I recently bought a new refrigerator and found that there was a small leak at the water valve. He answered my call quickly, and found that their next appoint available was in a few days but was happy to hear what help I needed. He quickly assessed the repair, provided a quote on the phone, and said, ""I'll be over in 20 minutes""

I wasn't sure who to call when the plumber recommended to us was out on injury. I found Willis Bros. and decided to call based on their high reviews. I can see how they earned them!

Melissa answered my 8 AM call and was friendly and straightforward getting the process started. Jason came out about an hour later, and was just fantastic! He walked me through my options for a new water heater since my 11-year-old heater was too far gone to service. Although I was previously set on switching to a tankless heater which would be more expensive, he helped me understand the pros and cons of each system and decide that a new storage tank heater would suit my needs just fine-- I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell and seemed genuinely invested in helping me find out worked best for me. Everything was wrapped up about 1 PM.

Overall, Jason was so personable, a great communicator, and very professional. I'll absolutely be requesting his services again... but hopefully not too soon!

Very happy with the service I got from Jason.
He was prompt and arrived right at the beginning of the time window provided.
The problem I was having was related to a mistake I made when trying to self-install my garbage disposal.
He quickly identified the error and fixed it right away.
After the fix was made, Jason spent extra time talking to me and answering a few various questions I had. Very patient and willing to help.
Never got even a hint of any attempt to upsell me on anything and he even suggested that he thought I would be able to replace the faucet myself to get better water-flow, instead of spending the money to have someone do it for me. I told him that if I tried myself and messed it up, I would be sure to have him back.

I was really debating leaving a review, because I didn't actually use this company. But they were so outrageous on their quote I wanted to warn people to get your three bids before you blindly accept a quote from this place.

I had two simple jobs, unclog a raise sink and change an air gap on the washer. This is zero parts for the sink and about $10 in parts for the air gap. Willis quoted me $600 for a job that would take less than an hour!! I have never been so angry at a quote. I calmly said I'd think about it and did the job myself on my sink in a half an hour.

Willis Family ignored my quote for a few days, and called me after 7pm when I checked in which was odd. I feel they over quoted the job because they didn't want it. It's wrong. This job should have been $200-300.

I did the sink myself in no time and am doing my own dishwasher too. I won't be back to use them in the future. Don't over quote work and don't price gouge people who may not be savvy enough to reject an outrageous quote.

I had these guys come out and do some plumbing work for my mother. Her water heater had completely busted and we needed someone to come and fix it. They may not be the cheapest, but they do really good work so I think cost wasn't an issue. Overall good, fast, and high quality experience.
