We called Wilson for furnace maintenance. The owner was great. He arrives on time, took his time to properly service our furnace, ensured it was running properly, and tested for carbon monoxide. We will use Wilson not only for furnace maintenance, but any other HVAC and plumbing nee we have.

Called Wilson this past Sunday morning, after my usual guy wouldn't answer my call from Saturday. He was at my house working on my system by that afternoon. Needed to pick up parts, and was back at my house Monday morning. Gave me a great price, did great work, knows his stuff, showed up quickly. Could not be happier with his work. Do yourself a favor and hire this guy you will be in good hands. A+

I spoke via phone and confirmed two separate appointments for Ductless Mini-Split maintenance in Milton and South Boston. I was asked to send via texts the locations when we finished the call, which I did.

Then the day before the first appointment I texted again to confirm the appointment. No response.

The morning of the appointment I called and got a text response stating that he would call me back. That never happened and he never showed for the appointment.

Is it too much to ask that if you aren't going to keep an appointment that you have the decency to communicate that? I took time off of work to be there and Wilson showed a complete lack of respect for my time.

Wilson installed a new heat pump in my home. The price was on target. The quality was excellent. The installation was quick and neat. They cleaned up after they were done. Why not be transparent and list your service areas. And just because it was 2 hours travel time to my address, why blow me off?

Twice I've been in need and twice I've received excellent and quick service. I love the electronic invoice for my records. He is my go to for HVAC needs. I tried Angi/ HomeAdvisor 3-4 times and no one could help!!! Answers questions on the job. Comes prepared so he doesn't have to come back 2-3 times. My girlfriend and tenants are happy to have heat again!!

I had a water heater fail. I called a bunch of plumbers, and had a bunch of quotes which were not at all reasonable (the worst was more than 2x Wilson's -- clearly trying to take advantage of people in an emergency).

I got a recommendation from one of my neighbors for Wilson's. I'm glad I did:

- Very fair quote

- Competent and did got work.

- Friendly and flexible.

- Gave a lot of good advice too. Generous with his time.

A water heater replacement is pretty simple. However, we talked through a few other options, such as a combi or a inline water heater, as well as other issues around the house. I do a lot of simpler home maintenance myself, and the high level of competence came across clearly.

It took a while, but I'm glad I found an honest, reliable business to help me with my plumbing and HVAC.
