I've been using Wilbur's for both A/C and Plumbing for several years. These guys are the best and I love Wilbur's """"Pink Plan""""! Every technician I've had was friendly (like they've known you all your life friendly), professional, and experts in their field. They always give you options, at least 3, on whether to repair, different repairing options, and payment options. The technicians also explain things where even I can understand the entire situation. Thanks to Wilbur for hiring such exceptional employees!

I have the Wilbur's Pink plan. And after looking at the charges on the last few services i had done by this company; I have realized their charges (value) for services are VERY HIGH -- FOR EVEN THE MOST basic and simple services. I will not be renewing my pink plan when it comes due again. I AM 72 years old, and at this point feeling very taken advantage of by this company.

Glad to report an excellent experience with two (2) plumbing professionals on yesterday (12-8-2023). Both Jason, and Brittany (lol) ... actually I mean Brady, were professional and courteous from the time they entered my home until the time the job was completed. They moved about fluidly and efficiently. This customer should also note the professional and respectful way these men work as a team. I observed a perfect veteran/mentor type way they performed. This customer felt the total cost to be a bit higher than preferred. But ultimately determined the cost as reasonable when considering the finished product and my comfort level of the services performed. Would recommend this company's plumbing services highly. I used the Yelp tool to find plumbing companies that could come out for an emergency. Someone from Wilbur's got right back to me. The gals in the office were super sweet. They were able to get someone out within a few hours. The plumber who came was also very nice. He was able to fix our issue. I would use them again!
