This company is too expensive ever when you have the parts. This man is here right now and tells me to remove the handle on the tub is going to cost $300 because he has to go thru the wall. Really. Don't use them get your family member to help you and buy them lunch. You will come out cheaper.

Highly disappointed with the customer service of Will Fix It! Last week on Thursday when coming home from working out at 6AM I noticed that our front yard for one of my tenants was flooding so i quickly had my husband investigate the issue as he is my construction maintenance guy for our units and he informed me that we would need to call a plumber asap as he had to turn off the water to all 4 of our units until the problem was assessed. At this time it is 6:30AM and of course no one is open as of yet except Will Fix It as they are open 24/7. Well my husband spoke to a young lady on the phone in front of me informed her of the issue and that we needed someone to come out quick because we shut off the water to all of our tenants. The lady on the phone stated they would send someone out and they would be here by 8AM. Well unfortunately my husband had to go to work and left me in charge so 9AM rolls around and still no one has shown up and of course my husband did not get the young lady's name which is a BIG pet peeve of mine. So I called back and spoke to Andrea which she is the ONLY reason I would give Will Fix It 1 star since I cant give zero stars! Andrea listed to my concerns especially with my tenants being without water since 6:30AM and myself mixing more time from work and sent Jesse out right away. After speaking with Andrea at 9AM she had Jesse out at my units by 9:30AM now that is what I call customer service especially since Andrea informed me the first individual my husband spoke to marked us down as an AC needing to be fixed which was incorrect! Moving on once Jesse assessed the problem he turned the water back on to my units as thankfully it was the sprinkler system that needed to be assessed further however Jesse quoted us $625 to fix the sprinkler system which was ridiculous if you ask me. So with me not being the owner or the person that pays for repairs I got the owners on the phone (my dad) and let him speak to Jesse. Jesse explained to my dad that this was Will Fix It's flat rate and I could hear my dad asking him questions such as is this is an hourly rate, what if you finish the job in 10 minutes, etc and Jesse continued to repeat that the amount owed would be $625. Well Jesse then proceeded to hand me the phone still in conversation with my dad mind you I am standing in front of Jesse the entire time and he hands me the phone, walks over to his truck and gets in then leaves. Talk about rude service my dad was on the phone saying hello and when I informed him it was me he asked where the guy went and I told him in his truck and left and did not say one word to me. My dad laughed and said fine either we will call another plumber out or my husband could fix it and let me tell you folks it was a simple PVC pipe that needed to be fixed and my husband fixed the PVC pipe on Sunday and it took him 30 minutes and cost $16. So save your money because Will Fix It has not only rude customer service but over charges by $600!

I would advise people to never use this company. (1400 % mark up on parts)We called them on a Sunday because there add on the internet stated that they were open on Sunday and in New Braunfels. They charged an emergency fee which we understood because it was Sunday but the tech was suppose to be there between 12-2. He got there at 6. Then he replaced one part that my husband had already determined was needed. It did not fix the problem and the tech thought a relay in the system was also out which her didn't have on the truck. )He would look for it and call us on Monday)After he left my husband and neighbor found the problem on the outside unit. Monday at 8 am my husband went and purchased the part and fixed the system. While picking up that part for $20. He asked about the part we paid $280.00 for the day before and it was $17.00!!! 1400% mark up. Manager stated that the price was so high to pay for the techs labor. If that's the case what was the $119.00 emergency service charge for??? These people will rip you off! Will never use again or recommend even to people I don't like.

