Made an appointment via their website on April 2nd for Sunday April 6th between 10-12, at 11:50 on Sunday no one had arrived yet, I called to check an ETA and the woman on the phone was less than helpful. She stated she could not find my appointment, I offered her my confirmation number and she said they could send out a technician today but it would be an ALL DAY WAIT. I don't think so. I'll take my business elsewhere, if you can't manage appointments properly how can I trust your company to properly repair my AC?

In going through Home Depot one day we were approached by one of the companies in there to tell us about this great deal to get our AC and Heat checked. We set it up, I took an afternoon off of work and sat around and they never showed. Some time after they called back and we decided to try to reschedule, but this time on a Sat afternoon so I didn't have to take off from work again. In fairness I cannot rate the actual services provided by this company because today, for the second time I sat around for hours waiting for the technician to show and after hours of not hearing anything (this time we were told that they would show between noon and 5 pm, at 4:40 pm when we still had not heard anything from the company we called them to see what was going on. Was told they would have to check in and see what was going on with our technician, and then would call us back. Frankly at that point I did the math and realized I have already wasted 8 hours of my life waiting on them and was not going to continue to do so. I told them to cancel as we have already been stood up previously, there was no apology just an ok and they hung up. They may in fact be good at what they do but since we could not get them to come out and do the AC check we will not consider using them for the business. I would rather spend a little more and get quality service WITH good customer service.

Poor Service from ARS Rescue Rooter (owned by Will Fix It).

My toilet was leaking so much from the wall I had to turn off the water, I had my home insurance send over a plumber (the insurance company considered it an emergency). It took two days for the plumber to come out and it was at the end of the day when he did show up. I had to turn the water off an on for my children to bath or for us to cook or wash.

So after the plumber arrives, he assess the leak and says this will not be covered, he seemed out of breath and shifty. After talking he talked insurance rep and he says they denied the job. He takes off before I can even get the insurance company on the phone. I call my Home Owner insurance talk with a rep and they tell me he can fix the leak, and get him on the phone. I told them he was out of here so fast it made your head spin.

Insurance sent over another company they fixed it on the spot no questions. They said this is covered.

If you need a plumber get a different company. I know never to call Will Fix It for anything. The plumber they sent gave them a bad first impression for their company.

Prepare to be overcharged 5x times!

I called this company to hook up my stove, sink and dishwasher after installing new countertops. I asked to give me at least a range of how much it would be to which they replied: Don't worry, they'll give you the price down to penny.

The next day this scam artist shows up, looks around and says he needs to run some numbers. Comes back with a piece of paper and a number on top, no calculations. The number is $1169.24 (I don't remember the exact penny part, but, yep, he gave me the price 'down to penny', just like they promised!)

Prior calling this company I called a couple of other places and got estimates of $200-$300, but they were not available until next week. I tell him that to which he laughs. He tells me that the price is so high because it might take him a couple of hours of work! So ok, who are you, a top lawyer or a doctor with $300,000 student loan debt to charge me $600/hr?

I still needed to connect my kitchen and I offered him $650 to do the job, since he was already here and wasted his and my time, to which he replies he won't do it for less than $950. I say, no, thank you.

I later made an appointment with another company for $225 coming in 4 days, but was able to find other company who agreed to come first thing next morning for $350 and connected everything in about 1hr.

I appreciate the work plumbers do and don't mind paying extra for fast and/or great service, but this company is just a rip off.

We recently had a gas water heater that went out. We called our home warranty company and Will Fix It was sent over. It turned out to be a gas valve that wasn't working. The person they sent to fix it was a kid. I didn't think much of it at the time. He said he needed to order a part and would be back the next day to fix it. He did return and put in the part. Shortly after he left, my husband smelled gas. I immediately called Will Fix It and they said they couldn't send anyone out until the next day. Really! Luckily, our maintenance man was here and able to shut off the gas. The next day I had to call five times before they could tell me when the guy would arrive. Once here, he told me that our house could have exploded. We were lucky. I would never use this company again. They are not a 5 star, not even a 1!

I had to have two technicians come out to fix my water heater in the past year, the most recent was last week, neither one of them did anything other than relight the pilot. The first tech did not even want to touch it and the other banged on it, relit the pilot and took the information in case that didn't work so he can order parts (even though) he was not sure which parts to order, well, the water heater still does not work, had to place another call for service and requested to speak to a manager. Another tech should be here SOMETIME this afternoon and still no call from a manager. Your company is represented by the employees you send out, so I'm not surprised I haven't received a phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I sent in a complaint via the company's website, complaining about a problem I had found nearly a year after one of their technicians had been to my house to repair a leak on a hot water heater. I really wasn't expecting to hear back from the company, but within 10 minutes of having submitted the complaint, my phone rang. It was a customer service representative from Will Fix It and she told me that she was sorry about the poor service I had received previously. She took all the pertinent information, again apologized and offered to have a technician out to my house the following day, at no charge to me.

The tech to came to do the work, Adam S., was super and highly knowledgeable! He explained what all he was going to do and did so in less than 15 minutes. He left the work area clean and gave me a courtesy knock on the door to let me know he had completed the work.

I would HIGHLY recommend Will Fix It for your plumbing repairs! No, they're not perfect, as my case has shown, but they showed me that they will "jump to it" when they're notified of a shortcoming. That's impressive in this day and age of companies not wanting to accept responsibility or own up to their errors.

I called out Will Fix It last Sunday for a leaky copper pipe leading to the hose bib outside my garage. They showed up and gave me a quote of $510 to fix just a simple soldered fitting and charged me $79 just to come out. In addition they told me my water pressure was too high and that I would need a $700 pressure reducer. I sent them home and got another plumber out for a free estimate. The second plumber did the job for $116 and tested the pressure and told me I did NOT need the pressure reducer. BEWARE of Will Fix IT. They should change their name to Will Fix You.

Terrible is a complement for this people.The tech did not speak to the correct person. He told the tenant all information that should have been addressed with the landlord. The tenant got worried about all the committees your tech stated; he presented a problem and he was a pessimist solution. I total idiot that want to over charge the home warranty company.

I love that the company does FREE ESTIMATES. It happened to me before that they came over and the leak did not need the repair anymore so they did NOT charge me anything.
Today, they fixed my sprinklers system and not only was Carlos nice, but he gave me a military discount since my husband and I are military, so way to go! Will Fix it! supporting our troops. Thank you for that!
The repair was still a little more than we expected but they accepted a credit card.
