Needed some work done in May - submitted a request - no response after a week - followed up and was responded to with ""We have been extremely busy with people without air conditioning with this 90+ weather. They will be in touch with you soon regarding yoru request. "". Needless to say - they never followed up which was disappointing as a prior good customer. Found a new go-to team in Littleton.

We have had Wilson Brothers service our central AC system for many years. They are very knowledgeable about central AC systems. Their service people are very professional, courteous, and friendly and take the time to answer any questions I might have. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Wilson Brothers!

Called on a Friday morning several times for an emergency. They responded later afternoon that Friday, and had a tech out to us that following Wednesday. (best they could do) We were quoted a price for parts, to which an owner stated the tech had no idea on pricing, and their quote was hiked $450 more! Long story short, just found out they lied. The part Needed was NOT the motor, (which they were charging us $1200 for... it was a computer board that needed replacing. AWFUL! always get a second opinion! They also had a dispatch fee included for $89!

I had ""my"" oil company (who I will not name) come out to service the furnace a couple months back and they told me that my oil tank was compromised, that I would need a new one in the not so distant future. So I asked for a quote from them to replace it. Plus I got 2 other estimates to do the replacement, as anyone doing this kind of job should do. ""My"" oil company that has been filling and servicing my home for years was over $1000 higher than Wilson Bros. I had a conversation with Tom Wilson, he sent his installation manager out that day. We agreed on a price - That was Tuesday, Today is Thursday, Old Tank gone and the new tank installed - They were here about 4-1/2 hours and bam.. All done! Excellent work gentlemen, thank you for your speedy and efficient service. If you don't look around you'll never find out what is better that you may be missing by doing the same old, same old. Wilson Bros won themselves a customer!

Had a 5 year old Goodman (GMSS96) furnace end up with a cracked Heat exchanger. The replacement exchanger would have taken 3 weeks to obtain (only available though Goodman). Decided to have Wilson Bros change out the entire furnace where we had a few issues in the past. No pressure from Wilson to go with a new furnace whatsoever. They thought it was a shame to replace a 5 year old repairable unit however we went with an American Standard (S9X1) which they sell. Basically an exact replacement (form, fit, function). It was an easy swap and roughly took a whole 2.5 hours to replace and was up and running. Great experience from initial tech analysis, sales, replacement estimator, installation estimator and final install team. Would highly recommend.

Wilson Bros. is as good as it gets; friendly, professional, thorough. They really know their business and have a very comforting down to earth approach towards their customers. We started getting our heating oil from them last winter and saved a bunch of money each month with their budget plan compared to the one we were previously using. Service staff are always very respectful of your living space and always wear masks and gloves.
This summer we are replacing our A/C unit and adding some mini-splits. Paul and Michele are helping through every aspect of the design, rebates and state program process. Couldn't be happier with their service. Nice people...means alot these days. A+ for service excellence

Wilson Bros. came down the other day for our annual service for our furnace and air conditioner. They showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work.

The service rep. was a young man that was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed at what a good job he did and he even took great care to clean up when he was done.
