No call no showed on us after promising to call and be there within a few hours. We WAITED ALL FREAKING DAY when I could have called a different company. Now my water bill will be outrageous. So disrespectful.

HEB plumbing answered an evening call to try and resolve my plumbing woes. Another plumber came in prior and busted a hole in my toilet. Ron came in and pulled the toilet and plugged the sewage gas that was leaking into my house due to another plumber that did a horrible job. HEB plumbing came in and saved the day and resolved all my plumbing issues. They even installed a new toilet that I bought as a courtesy. Plumbing issues are never fun, however HEB worked hard right before he holidays and gave us a major peace of mind. I highly recommend HEB plumbing for all your plumbing needs. The scope of our project included replacing our entire concrete/cement sewer line with PVC. Now we have good slopes and out toilets flush properly. Thanks again to Ron and his team.

I was in the process of selling my house. We had to have foundation work done which required a hydrostatic test afterwards to verify there was no damage to the plumbing. The foundation company had someone perform the test. He had to do the test 3 times because he "couldn't get a good seal on the pipes" or he didn't want to dig up the clean out drain.

When he finished he stated that we failed the test, and of course referred us to the sister company (Integrity Plumbing/IPR) that of course is a plumbing company. So...like a dummy I called them out to "locate" my leak. They showed up on time at 9:00 AM, and the guy was there until 4:00 PM. He said he would show me any leaks that he found on his camera, and also would make sure that I was made aware of what damages needed to be repaired. At 4:00 he came to me not having shown me any pictures or anything but quoting me $17K worth of repairs. I was shocked. He left and called me back about 30 minutes later stating that he had misquoted me...it should have only been $10K.

Of course I wanted a second opinion. In comes HEB plumbing and Ron Winn to the rescue. Ron explained the procedure to properly do a hydrostatic test, which was not done by the other guy. Ron quoted me off of the quote/diagram from the other quote, and was only $4700. Ron insisted on performing the hydrostatic test first and was only willing to do the work if the test failed.

Ron performed the test on our clean water combing into the house and our sewer lines leaving the house. There was no leak at all. Ron performed the test exactly how he stated that the test needed to be performed. He went above and beyond and allowed the test to go for an hour and a half when it only needed to go for 15 minutes.

Ron was very thorough in his explanations as to why he does stuff, and how things need to be done. He made sure to explain things in layman terms so that I wasn't confused or misled by anything.

I would recommend Ron Winn and HEB to anyone who wants someone honest and thorough. I will use Ron from now on for any work.

HEB recently installed two water heaters in our home. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. The plumber and his assistant worked steadily and explained what they were doing and why. They found a major issue in our vent systems that could have been a dangerous situation. The vent pipes were clogged with debris from birds and squirrels. They cleared the debris and even climbed on our roof to remove a bird nest at the top of the vent. I would definitely call them again for our plumbing needs.

On Sunday, September 18th, Ron Winn with HEB Plumbing came out to the house, about 1 1/2 hour, after our initial call. We had both bathrooms flooding, and needed a main drain clean out. They charged us $180, which in retrospect, and viewing their website, should've been $160, with numerous discounts available. Of course, no mention of any this. They unclogged the drain, told us not to use flush-able wipes, wrote the invoice, and we're gone, within 30 minutes.

Fast forward to Friday, September 23, it was clogged, again. My wife tried to call, numerous times, while I was at work, leaving messages, with no reply. When I got home, I called, numerous times, and left an email. Seeing as, we (over)paid for a service, from a company that states 24/7 Warranty Service, we continued to call, and make contact, to redo the clean out. No one called, replied to my email, or anything.

On Sunday, September 25, I waited till 11:30 am, for some type of reply. At least, call, or email, and tell us that your not going to stand by your policies, you so proudly, broadcast on your website. I decided to go to Home Depot, and rent an auger, similar to what the plumbers used. This cost me $79, which is what I should've done in the first place. I cleaned out the drain, and so far, so good.

I don't understand the lack of integrity our society has reduced itself to. I want to expose those who can't, or won't, live up to what they state, for the sake of those hard working, upstanding businesses.

Don't send your business their way, there are plenty of other plumbing services available, or DIY, like I had to.

Called them at 10 AM on a Sunday morning and was advised it would be three hours before they would come and repair our toilet, after 6 hours I called and received no answer , left a message and no call back. If they were not going to show up it would have been nice if they could have called so I could call someone else,they did the same to my mother-in law but I chose to try them,what a mistake,hard to believe a business could be so rude

THREE TIMES they set an appointment to come out to my house and do some plumbing work on my shower and twice they no call no showed. Then they tried to make up some excuse about how there was an emergency plumbing situation at a nursing home and they had to attend to it. That might fly if it was only once, but definitely was just an excuse after THREE times. I will never ever consider using this company again.

So the owner just replied to my review, but the person he referenced is not me. And it's absolutely inappropriate to share someone's name, address, and phone number in that manner. But actually I'm a female with a home in another city, and there was ZERO communication after my initial call where I was told someone would be out. Emails were not returned, and the one time your phone actually rang instead of having a busy signal, I left a voicemail that was unreturned. Thanks for judging the level of my emergency though. I didn't have time to look for a million other plumbers, and my drain was draining just slow, so I waited out hoping to hear from you. I am sure there are plenty of plumbing emergencies, but if you say you are going to be to a customer's house and you can't make it, CALL. But after coming to this site to see if other people had the same problems, and seeing all of these responses, I can't imagine letting this company in my home. These responses are so rude, inappropriate, and self righteous.

I own a business, and I'll work until 3am to finish filling customer's orders. Even though this company touts 24/7 service, that apparently isn't the case.

If you want to check out my other reviews, you will see which company I submitted a contact form on their website on Sunday night, and called me at 8am Monday and they had my drain cleaned by 11am Monday for $191.

Have called them out twice this year for different reasons and would call again. Very satisfied with both attitude and level of service. Saved us some serious money. Not the cheapest per hour, but overall job costs each time were a good value. I particularly liked the way work was estimated, then progress on the task explained to me as the work was being done.

Would have given 5 stars, but not enough call-outs to get a feel for overall capabilities and response times. My wife and I were both favorably impressed, however. Perhaps in the future.
