Called for heater repair, the technician did all his repair and tests everything is good and left, the following morning I turned it on it was howling. Called them back to send someone out and asked them, I'm not going to get charged again am I since it was not fixed the 1st time, right? They said no. The second technician came out and was here for about 10 minutes and left and sure enough they charged my credit card again, and they are not cheap! After emailing back and forth they weren't going to budge.
Needless to say, I won't be using them anymore.

I am very confused at how some people can only give them one star. We were recommended by a neighbor, for a new air conditioning system. From The start their communication was top notch. Pat S helped us through everything, and making sure we had the whole house piped with proper air flow. Our thermostat that we purchased separately and they installed for us on the spot no extra charge. We had a couple electrical difficulties to where they had to come back out but they were out within 24 hours and had amazing customer service. You can't beat their customer service.

SO I hate writing bad reviews...but I was on the books for these folks starting yesterday...then was asked to do this morning at 8...by 845, no show no call...I call at 9...oh sorry, how about 12...ok. 1 comes and goes...no call no show...I call...oh we promise today but we aren't sure when but TODAY...we'll let you know by 2. No call no show....till 3...I get a call...not sure when BUT TODAY. I said I can call someone else, no we will be there TODAY. At 5 the very nice call center person calls and says she gave my number to the tech. He calls at SEVEN PM...and says they had someone quit this morning....and rather than saying that and letting me find someone else...they let it drag on ALL DAY. He said he could take a look...but couldn't fix anything today. REALLY!?!?!?! I have this horrible smell coming from my bathroom...and now it's weekend rates IF I can find anybody. HORRIBLE customer service, the call center folks were REALLY NICE...but I need to have the tech actually SHOW UP. I was also told they DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS...which is not what is says here on yelp. Will never call them again.

Worst plumbing company out there. After calling to ask for a quote on installing a tankless water heater and Utility sink all I got was jerked around, it started with Amanda after numerous phone calls and about a week telling me that someone would show up in one to two hours, but no one ever showed up and she never called to tell me no one could make it just left me hanging all day. When someone finally did show up days later the so-called plumber had little to no knowledge on plumbing installs in fact when I ask him if he ever installed a tankless water heater, he told me no, but this was the guy they sent to give me a quote on installing a tankless water heater. In addition, when I ask him questions about installing a utility sink, he was clueless on most of the questions I ask him about this install as well in fact when I ask him about an automatic vent for the sink, he had no clue of what I was talking about. After approximately one hour and 3 to 4 phone calls to his supervisor he told me running the drain line for the sink would be over $5,000.00 dollars and that's with me doing all the trenching, when I told him not to waste anymore of my time with his over inflated installation quotes, he then tried to sell me on a discount of 20 percent if I was willing to sign up for recurring maintenance which I never ask for. This has to be the worst plumbing contractor in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County. Their overinflated rates along with their inexperienced technicians are not worth wasting your time on and unfortunately, I had to give them one star if I could have given them 0 stars I would have.

Worst service ever experienced. Promised four times on the arrival of a technician and all four times no one showed. I was supposed to be the first stop on Friday morning and when I called after an hour they said sorry. We had a technician call in sick so we're fully booked so I rescheduled for Monday my only day off I was promised a technician would be here at my house by 8 AM. I clarified with the dispatcher is it eight at my house or he'll be leaving the shop at eight? She said the technician will be at my house Monday morning at 8 o'clock
Guess what no one showed up I called at 8:30 they said they were having a meeting and he would be leaving the shop in San Luis Obispo headed to Atascadero in just a few moments he would be at my house by 10:30 I promise.
Guess what no one showed up by 10 I called again they said they would have somebody to my house by 10:30 they're in my area and he just finished a job that they had to take care of before me and if nobody shows up please give us a call.
Guess what 11 o'clock I called back because no technician had showed . Justin the technician called and said he was in Nipomo and was going to go to lunch and he would see me in two hours. I filled him in on the sequence of events and said that was unacceptable don't bother coming . I called Whightons AGAIN, whoops sorry. I was told I would receive a phone call back in a few minutes to see what they could do to resolve this continuous bad service and guess what they called back but still couldn't help me so I canceled

Dear Whightons, I can't believe after so many years in business that the dispatcher is so incompetent.
Why continue to PROMISE the arrival of a phantom technician knowing full well you would not be able to deliver on said Promise. Shame, Shame, Shame

Called for a heater repair after many attempts to get some other companies to come for a quote. They came exactly as planned , extremely communicative, very professional and extremely talented!
They sent a technician named Mark who was nothing short of brilliant! Fixed the problem, extremely trustworthy and VERY fair on pricing.... No need to search further for a great A/C repair company you have found it right here!

Our heat ran out Saturday 1-8-22. Our property manager called you several times Saturday: 1-8-22. She talked to several people there BUT no one came out to help us on 1- 8 or 1-9-22?
Why isn't there EMERGENCY SERVICE FROM WIGHTONS on Saturday (1-8-22)? I can understand Sunday unavailability, BUT not Saturday!?!?
Can you please give me an explanation?

DO NOT CALL these people. They are unreliable and unprofessional. It took them over a week to finally send someone out to take a look at our heating system (we had a Priority Customer Membership with them). I did three follow up calls in that week because no one would call like they promised. I finally called a competitor and was serviced within 2hours!!!!
