Something as simple as routine maintenance on our water heaters and Matt, as always, was on time, courteous, and professional.

Williamson Plumbing and Mechanical has replaced a branch line for us, replaced our old water heater with a tankless, fixed our malfunctioning shower and I'm sure multiple other things I can't even remember. They are the only ones we call!

We woke up to a water leak in our master bath and had flights out of town 2 days later. Bad timing. But would have been much worse if the leak happened while we were gone. Our son recommended Williamson Plumbing to us and they were quick to respond. Jake and Matt took care of everything and dried out the walls while we were gone. These guys are top notch! We will definitely refer them to others and use them again.

Was playing with the kids on a Saturday. Noticed a leak in the garage. Slowly the leak increased. This wasn't what I wanted to deal with on a weekend.

Started calling around and most were closed. Some responded, most didn't. Matt was quick to respond and professional. He talked me through potential issues.

Also was very fair w/ price. There were a couple of things suggested (from other plumbers) that he said were unnecessary.

It's been four months since his last visit. Not a single problem. Can't recommend him enough.

Our gas line pipe to our backyard was having issues and our BBQ, Fire pit and tiki torches would not hold gas pressure and nothing would work. I called SDG& E and the pressure from the street was fine, I called a different plumber and they spent two hours doing pressure tests, blowing out the line, etc... with no fix to the issue. I called out SDG&E again and still nothing. I even called CPL Detectors and they mapped out the gas line and what they thought the issue was but they were wrong as well. Matt saved the day and resolved the issue! Five STAR service and one of the nicest people you will meet! I would have him for future plumbing items at our home!

I manage an older triplex building, and its had its shares of plumbing leaks.
April 2019 major slab leak, flooded two bottom floor rentals. Eeeks.
Called Williamson and they were out immediately and started work. Gave a clear explanation of their work to be performed, price was very competitive, the quality of work excellent. They are professionals in every way, from start to finish.

Update, another slab leak differentiation location same building. Same story, fast, honest, pleasant, and excellent work.
Disclosure: My husband is a general contractor, so do know a bit about what a great job looks like, procedures and costs.

We had a water leak underground that we were not aware of till we received a $2400 water bill! Matt and his team worked hard to get our issue fixed, even working outside in the rain all day! We had an under concrete slab leak and as you can imagine, we were stressed. It was days before Christmas and we had plans to go out of town. Matt was SO professional. He worked during the time we were out of town, Facetimed me to show me progress, and worked with us to make sure we wouldnt go into financial turmoil. He was inexpensive and even after he quoted me, came down nearly 40% on that quote once the work was done. Talk about HONEST.

I will NEVER work with another plumber. You will instantly feel you can trust them. Dana was so sweet and I promise you will not regret working with them.

They cut the dry way in a way to make it easy to patch, they saved it, cleaned behind themselves--it was like they were never there!!

This is an overdue review. We use them more than a year ago when we moved into our new house. Matt replaced the main water valve and all valves under the sink. Reasonable priced, super easy to work with. Simple and excellent
