our tech, Delton B., did a great and thorough job giving our house our yearly furnance tune up. Not only did he check our new Lennox furnance, he assessed our existing old unit and provide us ways to save and prolong it's life until it needs to be replaced.

My elderly father had to have his leaking water heater replaced, so he bought one from Home Depot, who contracts with "Will Fix It" who then came to his home to install the water heater. The water heater cost him much less than what he paid for labor (1223.00) to have it installed. My father is on a fixed income, a disable veteran and terminally ill. It just floored me to know that "Will Fix It" would actually screw him for 1223.00 in labor fees. Carlos, the install technician was very rude and not at all helpful. But he did mention that it was Home Depot who charges that labor fee, and if we had called "Will Fix It" directly, we would have been charged twice the price. It just baffles me how these companies have the nerve to take advantage of the elderly. I have shared this story with family and friends and all have told me they would have never allowed this company to do the work, some have said they're crooks, some have said they are high priced in all they do and don't ever try to work with you on anything. I'm still upset and frustrated with this company and how they really screwed my dad in the work they did. I will say this though.....I share this story with everyone I know. I also posted it at the HOA meeting board. And the funny thing is, everyone agreed with me and told me I should have never allowed them in my house.

Brian Medelez and Colby were extremely professional, personable, and experienced. Together they checked out my water heater that continued to trip the circuit breaker. They provided me a quote, got approval, went to get the materials, came back, and removed old tank and installed the new one in about 2.5 hours. They worked diligently and were very courteous to my concerns and questions. I would happily use them in the future and rest assured of the quality and dependability on their service and products. It may cost a little more than other companies but the peace of mind and customer service is priceless! Would definitely recommend to anyone reading this. A++++++++

Called after hours for a leak. Tech came and quoted me 1500 dollars and aid he would have to tear my wall apart and did not have the right tool or part on his truck so would have to come back the next day. "One of the worst ones I have seen". Called another company half hour later and the plumber fixed leak in 30 minutes for 340 dollars. Said that the tool and part are pretty standard on trucks. Don't use these jokers.

Heard their ad on the radio for $69.......BUYER BEWARE. Have 2 blockages kitchen sink and shower drain. Ad is only for clean outs. Tech came over and informed me, to snake shower or sink is $200 each. Tech attempted sink clean out 3 times. Couldn't get through. Still cost $69. Still have blockages.

I'm so so upset and disappointed in this company!!!! The few times I had used this company I was always satisfied...I recommend them to my sister to fix a leak in her bathroom,they needed to break her wall and do all this work so it ended up a huge project,they said they could do it and gave her a reasonable price. First they never never told her how long it would take..the technician said it would prolly be done n 2/3 days. Well they still haven't finished the job been a week and they left a huge mess n her yard which my sister got "cited" for and they kept giving her the round around on when the job was gonna be done!!!!! They where rude and didn't do a good job at allllllll!!! I will never and don't recommend them to anyone!!!! They where no good what so ever!!!! And the job was over 1,000$ you would think they would have done wayyy better

This is my first experience with hiring a company to fix something at my home and I was not too impressed.

We had a leak in our walls somewhere that was leaving water damage in 2 bathrooms and in a closet under the stairs. We could not figure out where it was coming from so we called this company. The plumber came on time and was a very nice, he made sure to let us know the price for a leak search, $195/hr. After about 40 minutes and one hole in the wall, he told us that our shower was leaking and to not use it for a week and get it resealed. Simple! Except, the next morning we woke up after not using the shower and our bathroom floor was flooded. He was obviously wrong.

After a day of tearing up drywall on my own to save money, I had found that the leak was coming from the ceiling, so we called this company again. That night they sent another plumber who was also very nice but obviously very tried and ready to go home. He made a few more holes in the wall and then told me he had found the leak and told us the repair for the pipe would be another $400. I told him I would fix the leak myself now that he had found where it was coming from, when he went out to the truck with my husband to charge us another $195, I looked at where he said it was leaking and there was no leak there at all, just water dripping onto that part of the pipe from the ceiling.

I was not happy with the work of either plumber. My husband and I eventually found the leak ourselves and we were able to fix the pipe on our own for only $30. I could not believe that this company charged almost $200/hr just for them to be lazy in their work. Both plumbers were very nice but I would never hire them again.

When I first bought my home the AC digital thermostat on the wall said it was installed and serviced by Will Fix It. The unit wasn't working, so I called them to see if they could come look at it and give me an estimate. The technician came out and found a breaker had tripped. He flipped it on and handed me a bill for $80. Said that is standard no matter if they do any work at all. I asked if he could do a check-up and preventive maintenance on the unit since he was taking a lot of money for nothing. He said no, my unit didn't need it. Shame on them for taking advantage of a new home owner. I blame myself for not noticing the tripped breaker, but I just feel like they are scamming people for very little work. They are a big company that has gotten greedy and doesn't care about the customer. Sort of like the big law firms! Never again.

Terrible. Called in on a Saturday morning and got a Monday afternoon appointment. They called Monday afternoon and said they were too busy (I had already left work early to meet them.) they re scheduled me for Tuesday 5-7pm. Tuesday I called them around 5:30 because I hadn't heard from them and they had called the wrong person, canceled the appointment and accepted no blame, no apology. Sent someone out Wednesday 5-7pm. He showed up at 7:30 couldn't give me an estimate; promised I'd have it Thursday morning first thing. I called at 12:30pm and was told a quote of over $950 for the repair. I called another plumber and he did the job for $165 in about 20 minutes. Terrible customer service and a gigantic scam. NEVER use these people.

A\C was making a strange noise so we called to set up an appointment. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and came back with the part the next morning. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