I have had great experience in my prior dealings with Will Fix It. My unit was installed and is warrantied by them. On Saturday morning my unit stopped working. I called the service at 8:00am long wait but they were pleasant and told me someone would definitely be able to come out that day. The rep confirmed my address, phone number and age of my unit and told me I would be called 30 minutes prior to my service visit. At 4:00PM I called back to check on status. I was transferred to, I believe, a dispatcher who told me she had called me twice that morning to let me know they could not come out today. I received no phone call so I asked her what number she called and she said "your number on file ###-####" I explained that not only was this not my number but I had provided it to the service and the number was even read back to me. I was then told that I could not be seen until the following Saturday! I replied that not only was this not OK but why was I told I would have a visit today and why do the commercials brag about 24 hour service, etc. She offered to put me on the schedule for Monday but told me that I may get a call to reschedule. I asked why nobody could come out any sooner. She replied that "after hours" calls had an additional fee. I was well aware that a weekend service would be defined as after hours!! I told her I wanted an after hours service. She told me I had to call back after 5:00PM!! I called back at 5:00PM and the lady I spoke to at the service was very nice, scheduled me for 6:00 - 10:00PM slot and apologized for my previous call stating "we do not make people call back for an after hours service." By 9:00 - 9:15PM I had not received a call so I called back to ensure that I was still on the schedule. I was told that I was on the schedule but that the rep would put a message in to the local branch and ask them to contact me with an approximate time. At about 9:45PM I called again and spoke to the same rep; I told her I had not received a call. She transferred me to her Supervisor who apologized and told me that she had sent a message to the Tech who would contact me. At 11:00PM I gave up and went to bed. The next morning I wake up to a voicemail from someone who stated "I am at the gate and cannot get in." This was at about 11:15PM. This was such a painful and frustrating experience that I am now forced to have my unit serviced by another company despite my warranty being with Will Fix It. Something has gone horribly wrong with this company (or at least my branch)!

Made an appointment over 2 weeks ago and took the day off of work. I was called the day of the appointment at the same time the appointment was to take place to be told they would basically be 2 weeks late. Thanks for the notice! This information could have been provided days sooner out of professionals courtesy, but this company clearly lacks that.

In the beginning Will Fix It was professional. Be prepared when you do call back immediately after you missed their call you will be on hold for 10-15 minutes while they search for their records of calling you. Then you are told that since you didn't answer the call you have to reschedule. Apparently they are SORRY for any inconvenience but the technician was sent to another call. Even though they tell you to immediately call back if you missed their call which we did, this is NOT true! They will skip your appointment. Do not take any time off of work until your appointment is confirmed on the day of service. We both did and lost those work hours and will be searching for a new company. Unfortunately I had to press at least one star to be able to post this review as there was not a option for no stars!

Charges way too much and can't be punctual. Called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for Monday. They lost my appointment and I wouldn't have known unless I called to see where they were. They then gave me an appointment for later that day, but basically were completely inconsiderate of my time and showed up an hour later than the window. Not cool. And literally my house is NOT COOL because of their mistakes and not staffing appropriately.
AND they tried to charge $200 for the 1st pound of Freon and $100 per pound after that and said we needed 6 pounds plus a $100 MINOR repair for a total of $800. What a company that is completely trying to gouge their customers and certainly not trying to help. Anyone can google how much Freon costs and it's not that much.

Called them that my water heater was out, showed up on time. I was at work, my wife was there after he does diagnostic tells my wife $2100 my wife and I had done some research and we saw it should be between $900 to $1300 with installation. After my wife says why so much he comes back and says I can knock it down to $1400. My wife said no, called another place and they did it for $1200 and they included a water softener and collection bin. I don't know if that's standard but I thought it was a great deal and he used the same brand water heater that was there that had at lasted for 10 years. So stay away they tried to take advantage of us. Wish I could 0 stars.

I had a problem with my water softener. I had the make and model number when I made the appointment for the free estimate to fix it. The repairman arrived about 45 minutes past the "we'll be there between 10 and noon" window.
The gentleman took one look at the unit and said we don't work on these. I said I had been very clear when I called, what type I had. He shrugged. He then asked how many bathrooms we had and proceeded to tell me this was an undersized unit for our home. "No offense if you made the choice , but this is for a mobile home at best!"
Since I had used the manufacturer guidelines for the original purchase I was not impressed.
He then stated they sold a different type of water softener that listed for $ 4800.00 he would recommend. I asked him to leave.
Bait and Switch is what came to my mind. What a waste of time.

I agree! A total scam! Tech told me $400.00 for 2 lbs of freon installed. I called an actual honest company and was told it needed 1 1/2 lbs of freon. I paid $110.00 installed. I will never use this company again. The annual inspection is nothing more then a effort to take your money for unneeded repairs.
