" customer feel welcomed when you walk in. This is a place designers and builders go for that WOW factor and spend tens of thousands. Unique and very luxurious, and still various price points to choose from. However this is not a place to go if looking for big box store experience. But hey, we have dozens of those within 5 miles of Wittock. IMO my order was small, but my Salesperson Christina gave me 2 hours on first meeting. I personally think the best person here is the manager Todd Vangeissen. Very friendly! Had a small hiccup with a unique up-flush toilet. He was very helpful and made my problem much better. Definitely need to call in advance and make that appointment if you want personal assistance and learn about all the cool stuff available. Otherwise great place to walk around start dreaming. Great parts counter too!
