Tankless hot water went out and needed a company that could do same day service. After trying three other companies, Will Fix It was able to send a tech over within two hours. Plumber Shaun and Electrcian Milton came to the rescue and were very polite and professional. They gave me all the options and recommendations. They were also willing to work around my work schedule and come back the following day to finish the job. Both of them always kept me informed as to what they were doing and what was wrong with my system. I will definitely keep Will Fix It's number readily available.

Very disappointed and angered by how business was conducted. I called due to a sewer back up and requested service to unstop line. I was told they had a special for $69 and someone would be out that afternoon. A "technician" arrived and proceeded to put a camera in the line and stated there was no blockage but that there was a bellying or bowing in the line towards the street and one under the house. He told my son in law that he didn't have the equipment on his truck to clear the line anyway. He estimated that the costs would be somewhere between $3000-$$13000 to fix the problems he "viewed with the camera." When I spoke with him he told me it was beginning to rain and that's why he didn't try to clear the line. I called the company the next morning to complain and they had the supervisor speak to me. He apologized to me for the miscommunication of the technician and his misrepresentation of the facts, that he would be reprimanded and would send someone else out. A few minutes later, the plumbing manager called me to discuss my situation and the fact that I paid for a service I didn't receive. I was told he would send another technician out. The technician eventually arrived at the end of the day and after trying to run the sewer line he found a break in the line a few feet from the clean out. I was quoted S1125 to repair the break and any additional charges would be quoted after the repair and running the camera again. Because of my initial interaction with this company, the quote without even properly and ethically determining the issues and the deceit of the first technician sent out, I went with another company. The other company quoted $900 to repair the break and inspect the sewer main in and outside the house. That company came out, did the work very well and inspected the line while I watched the feed; there were no other collapses or breaks. I would never recommended Will Fix It to anyone, their business methods are questionable at best and possibly fraudulent. The original technician should be fired for his unethical conduct, not reprimanded. This is not how a business should conduct its affairs.

Another fantastic experience. Once again I needed a plumber. Called them this morning. They were here this afternoon. On time. Professional. Quick. Reasonable. I CANNOT say enough good things about this place. Every experience with them is perfect. USE THEM! USE THEM! USE THEM! Joseph was Superior!

I had a great experience with Will Fix It!! Shaun, our servicer, was very knowledgeable and informative, helping us make the right choices for us on our water heater and water softener needs. The day I called, I was able to get someone out for consult in less than 24hrs. The crew did an excellent job and were very courteous and professional, as well as, on time and efficient! very very happy with this company!!!! Thank you so much, Shaun!!!

Total ripoff. They came by to give me an estimate on installing a toilet and faucet set for our kitchen sink. They wouldn't even give me an amount for the toilet because it was one with a built in bidet and they said a supervisor would come out the next day to do the estimate because of its complexity.
He never showed. They wanted $1100 for the kitchen sink work, we got someone to do it the next day for $230 and he was apologetic for even charging that much. I think they saw all the expensive houses on our street, our nice cars and our recent renovations and decided to see how much they could get from us. We're not that stupid!

I will NEVER call Will Fix It to do anything for me again. I had a toilet valve that needed to be replaced. Dean gave me an estimate of $212.50 to unscrew my old valve and put on another one. That was the MOST IGNORANT thing I've ever heard. I said, "Are you kidding? Are you serious?" I really thought he was joking. I said, "That is ridiculous. The part is less than $5.00. I'll fix it myself." I then went to WalMart and purchased the part for $4.88 and put it on myself. Really????????????????? I saved $207.62; that is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!!!!!! I still cannot believe this. I've used them before and now I know I was robbed then. Thanks for NOTHING!!!

