Great experience! Quick prompt service. Just recently had a baby and there was a drain issue while we were at the hospital. Made an appointment but had to reschedule and they were more than accommodating. Servicemen were very qualified/knowledgeable and professional. Told us what the issue was and how to possibly resolve future issues. Highly recommend!

New toilet installation: They were prompt in their response (called me back in like 5 minutes), it was easy to get an appointment, the work was done well (and quickly), and they were friendly. I found out that they even offer emergency service if needed. Good to know JIC. I would use them again for sure.

I wouldn't recommend them. Expensive and rude. First job they did, they were super nice and did decent work. Second job, is a whole different story. If you have no other option but work with them, at least ask to talk with Dave.

We called Archer & Sons because of a clogged drain. They sent their plumber Andy out to us very quickly which we really appreciated! He addressed the issue that we were having and solved it quickly and in a very friendly and professional manner. It was such a relief to get everything solved! We had a leak that was very confusing, not sure where it was coming from and were so glad that Andy from Archer plumbing came to help us. He was so thorough, patient and helpful. He gave us great advice and worked with us to trouble shoot the solution. He only charged us $40 for a consultation and spent a lot of time helping to determine what the issue( could be. My husband was able to figure it out and solve the problem with Andy's help. This co. is on point, generous and really service oriented. They are definitely special and rare. They even sent us a thank you note!

The positive commentary I can provide is that the service is quick. I called 7 am and they were there within a few hours. We have been having problems with our toilet constantly backing up and usually my husband will rent a snake from Home Depot for around $50 and clear it. However he just had back surgery and since the back up was happening frequently we thought it maybe something more serious so based on reviews we called Archer and Son. The technician came and did the same exact thing my husband would have done with a $50 rental from Home Depot. The cost for that at Archer and Son..... $586.44! Someone from the office called me that day to see how the service went and I voiced my concerns over the work that was done and the cost. I asked for details on the actual work the technician did and the tool used even though my husband already told me. The problem ended up being flushable wipes stuck in the piping. I also emailed when I didn't hear back and was told they would call me or respond. Nothing yet and this was the end of October. I did tell the company that I would not post a negative review on yelp because I am for small business owners but what is right is right. I've given ample opportunity for explanations and my husband also had a heated conversation with them. I've also asked for an estimate with another company and they were shocked at the cost of what we were charged. I wouldn't have even minded if it was half of what they charged because it's still a business and they have employees to pay. My advice.... always get a second opinion. I do take some of the responsibility because they told us the cost prior to doing the work but again it was of the understanding the problem was more serious. If the technician would have mentioned he was only going to snake the pipe we would have definitely said no.

Had a heating emergency on a Sunday and called not really expecting a reply until Monday morning. Received a call back at 7PM on a Sunday with a promise to be at my house by 8AM. The team showed up at 7:45AM and got to work. The issue was quickly diagnosed and quote presented. All in took about 2 hours to get heat working again. William Archer presented a fair quote, his team was professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again if any issues occur.

Archer plumbing came out to replace a cracked drain pipe under my kitchen. Dave came out initially and diagnosed the issue I was having w drain flies and water not draining quickly even after we had the pipe snaked out previously. Dave explained the situation very clearly and was really easy to work with. He gave me a reasonable estimate as well. We are on a slab so this required extensive work moving all cabinets and jack-hammering through the concrete floor under the kitchen to get to the pipe. They sent Mike and Shea to come do the work. It was a tough job but they both made the job seem easier than it looked/was. I'm very glad I decided to go w Archer on this job. I also recommended them to a coworker of mine and he also had a great experience. I highly recommend Archer to anyone looking for a plumber.

A good plumber is hard to find but I just found one . I called archer and sons yesterday to deal with a issue at my 95 yr father in laws house. Today Andy came by to fix the drain problem. He treated my father in law with respect and showed a great deal of patience which was greatly needed. The price was fair and the work was excellent . Andy checked other issues that will need his attention and gave us a fair and honest quote . We will be scheduling this work with this excellent plumber.
