I ordered an expensive faucet and was told it would take 6 wks. After 7 wks I called only to find it had been in their storeroom 3 weeks without a call. I left a complaint with the manager and never even got a call back. A friend said same happened to her.Good products, nice people at store, but poor follow through and lousy customer service by management.

We recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home. Let me tell you, I have never received better customer service than I did here. Since we started over from scratch, we needed EVERYTHING! Kimberly was able to help us design our dream bathrooms and we were able to order all fixtures, vanities, and accessories right from them. I will definitely be going back to Wittock when we redo our kitchen. Thanks for everything!

Big showroom with lots to look at. Prices listed are high but there is a purchasing process that will yield ""discounts"". Great place to shop when you want to see the fixtures in person. More to look at than Home Depot or Lowes and a better experience than online shopping. Primary business is contractor supply.

Anyone that wants to experience rudeness and high prices just go here and you will get a full dose. The employees there are hard to find, take forever to wait on you and when they do the negative attitude is unimaginable especially in these days and times. We have had this experience several times now while we have renovated 3 homes and will not do business with them again. My guess is that walk in business is a PITA so maybe they should change there business model. Their negative reputation is spreading so I guess the owner will get what they deserve.

Purchased bathroom vanity semi custom cabinets 4 weeks ago. Paid extra for hardware and hardware holes to be drilled. Cabinets came in and no phone call, we had to call to check on the order. Picked them up and noticied hardware holes were not drilled. they picked back up to drill the holes. When we got the cabinets back almost all of the doors and drawers were damaged with nicks, scratches, stain missing. the tower had a huge gap between seams. Went back to the store and they said they would call the manufacturer to have replacement pieces. After two days no resolution they seemed to get annoyed with us. Retured everything for a full refund. Terrible customer service I will never go back to this place. Maybe they treat contractors better. If you're just an individual steer clear! Our experience was so bad our project schedule is pushed out 4 weeks with no vanity and sinks for our out of town guests coming in a month. I would give them no stars if I could. No aplogies given to us for all our wasted time and aggrevation.

You have to wait a while for someone to wait on you, not a very friendly place. Selection is out of site and prices are what you would expect from a high end kitchen & bath supply place. So its a mixed bag for this place which is why I only gave it a 3 star review.

I walked in looking for in-stock items. It was 4pm on July 3rd (they were closing in an hour). Christine was efficient, courteous and overall very pleasant. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for bathroom/kitchen renovation supplies.
The showroom is beautiful, comprehensive and clean.

We went there with intention to spend, redoing 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Not one person acknowledged us the entire 45 min we were there. As a matter of fact, one of the cackling hens cut my wife off on the way to refill her cup of coffee and laughed. We saw some really nice stuff, but no service. I even called back and asked for a manager or someone in charge and she said that there really wasn't anyone today, I said ""That makes total sense."" She said that they were really busy, to which I responded, ""no you're not! we were just there, you have more people working than there were customers. Maybe you should break up the 3 hens up front cackling together."" (let me guess, she was probably one of them). Business must be pretty good to let work walk out the door unsolicited. We will NEVER go back!

Customer service is pretty bad. I ordered parts in early February, never got a call. I called after a few weeks and they said they couldn't find my order. I left a voicemail with the salesman and he never returned my call. I returned to the store and they mysteriously found my parts, that had been sitting there for a month with my name and phone number on them. When I went to install the parts they were the wrong ones! I'll take my business somewhere else, thank you.

Wittock bath supply is a great spot, very helpful staff and, depending on what you buy, it's very reasonable. Brands ranging from affordable to opulent. the only downside - be prepared to wait over an hour for an assistant on a saturday...
