The plumbing work itself seems good, but I had to tell him how to do the roof and he installed the washer drain right next to the electrical outlet. He reluctantly moved it away from the wall (and the outlet), but now it's in an awkward place. Basically the drain out was installed in the wrong place. I also feel like he over charged me. His estimate was for a full day, but the work only took 4 hours.

He always tries his best to be available, and if he's not, he will recommend another reputable plumber who is. Who does that? Honest people who care about their customers, that's who! I texted him today, a Friday afternoon, with an emergency toilet issue. He was at my door, tools in hand, within 10 minutes, even though he was already done for the day.
