I live in a mobile home park and they do an annual check for gas leaks around our property. The technician they hired found a leak at the coil that comes out of the gas meter and turned off my gas. I called several plumbers that day and none even returned my call. I lucked when I reached out to the Willis Brothers. They answered and said they could be here to evaluate it in an hour. They arrived and put solution all over the nipple and coil and found nothing. They tried another solution and still nothing. I got our grounds keeper up to the house and he called the technician who did the test and he insisted his machine is very sensitive and there is a gas leak. Well that left us scratching our heads. We could do a test (very expensive) to find the leak or replace the whole coil. We discussed it and settled on calling SDG&E to root out the leak and I'd call them to come back to fix it. Well, that was a good call. The SDG&E tech came out. He confirmed the machine the other tech used is very sensitive so much so that the leak may not be from where the original tech said it was located, so on the hunt he went around the water heater and heater and then around their meter which is where he found it. He replaced the leaky part at no charge to me since it was on the pipe carrying the gas to the meter. :D
The Willis Brothers are AWESOME!!! They showed up, honestly assessed the situation and worked with me to find a resolution that would be the least costly for me. I will definitely call them for a all of my future plumbing needs.

An absolute lifesaver and beyond reliable! Within minutes of me cold calling them inquiring about a leak, they stopped by my house and instructed me on what to do. Although they weren't able to conduct a leak test on PVC, they referred me to another company who came out the next day. After the leak was identified, I called Willis Bros back and they had me scheduled the following morning for the repair. The cost was very reasonable and you can't even tell where they had to dig around my water main due to their stellar cleanup. I must add that I was able to coordinate everything by phone and they were able to accomplish all of this without me being home, as due to the unexpectedness of the leak I was at work and unable to pull away. An awesome, honest and very flexible family business who I am very grateful to for their help - thanks again guys!!

I do not recommend Willis Bros for plumbing.!!!
Nathan Willis is dishonest and takes advantage of disabled seniors!!!
Nathan changed my P trap under the kitchen sink for threaded connections to slip connections with plumbers putty. (This change was not necessary.). After a few months the plumbers putty gave way and the P trap was leaking. Nathan came out and wanted to charge me $180 for a new P trap. I said NO ... their work was guaranteed for a year. The new P trap is smaller and has threaded connections. I don't know what difference a large to small P trap makes ... I hope someone will tell me .. maybe his brothers. There is more to this Story/facts.
The above incident is an extremely bad way to get recurring work.

Would highly recommend!!! Jason came out same day and had my plumbing issue resolved in less than an hour! Super nice and very informative! Our line was clogged and the toilet and kitchen sink were backing up. He knew exactly what to do!! I'll be referring him to all my neighbors and friends.

Caleb was very responsive. We needed to have our laundry room ready for delivery of new appliances. Caleb responded immediately to our quote request and was very timely in his follow-up. Because of his responsiveness and candid discussion, we did not bother checking with other providers for more quotes. Not only was he able to provide a quick quote us from pictures sent, he was available to handle the project within 48 hours. After delivery, we had an issue with dryer install after where we smelled gas when running the new dryer. Caleb was quick to respond and came out to resolve the issue within 12 hours. He brought his calibration tools to check for any leakage and fix the faulty install. We plan to use Caleb and his crew moving forward and highly recommend their services.

What can I say about the Willis Brothers other than they are awesome. They responded quickly to a leak issue I noticed, and they were top notch professional in what they did. They walked me through the process they were going to undertake and they were upfront with costs. I also appreciate the honesty that they exhibited in what options I had and how it could be difficult to identify the leak. I also believe their prices are reasonable. Had a house full of guest and all toilets/sinks in the house was backed up. Searched Yelp at 10p and seen the great reviews that Willis brothers plumbing had. Called and spoke to Nathan and he gave me a quote over the phone and time he'll be at my house. Nathan and crew arrived assessed the situation and got to work. Less than a hour later they were able to unclog all toilets and sink and gave us a recommendation on what needs to be done next.
