A couple of weeks ago I needed a plumber to install a new kitchen faucet in my grandmother's home. I decided to use William because he had such great reviews and I needed this done ASAP. William responded very quickly and was able to install the faucet the very next day at a reasonable price. He was nice on the phone, easy to deal with, on time and very professional from start to finish. I know if I ever have any plumping issues in the future I will definitely call him again.

I thought my water heater was broken, I called William Dean and it turned out it was fine and he didn't charge for the visit. I now use him for all my plumbing needs. So far he has replaced all my sewer pipes, replaced about 10 feet of broken ceramic outside my house and added a clean out, replaced my sink disposal and addressed shower/toilet issues (my house was built in 1938 and had lots of problems typical of an 80 yr old house). His prices beat the big boys hands down, he is always on time, you schedule directly with him -he even texts, and he always cleans up the mess. There were several times I should have went through my home warranty but didn't because they always send some clown outfit. I would rather pay Dean to do it right the first time.

Called William after 6:30p last night frantically looking for repairs to our leaking water heater. He listened to the issue, quoted me a price and said he could come out the next day. He arrived today an hour EARLY, replaced the water heater, fixed the shoddy job Sears previously did, showed me how to deal with the water damage, and billed me exactly what he quoted. I will be using him again!

I was interested in purchasing a new water heater. I left a message, he called me back promptly, and he came out to give me an estimate later that evening even though I was in no rush. He told me he would call me with a quote in a day or two. He did. We scheduled an appointment for the install. He showed up thirty minutes early. (I loved that!) He carried my old water heater down a narrow flight of stairs and hauled the new one up without dirtying my carpet or dinging my walls. (I loved that even more!) I would not hesitate to call him again.
