Sunday morning my shower handle snapped off and after trying to replace the cartridge assembly myself, I called WIlliamson Plumbing for help. Matt was very helpful over the phone and we needed his help the same day! He came over when he was available and fixed the problem quickly. I also need to mention that his pricing was very fair given the situation and especially on a Sunday.

I had slow leak in my ceiling and Jake came out to investigate. He determined quickly that it was the copper pipe that had corroded and needed to be replaced. The repair process lasted one hour. When I asked him for an estimate of the repair he told me he was not involved with billing and that the office would send me a bill for an hour's work. The invoice came several weeks later and the cost was $180. Although I thought the work was satisfactory I wish I could get an estimate of the work to be done before completion. This way, there is no sticker shock when the invoice came. I have no idea if the price was fair or not, although I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is the only reason why I did not give them a five star review.

Matt does a great job on any plumbing work you need attended to. Most important, comes immediately or sends his team. I know him for several years and most recently over the week end, replaced my old toilet. A honest, hard working Matt and team. Presents the problem the way any lay person could relate to. Teaches my kids the simple details of plumbing and does not hold back any knowledge on plumbing. Very professional and I would not hestitate to call Matt on any plumbing problem you have. He and his team is the best in the business!

Today I needed to re-install an old toilet and a vanity sink due to water damage. I made a couple of phone calls, finally set down to let this company come out and take a look. The owner Mr. Matt and Mr.James showed up. They appeared at my house very politely; Mr. Matt looked at my installation things for a couple minutes, then said they needed to buy such and such things as replacements, gave me a reasonable price. Later they finished the repairing and installations quickly. I just feel: to a very experienced guy like Mr. Matt, these tough plumbing works seem to be a piece of cake: easy! Later, Mr. Matt helped me to identify quickly another water-heater leaking issue for free. Definitely, will use them again.

I discovered water coming out from our baseboard one morning and without really knowing who to use I asked a neighbor who I trust for suggestions on plumbers. I had tried to call some of the big names but got the same response..it was Monday and they would not be able to come out that day. I called Matt Williamson Plumbing and the owner answered the phone said he would be right over. He was able to stop the leak and dry out the bathroom. We had less damage then what could have been because Matt helped us out right away. He is very professional and so are the workers who come out to the home. The lady Dana who runs the office is quite efficient and professional too. We had a domino effect of issues and it all got resolved quickly. I would refer him to family/friends.
