Mike and Andy came out quickly to fix my sink faucet after the pipe cracked off and sprayed everywhere. They were within the time window specified. The rate was fair for the work done. Most importantly they were easy to talk to about the problem and people I felt comfortable having in my home alone or even with my small child. Also they left the area totally clean which is a bonus and did a walk through of the water heater and main valves just to put my mind at ease. I would totally hire them back for more work if I needed more done!!!

I'm new to the area and needed some plumbing work done that was found on the home purchase inspection. So not knowing the area I Yelp'ed and found these guys. Great attitude, very helpful, friendly, and did incredibly professional work explaining everything clearly. (David Herrick) They snaked a clogged up tub, replaced a tub faucet, and replaced shut off valves for my kitchen sink, dishwasher, and clothes washer. Turns out David found the latter was incorrectly installed and very close to a corrosion-caused flood.

Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

We had an emergency with our shower handle breaking off. They came out to service the issue on a Saturday. Very quick and efficient and managed to fix the problem with the lowest estimate we were given. I'd recommend them highly.

Great workmanship. They Fixed a number of plumbing issues I had. Did a great job replacing old valves that were not proper for the winter freeze issues I had and updated them with check valves. Previously did a bathroom shower fix. No issues. I even got an apology from the owner due to an employee mistake. I appreciated that!!

We had multiple leaks in the basement, kitchen, and bathroom. Had gold medal in twice to ""fix"" the problem and they charged 40 bucks every time they showed up but nothing was resolved. These guys came and in one hour had all three problems resolved

Had a leak, called Archer came in a reasonable time frame I believe it was Dave and his partner Mike found the culprit and fixed it. Dave actually went above and beyond in their repairs. My only complaint but not to have future customers not call is they put archer stickers on every plumbing appliance in the basement(water heater, sump pump) You're outstanding attitude and craftsmanship will keep me going back to Archer plumbing!

Would never use again. Besides the fact that we later found out we were overcharged, he took the time and went through my house and put one of his business cards on every line of plumbing he could get to, including covering information regarding warranties.

Had a leak from an upstairs bathroom. Archer was there quickly and fixed everything. So polite and respectful, too. They explained what went wrong, fixed the problem with minimal hassle and cleaned up perfectly. They are not inexpensive. But, they lived up to their word, knew what they were doing and left us feeling confident. In that respect, worth every dollar. I would hire them back.

I go down into my basement one night and noticed that one of my drop ceiling tiles was SOAKED! ""ARRGGHHHH! I thought to myself....why?!?!"" I looked around as best I could but couldn't locate the source of the water. I did the best I could to contain the leak and called Archer Plumbing early the next day. They arrived in a timely manner and located the leak in like one minute. They offered me a fair price and they fixed the leak (which was from our refrigerator water line). They also unclogged two of my drains in the upstairs bathrooms and fixed the basket in my kitchen sink at fair prices at well. Awesome job, and extremely professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get plumbing work done.