A plumber from Will Fix It came to provide me with a "free" plumbing leak detection. Well, after he hemmed and haaahed at the muddy mess made by the leak, he said he would have to dig to find the leak at a cost of $200 -- so much for free. After about ten shovels full of mud, he gave because the hole kept filling with water. That is expensive mud -- I should have dug myself while he watched. He then informed that leak detection would require making holes in the interior drywall at a mere cost of $2,500 and to repair the leak possibly $10,000 to $20,000 which made my knees buckle. I almost fainted!!!! Oh and repairs to the drywall were not included. I disagreed with the $200 charge for 10 shovels full of mud; however, his boss told him to charge me for their "free" service since the tech was here almost two hours -- which was about one hour by my calculation. He probably stopped for coffee before heading to my house and gave his company a bogus arrival time. It was obvious that the tech was inexperienced and lazy. He spent most of the time complaining and telling plumbing stories about other customers. The next day another plumber detected the leak AT NO CHARGE in less than one hour by asking questions about the water sources in my home and using a probe around the perimeter of the house -- the leak was repaired in less than two hours at a cost of $465!!! I used Will Fix It two years ago for a major plumbing repair because they provided a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I wonder if that warranty expired after the invoice was written. I will never use Will Fix It again because of this recent experience. I believe the techs are informed to take the longest route to find the problem and to take advantage of the consumer's inexperience with plumbing so that they can charge exhorbitant fees. After the honest plumber detected the leak in the proper fashion, it confirms that Will Fix It techs are not experienced Will Fix It does not believe in customer service just money and they are crooks. Please be aware of their scams. They never would have detected the leak by cutting holes in the drywall -- the leak was found outside!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I needed to repair a faucet and I called WILL"FIX IT, their advertisement is that they do not charge for the service call, but they do overcharge, I will never call them again, their prices are out of this world, the estimate to replace a utility faucet was $453.16, labor only, I had bought the replacement faucet already, and to replace the main water valve in the garage $675.00, total $1129.16, the plumber said the work will take only an hour because he has been doing that work for 15 years, why does he think he can charge that much for a simple repair. TOO EXPENSIVE.

We had the expansion tank for our water heater burst and called Will Fix It to help us replace it. We wound up having to replace the tank, water heater and having a PRV installed which was quite costly. All repairs were done in one day. The plumber told us that we would need to have our new water heater inspected and that Will Fix it would be contacting us to set up an appointment. After waiting a week and no one from Will Fix It calling, I contacted them and was told Chris handled the inspections. Let's just say that I had to call and ask for Chris everyday because he never called me back! Each time I called him I was told he had not come into work yet, he was a lunch, he was on the other line, etc. Never once did he initiate a call to me to help with the inspection! Finally, after a week and a half of calling, my husband finally took over and guess what? he actually talked to Chris! Who gave one excuse after another and never took responsibility for his poor customer service. He told my husband that he had scheduled an inspection for the next day-which did not happen because of false information he gave my husband. Long story short, Chris blamed everyone including our city inspection department for all of the things that had gone wrong. He never once apologized or took responsibility for any of his actions. Finally, I called our city inspection department and had to schedule the appointment myself-took less than 5 minutes and they were very helpful and informative unlike Chris! Other issues: plumber showed up over an hour late and he did not take our payment correctly when the work was completed. I actually had to call Will Fix It to process my bill a week later!

Do Not Use This Company! (They only got a star because the website made me do it.)

We found out last night that we have a major water leak at our house. It is so bad that we had to shut the water off completely. I called and had an appointment scheduled for this evening between 6-8pm for someone to come out to fix the problem.

I received a call at 7pm saying that they couldn't get anyone out to me tonight and could I reschedule for tomorrow. I explained that wouldn't work since everyone would be at work in the morning. The dispatcher told me that he would try and fix them problem. He called me back a few minutes later and said that a technician was on the way and would be at my house in 45 minutes.

When the tech did not show up by 8:15 I called again. I was told they would reach out to the dispatcher and tech and call me back with an update. 45 minutes later I called AGAIN to get an update on the status of the tech. The woman on the phone told me that she doesn't have access to the local records and therefore couldn't tell me anything. She said she'd send a message and have someone call me in the morning.

This was NO SHOW! I cannot wrap my head around the idea that a business could be so unprofessional. This would have been a big job that they now lost out on.
