Have known all three brothers for several years. Have had an issue with a bad fix on a tub faucet for quite awhile. The faucet has not been flush against the tub wall for what seems like forever. The faucet handle has been fixed several times now. They diagnosed the problem, got going on it and it is fixed, on top of providing a new stopper, could not be happier. And, bonus fix of the toilet that began to leak recently. Truly could not be happier trusting all three of them for our plumbing needs from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in North County.

I can't say enough about our experience with Willis Brothers! I got a quick response when I requested a quote; he gave me a flat fee over the phone and said he could come over in an hour. We were busy so he came the next morning, was prompt, communicative, and told me up front what he noticed that would need an additional fix. He snaked the pipe three times to clear out the gunk, gave us tips on keeping it clear and what additional step we could take next time it clogged to help prolong the inevitable. He noticed an extra leak/crack in our drain and came back to fix that later in the day after he helped another client nearby.

I confess I was a little nervous because I've never hired a plumber and I hadn't been seeing a ton of reviews for them(even though the ones I did see were 5-star ones!). I'm glad I took a chance; those 5-star reviews weren't wrong! We will definitely be calling them again next time our 1950 year old pipes need help again.

We had a clogged tub drain , my kids had put some toys down there, they came out right away to fix it! Very knowledgeable, professional , Clean and all around great work. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!! Will definitely be using them for any other plumbing issue i run into!

Very happy with this company's service. The plumber who came over was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the broken water line outside the house. From the time I called to get an estimate to the time of completion was less than 24 hours. Will definitely use these guys again and would highly recommend.

Discovered a leaking hose faucet/spigot and wasn't able to resolve it myself so had to call in the professionals. I called another company I've used in the past, but they weren't able to come out until Thursday....I was calling on a Monday. Decided I couldn't wait with the amount of water dripping so went to Yelp and came across Willis Brothers Plumbing. Gave them a call and they said they'd have someone out that afternoon. To my surprise, they called me later that morning, about 3 hours after my initial call and said they had some time now and if I was home, they could come by. Fortunately, I was.

Caleb (I'm 99% sure that was his name) arrived on time, took a look, and said he'd try to tighten it first before assuming it needed to be replaced. The tightening didn't work so ended up replacing it. The cost was very competitive and didn't take long at all. He even tested the water pressure to the house, just to make sure it wasn't too high, which I appreciated.

As I mentioned earlier, I've used another company in the past, but it appears I've found myself a new go-to plumbing company. Hopefully, I won't need to call them anytime soon but if I have to they will be my first call and I will recommend them to family and friends.

We had drain clog and pipe leaking issues. Contacted several different places. Most charge for estimate/inspection but Willis Brothers was one of the few places that didn't charge for that AND were able to come out right away. They came out within 30 minutes of me contacting them, were able to figure out what was wrong, showed me the issues, and were able to get it all fixed before dinner time (I had contacted them around 2pm). They were great and were very professional.

Had the Willis Brother's out to my house today to take a look at a capped gas line in my fireplace. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. Had an amazing experience start to finish from booking to completing the job. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using again for all of our plumbing needs

Had a hot water heater issue with a tenant. I spoke to 4 places in the Carlsbad area. The first place basically refused me service unless I told them the make and year of a hot water heater which was 50 miles away with no way for me to get the info. The tenants were at work and not home until 3:45. Luckily I found Willis Brothers who came at 5pm and Jason got the heater back up and running. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend these guys.
