This team was amazing. My scheduled time was 0930 and they showed up right on time.

The team brought out a single AC unit when I thought I had purchased two Units for my home.

The sales manager immediately got me in the phone and actively tried to rectify the situation. He was extremely reasonable and gave me a great price on the bundle. Absolutely was a testament to fantastic customer service.

A second team came out with a second unit and worked hours to get both systems up and running. Every member of Will-fix-it that was present at my house was knowledgeable, effective, and dedicated. They kept me up to date on all issues, and how they were progressing.

They worked from 0930 until almost 2000 on these two systems.

I honestly was impressed and very grateful with the entire process, especially the customer service.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have officially had my air conditioner for eight days and it has not worked for five of those days. I have spent five days trying to get someone out here to fix it. After having a no-show appointment scheduled, trying to reschedule and was told that the Main Call center number doesn't have access to scheduling so I wasn't gonna get seen anyways, was then scheduled by an installation specialist to have it repaired between a four hour timeframe. I was called that they were 30 minutes away so I left work for the third time in this ordeal to meet them at my home and they did Did not show. When I called, she said they were doing an installation and would see me afterwards. I believe a company should fix what they installed incorrectly before they go around installing other units. The integrity and trust of this company is zero. Do not spend your hard earned money with this company.

I own a Duplex in San Antonio, and Will Fix It has always been my Go To HVAC company, however they have lost favor with me. Firstly, it took over 2 weeks to finally get a service tech to show up. They finally arrive, and they do the needed repairs, but there was a problem with my bill. I have been calling to speak with a manager for over two weeks now, when one did call, he said it was not in his swim lane, and he would have someone else call, and to date no one has. I have left my number with several reps, and with chat reps, as will as Facebook messenger, and still have not resolved my billing issue. This company has lost favor with me, and I will be looking for a new HVAC go to company.

I had a terrible plumbing experience with this plumber. First, they misdiagnose a problem with a water heater. Then, they charge for a service call when the water heater was under warranty. Some days later, when they send another plumber to complete the work the first plumbers misdiagnosed, he is unable to complete the job because an electrician should have initially been requested by the first plumbers. The electrician was able to correct the problem in a 15 minute visit. Save your money by NOT calling Will Fix-It--they "Won't Fix-It" because they don't know how! Terrible company about which I heard several horror stories before being compelled to call them by the manufacturer. I knew they would screw up the job, and that's exactly what they did.

Called them to clean out my line which included the kitchen and washer main line. They had a special but their technician said that their special didn't apply. I thanked him but told him I didn't need their services. I did the job with a sewer auger from Home Depot for only $61.00.

I bought a brand new air and heating system from will fix it, before I bought it I called them for a tune up, they were late, when I bought the air and heating system they were late, they broke a piece of wood from where the heater goes and then never came back to fix it. The workers were nice so was the Advisor Justin B. But I give them two stars for being late and breaking a peace of wood from where the heater was is installed they never called back to say they would fix it. (AND SO FAR EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING GOOD) I guess its my fault in a way because I didn't look at there reviews first then I could have searched for a better company with better reviews.

they initially kept cancelling scheduled appointments. we have the elite service, paying monthly for the plan. they were scheduled 12/5/2023...never showed up, never called...when we contacted them regarding this "we will escalate the issue"....they then scheduled for today, 12/20/2023 between 8 am & 12 pm with a tech Richard. as of 11:15..no one has shown up. Called and they said Francisco will be there between 12-2 pm. No communication on the change. again, the response was "we will escalate". We are likely going to go to a more reliable service. Will Fix It should change their name to:
Will Fix It When We Escalate The Issue". Family is deaf...as far as I am concerned, treating the disabled in such a manner is awful.

Had a service appointment scheduled 12/11 from 4:30-6:30, and nobody called or showed up.

I called at 6:30, was told I'm on the schedule and the technician was running late. No response, so I called back at 7:45, same answer. Called back at 8:45 after no response and was told my appointment was rescheduled to 12/12 at a time that's not available for me.

Nobody I've spoken with can provide any help, just send an email and tell me that someone will be in contact.

Was going to buy a replacement Tankless water heater from Lowes .
It was about $1300 . They sent out Will Fix It and they quoted $7100 to install their brand. They said Lowes tanklesss water heaters were junk. Also, the estimator checked my water pressure and said I was going to need a valve installed near the water meter as his tester showed 90+ and it had to be 80 or under to pass inspection. I bought a water pressure tester at Lowes and it showed a water pressure of 76. This is a totally unscrupulous.company, or maybe it is the estimator(salesman)

We were having some problems with our electrical outlets in various areas of our home. Since these were the only people we could find near us they came out and charged us $79 for what they call a "whole house electrical inspection" to figure out what was wrong with our outlets. The guy was maybe 21 and didn't have much of a clue what he was doing. Although very nice. He did not want to do anything that what we homeowners have already done (ie. Check outlets. Replace gfci's, and check breakers.) Now last I checked you call an electrician to do things that you yourself cannot and this was supposed to be an entire house inspection special for $79. So we opened our garage and pulled out the attic ladder and sent him on up. He was so confused on what he was looking at, he had no idea what to say other than "you don't have any power to the outlets" (duh!! that's why we called an electrician to find out why we don't have power to those outlets). Needless to say we didn't get any answers so he said that he would send me an estimate to come back with someone else to follow wires and that i may incur sheet rock damages around outlets and in garage. An estimate which I have yet to receive and here it is 3 weeks later. .. I basically paid these people to tell me something we already knew.
I feel like these guys just go around doing what they call electrical inspections at 89 bucks a pop to make their money and never return to do the repair or even send estimates.
In order to review I have to select at least 1 star. Otherwise it would definitely be zero.
