Wilson has been our greatest find since moving to the North Shore. Our water heater was overdue for a replacement and started leaking. Wilson gave us a preliminary quote just based on the description of the leak. After sending him photos, he sent us a final quote far LESS than the original quote. AND he said he could be at our house at 9am the next day. Wilson is fair and efficient. He came to the house and installed the water heater quickly. We have had absolutely no problems. We will definitely be using Wilson in the future.

I had a fairly simple request (disconnecting a dryer and capping off the gas pipeline). Wilson responded incredibly fast, came over the next day, did the job both expediently and thoroughly, and charged a better rate than any of the estimates I received. The whole time he was super courteous and accommodating.

My heat stopped working yesterday -they came over the same afternoon to assess the situation. My issue was pretty bad-burned out Motor inductor and a crack on heat exchanger ....This was a blessing in disguise because the crack would definitely get bigger and then there would be the threat of CO2 leaking through the house.
By code, everything was shut down-and Wilson's returned this morning and replaced the furnace AND cleaned out my a/c coil which was filthy.

He was so kind, professional and honest. I am extremely thankful for the amazing service. Highly recommend (and already have recommended to my friend!).
