Very Unsatisfactory Experience. The Technician, Connor, who was extremely pleasant diagnosed and serviced my A/C unit with the description of pump refrigerant into outdoor unit for containment. Install a liquid line filter drier and piston metering device. Properly evacuate the system and release refrigerant being contained in outdoor unit. After two months from servicing, I noticed on June 6th the upstairs A/C unit was leaking a profusion amounts of water, permeating through the ceiling which caused the sheetrock to crack in multiple places. Wilbur's Service Manager, Matthew, came out the next day. He did a great job addressing the mistake of the technician and recognized the technician did not properly clear the line. I call the office on the next day to report a claim to repair my ceiling damages, no one would give me answer. I have called the office repeatedly since June 7th, but they avoided assisting me with this request or given me a direct answer. The response from Helen has been, Mr. Wilbur will call you back. I have been waiting over three weeks. This has been a disastrous experience. I am very dissatisfied with Wilbur's delayed follow up to return my call and resolve this issue.

UPDATED REVIEW: I'm upgrading my Wilbur Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing rating from one star to three stars. The reason is once the owner/service manager got wind of my bad and grossly over-charged service call, he contacted me directly and even came out to my house to take a first-hand look, and after he personally inspected and evaluated the job, and to his credit, he refunded us 68% of the total charge of $624. He also checked our water heater configuration for carbon monoxide leaks, and gave advice on what's considered """"out of code"""" and what's considered """"in code"""". I must say most other companies wouldn't even bother to do a follow-up phone call, much less come out to your house and personally issue a refund. So kudos to Wilbur ACH&P for having very proactive customer service and marketing departments. In case you're wondering why I don't give a rating higher than three stars, well, this bad experience did actually happen. We can't just simply erase from memory the reality of enduring such an outrageous, perplexing, and astonishing experience of how replacing a simple water heater shut-off valve (again, a replacement valve I already had in hand) could cost 624 bucks! Most importantly, however, they did make it right at the end of the day. So I reverse my previous statement review and would indeed recommend Wilbur for your Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing service needs.

We set a time frame of 9:00-12:00. The plumber showed up at about 9:05. Unheard of in my world. He was direct and honest. He did efficient work and made great suggestions for the near future. I'm always a little shocked at how much it costs to get a plumber out to do work, but I am happy with the work and professionalism. These folks are worth your phone call.

We've always used Wilbur's for emergencies, but decided to do a service contract with them for some added piece of mind. Brian Fulton came out and was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue, and had a solution to our problem. Performed the service with his colleague and was finished in less than 30 minutes. I've been using Wilbur's for both A/C and Plumbing for several years. These guys are the best and I love Wilbur's """"Pink Plan""""! Every technician I've had was friendly (like they've known you all your life friendly), professional, and experts in their field. They always give you options, at least 3, on whether to repair, different repairing options, and payment options. The technicians also explain things where even I can understand the entire situation. Thanks to Wilbur for hiring such exceptional employees!

I was so worried about one of our tenants. Why? She retired over a decade ago, has asthma and some other health issues, and her air conditioning was broken. The company we had hired previously apparently hadn't fixed it correctly and said they didn't have time to get back out there. Me and my family couldn't figure out a thing that morning. The reviews for Wilbur's Air Conditioning were fantastic so we decided to give them a shot... How did that go? Clay (one of the technician's with Wilbur's A/C) got out there the same day we called and got EVERYTHING working perfectly! He also answered EVERY question I had, did a little extra work (digital display installation), and the price was a wonderful surprise considering the speed and quality of the work! Clay, me and my family just wanted to let you know that we are incredibly lucky to have discovered you and your team, and THANK YOU for getting that all figured out so incredibly fast.

I have the Wilbur's Pink plan. And after looking at the charges on the last few services i had done by this company; I have realized their charges (value) for services are VERY HIGH -- FOR EVEN THE MOST basic and simple services. I will not be renewing my pink plan when it comes due again. I AM 72 years old, and at this point feeling very taken advantage of by this company.

I used the Yelp tool to find plumbing companies that could come out for an emergency. Someone from Wilbur's got right back to me. The gals in the office were super sweet. They were able to get someone out within a few hours. The plumber who came was also very nice. He was able to fix our issue. I would use them again!

I feel as if I was overcharged by your company. I kept asking the technicians how much was the disposal, but they never gave me a price for how much the garbage disposal actually was, they only give me a grand total of how much it will be including the labor. I decided to go ahead and have them replace the disposal due to circumstances out of my control. Both technicians were very nice and knowledgeable. So I actually trusted their judgment and did not think any more about it until I ask for a receipt and I was told someone from the office will email the receipt to me. Every company I have done business with has given or emailed me a receipt right then and there. After the technicians left, I decided to go look under my sink to see what was the brand of the garbage disposal. In-sink Erator Badger 5 1/2 HP with 3-year limited warranty. This brand can be purchased at all locations below: Lowes - for $144.00 Home Depot- for $114.11 Walmart- for $94.99 Amazon - for $89.48 Why did they charge us $667.78 for a part that cost under $200 and took only 20 minutes of labor? That's just not right! So you charge me over $500 in labor?? Do you treat all your customers this way or just certain ones?? With much regards
