The Willis Brothers recently completely replaced the drain/sewage lines on my property and coordinated relining of the main connection from the end of my property to the city main drop off. It was a massive project for me, so I requested proposals from 5 different plumbing companies which ranged from replacement to relining and combinations thereof. All 5 proposals were different in terms of approach/plan and pricing; the Willis Brothers plan was the soundest in terms of fixing the problem for the longest duration with the least amount of damage possible. Their pricing was also spot on in terms of competitiveness in the local market. They were less expensive than ""big brands"", and retrospect, did such a great job I felt compelled to show my gratitude by offering more. They did all the demo, including concrete and trenching down 6 feet(!), and surface repairs inside and outside my property except for drywall replacement and a small portion of the concrete work that needed a little extra finesse but helped coordinate professionals to repair those items. It was basically turnkey service! After the drain replacement was finished, they coordinated, oversaw and executed relining of the main line from the end of our property to the city main drop off which was completed in a single day. They ran a visual drain camera afterwards to show us the repairs, put the dirt back in the trenches, then did a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the quality. They worked HARD, through rain and sun, to get the job done as efficiently and quickly as possible, and they accommodated personal requests to make our family comfortable during the project. They were extremely respectful, kind, and also gracious for the project. Finding a quality plumbing is often stressful and challenging, but after this project, I found my plumber(s) for life. Thank you Willis Brothers! I feel confident with the integrity of our drains for the next 50 years.

Nathan and Caleb provide great plumbing services. By picking up the product they needed and bring it to my house. They were patient and nice about scheduling and giving me an estimate on the cost of doing and finishing the job. They also clean up after finishing their job. We had a problem with decreasing water pressure to our shower and called our usual neighborhood plumbing service for help. They replaced the cartridge, but there was no improvement so recommended a new valve which would be a major job. As the pressure continued to decrease, we called Willis Brothers after reading some of the glowing reviews on Yelp. Jason offered to come check it out immediately and we easily scheduled a time that was most convenient for us. When he checked things out, he discovered that the existing valve had been installed backwards, so reversed the installation of the cartridge. Problem solved and original water pressure was restored. When we asked what we owed, Jason said ""Nothing - I didn't supply any new parts or make any major repairs."" We've never had a service call without a minimum fee and were completely amazed and impressed by Jason's knowledge and professionalism. I think we now have a new neighborhood plumber

I found Willis Brothers through the excellent reviews in Yelp!, and they were right. After the first phone call I had the appointment made in less than 15 minutes and an hour later the clogged sink was back to normal. Great service, knowledgeable, tidy and organized and very careful about the rest of the kitchen (cabinets, floor, etc.). Definitely recommend them and they are now in my list of experts to call for plumbing issues.

Most responsive contractors I've ever hired. Jason was on hand to answer and return every call and text. He's the only one to remember to provide updates, which is huge for someone who likes to know what's going on at all times, especially since I'm managing the project remotely. Even when I was already on the phone with insurance claims and couldn't reach him at first, his brother on the general line relayed to him that he needed to respond asap and Jason did! We were able to get on a 3-way to get it sorted out as it was getting close to the expiration of my loss claim. What's even more impressive is that the brothers handle all their admin as well as the technical work.

There were a couple of things that were not covered by my policy that I was assured would be, but that's not really their fault. Chalk it up to bad luck with my own homeowners policy and agent.

Jason remediated my property from a slab leak immediately and professionally. We used his recommendations for asbestos and mold clearance. And even restoration work, which I wish Willis could've taken on as well, since that company was way less responsive coming from Willis Bros (though no less than other contractors I've hired).

I would not hesitate to hire Willis Bros again for my plumbing needs, even for simpler things than slab leak remediation. Very happy with their reroute work from the manifold and hope another slab leak doesn't occur!

If you are looking for reliable, trustworthy, competent, and diligent plumbers, look no further. We needed to replace our kitchen sink and re-do the plumbing under the sink. Willis Brothers were quick to respond on a weekend and to schedule for the soonest available appointment, which was a couple of days later. They were at our house on time, completed the job within the time parameters given, charged the price that was quoted at the beginning of the job, and left us with a beautiful new (and, importantly, working!) sink and plumbing. The whole process was easy and pain-less, and it was simply a pleasure to deal with them.

We used their services the following month for a quick fix. Again, they were quick to respond and were even able to come out the same day.

Simply put, they have been the best plumbers that we have dealt with over the last six years and we plan to use them exclusively going forward.

Service was great. Jason took my call for a clogged kitchen sink and arrived less than 1/2 hour later. He was able to clear the drain using a variety of tools. He was very professional. We knew the price upfront since he told me when I first called.

Highly recommend Willis Brothers. I am very tardy in writing a review since it has been a while since we had our last service. We have always worked with Nathan and have always been more than pleased with his work. He is easy to work with, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He's replaced a water header, installed a water regulator and various fixtures. Most recently, we had some warping of the wood floor in our hallway. Nathan figured out the source was a shower head. Not sure anyone else would have done that level of investigation and figured that out. We used other local plumbers in the past but once we found Nathan, we will never call anyone other than Willis Brothers.

Caleb answered my emergency plumbing request and came out the very next day after he personally called to discuss it with me. After performing a careful inspection, he did not find a leak but did provide me with valuable information and even went out of his way to film and send me videos of the area in question. He was incredibly honest in not charging me since there was no repair and neither did he try to upsell me, traits not easily found in business. I highly recommended Willis Bros. and will not hesitate to call them for any of my future plumbing needs.
