Called Will Fix It to come help me get my garbage disposal reinstalled properly. They were very nice and professional, however the day the plumber was coming out he called to give me a quote over the phone... It was over $300 to complete this task. I told him never mind.

I asked him point blank if he thought that was a fair price, because it seemed outrageous to me... His response was that they are a big company so they can charge that much.

Take your plumbing needs else where and save yourself some money. I ended up getting this problem solved for $80 by a licensed plumber who is self employed. Shop small.

Is it just me or does it seem that Will Fix It has the same basic response to negative reviews?

Called Fix It to come repair a leaking bathroom faucet in my San Antonio Rental Property. Plumber assessed the issue and I was tolled it was a 4-5 hr minimum repair job to fix it. The plumber was done in 2.5 hrs and still billed me for the 4-5 hr job he quoted over $900 (my tenant was kind enough to keep track of time arrival/completion). I feel as if i was taken advantage of being a out of state owner and not present. The price was exorbitant at almost $900 for a 2.5 hr job and the parts had to have cost no more that $50 (retail price, contractors most likely pay less at cost for these parts)!!! When i asked for a detailed explanation of the work that was completed the tech avoided to answer my questions via text and telling me the office would email me (which never happened) and the office which was notified of my concern said someone will call me to answer my questions and provide explanation or clarification to my invoice (I could not read what it said -illegible hand writing on the invoice i received via email), to which i have received NO call (4 weeks later still no call).It's hard enough being a out of state homeowner and having TRUST in your contractors is key. They failed in this department. If asked, I would NOT recommend this company as they have taken my money and left me in the dark!

only pros i can think of is receptionist is friendly (however she dropped the ball when i explained my concern to her she stated someone would call me back w/ explanation) and the tech showed up on time to the scheduled appt.

Had no idea I was speaking to someone in Houston to schedule an appointment. Apparently San Antonio never got EMAIL, how imcompetent is that!? After waiting 4 hours I called and Roxie said they overlooked email but could come in 2 hours, after I had already been waiting 4? Remembered why I hadn't used them since 2008, same incompetent office. If you call make sure it's a San Antonio rep. Rated 0, but I guess you have to click at least 1 star, NOT!

The bathroom sink was the problem, instead of a strong flow/stream, it was like a slow leak. Joe provided fast and efficient service with a bit of good advice mixed in. The flow is back to normal and I am happy. Thanks Joe...

The installation process went very smoothly. Jasmin and the customer service/quality assurance team remained very responsive to questions and concerns even following the completion of the work. A nice aspect of Will Fix It is the opportunity to finance the work. This really helps when you hit those unexpected expenses.

This company is great! Very professional service, and very quick. We had them out to install a new water heater for us that was purchased at a big box store, and we liked them so much, we've hired them back for other plumbing jobs.

We called Will Fix It because our A/C was leaking onto the floor. When the technician got to our house he declared that we would need a brand new unit, which was going to cost around $3000. Since my husband and I felt that this was a costly repair, we wanted to get a second opinion. We ended up calling someone my family has used in the past, and found out that all we needed to do was unclog the drainage line, which cost nothing. We did this, and the leaking stopped, saving us literally thousands of dollars. Will Fix It is a shady company that uses scare tactics to rush you into making costly decisions.

Great work, fast. A/C works good now. I like that people repeat to verify the appointment info when you call, and the courtesy call before they come. I also got a call to see how the service was, I think that was the next day. $550 total out the door a little pricey but not bad.
