Great Plumbing Company! Called this morning and they came out within 3 hrs! Found the problem. Toilet had roots growing under it!! Fixed it in less than an hour. Caleb was great! Highly recommend!

Willis Bros installed a tankless system for me and everything went as planned, they were on time, all was well. If I had questions I could call them, FaceTime, anything. Thirteen months later, in other words one month out of the year warranty that covers everything, my tankless system stopped working. No hot water! Nathan spent a long time on the phone with Rheem and was hung up on, talked to in circles, talked to Rheem employees who were either clueless or pretending to be clueless. He had to go to Home Depot and back, another day all the way to Fergusons, to get parts or testing tools they said he needed to test my unit and nothing worked. We had to wait for some part I bought from them that wasn't correct. All this took many days to work out, get parts, etc. It felt very much like they were trying to give us the runaround so that we would give up. We were without hot water for a week. Nathan did not give up! He pushed them to give me a new unit and they finally relented. He installed the new unit. I really appreciate his efforts.
Not to mention they are all very nice people.

I called and the actual plumber answered. Air return in dishwasher was clogged and he was kind enough to tell me me how to fix it. Only an honest plumber would do that!! Since I wasn't confident to do it myself, I scheduled him to come out Monday. These guys have been my plumbers for a few years and every time the service and kindness is unparalleled.

Friday afternoon I discovered a large leak coming from under the patio in my back yard. I called a local plumbing company, who said this job was outside their scope of work. They referred me to Willis Bros. Plumbing.
Willis bros was able to come out in about an hour to begin diagnosing the issue. They checked various lines and water systems around my house, and determined it was a line running to a spigot on the back of the house. Using the leak detector they pin pointed the location under the patio to within 18"" to the left of where I actually found the break.
They gave me a reasonable quote for the job, knowing the bricks in the patio would have to be demo'd to get to the leak. I declined to have them do the work since I'm fairly handy and have tackled various landscaping type projects in the past.
Like i mentioned earlier, the leak was almost exactly where he said it would be, and exactly what he said, most likely a broken fitting. Which it was, a cracked tee fitting about 2 feet below the concrete.
I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues in the future. Very knowledgably and honest guys. They even replaced my old spigot for free while they were, just too eliminate any future leaks from that end of the line.

These guys are great. I needed the gas line moved a bit to accommodate my new stove. They were available next day and had the project finished in no time. Price was super reasonable. Would be happy to use them again.

Jason did a great job fixing a leak coming from behind the sink wall in our Kitchen. It wasn't obvious where the leak was coming from, because the only visual sign was the particle board under our sink was soaked through. But Jason was able to very efficiently zero in on the issue. It turns out the leak was coming from the water line that comes down from our attic. The issue was diagnosed and fully repaired within a few hours of him arriving. Their prices seem reasonable as well. So we will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!
