Weiss plumbing sent a guy to my house to tell me I have a leak in my plumbing no duh then charged me 95$ and couldn't fix the leak because he had no tools in his truck and only was supposed to start the next Monday. Complete rip off. bS. They will find a way to rip u off. I'm reporting them to the BBB. They are slick and will trick u. I'll never use again. Aar

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They came out on a home warranty call, collected my deductible, and have heard nothing from them since. The order was just closed as ""work completed"".... yet my basement still has pipes leaking.
I filed a complaint with my home warranty compay.

Worst Plumbing company! They are horrible! I had to use them to go through my home warranty company. They were a no-show for three appointments. Not even a phone call to let us know they were going to be late or not coming at all. When they finally showed up they made a hole in my kitchen ceiling to fix a leak. Said it wasn't covered under my warranty and left. When I called the business they said it probably would be covered, they had to reschedule another appointment. They said it shouldn't leak as long as I didn't use the bathroom. In a 1 bathroom house is kind of hard to do. It took me a month for them to come out the first time. The owner refused to talk to us. I called the company three times in one day and the owner refused to speak with me. I ended up having to call another plumber who came out the next day and repaired the leak and the hole they made in my ceiling. Not only did they not fix the leak they created another problem by stripping a screw in the bathtub drain. This is the most incompetent unprofessional company I've ever tried to work with. I wish I could leave zero Stars.

The plumber was able to fix my clogged drain but he said my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. It just got replaced four months ago. And he would not stay to do the work as he was busy. I have to make another appointment. I only used them because my home warranty uses this company. If I didn't have it and would not have used them.

American home shield sent this company to my house, they are terrible. The first time they replaced and ejector pit, did not put the bolts or the seal back on the lid in the basement smelled like sewer gas. I've also had a venting issue, it has been 17 days, they have sent one technician out, the follow up technician did not show up, still waiting to have this issue repaired. Every time I talk to dispatch on the phone she has another excuse for why they were unable to get a qualified technician to my home. Terrible, avoid this company at all cost.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment for next day service they told me between 12&4 plumber calls me around 10am and says he's on the way then he calls back and says he has an emergency he will get back to me this afternoon I waited all day till about 330 haven't heard anything so I called the plumber no answer. I called the office they stated the plumber had tried to call me and no one answered(which was a lie) they told me the plumber was on the way. A hour went by still no one showed I tried calling the plumber again he answers and says he doesn't have all the equipment and I would have to reschedule so I call the office back and they are closed. This is by far the most unorganized unprofessional Buiness I've dealt with. I've been without hot water no working stove for 4 days I have a gas leak in my basement and yet no one seems to care. I would not recommend this place at all. They are not professional and seems like they are short on staff.

Terrible! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL!!! Quoted us 3500 for a water leak without even snaking the drain. Told us they have to break up the concrete to see what's going on. Lies. Other plumber came out and fixed it for less than $50. They are not professional at all. Wouldn't even give us the paper work explaining what they saw. What a joke.

This is one critical review where I can confidently say a bad review is beyond justified, and still doesn't do justice to the poor performance. Hands down this company may be the most poorly reviewed company I've ever seen: **************************************************************************** From the very beginning of my need for urgent plumbing services as assigned through 2-10 Home Warranty Group, do to a sanitary line back up and series of leaks that occurred on 5/22/2020, Wiese Plumbing has proven to be extremely disorganized and lacks any sense of timely response to my plumbing needs. The fact of the matter is they have proven to be substandard in every facet of service, from timely service call scheduling, constant tracking down answers, sending staff out unprepared to not completing work in full as approved by the warranty company, I would urge everyone considering this organization to seek a reputable and ethical alternative service provider immediately.
I should have recognized the red flags from the very beginning as I called Wiese Plumbing given I did not hear from them within 48 hours of my warranty call to 2-10 Plumbing. When calling them and referencing the work order # they had no awareness to what I was referencing.
Though the warranty program, which the contractor signed up to be a part of and thereby agree to their terms and conditions for response and service ETA's, they failed to meet any of the response expectations. Likely to assume they shake down the program for work to get by and then act like cowboys in scheduling/performing work as they see fit.
The communication between levels of staff is obviously flawed as well. Most of their business appears to come through warranty companies because no one who researches companies would call them. As briefly as I can tell it: They sent me a guy saying they would submit a bunch of stuff to the warranty company for me. Then they called and said, ""Everything's covered by the warranty company."" They send staff that only repair some of what the original staff member told me was being submitted.
Since they refuse to admit any communication errors on their part, one could assume they just lie. They also lie to the warranty company by telling them they have appointments scheduled with me when they don't. As far as the people I interacted with in person, they seemed genuine and friendly when they were here. It seems like because of the poor communication something happens behind the scenes that turns the customer service poor. At least that's what I'd like to believe the people that came were honest.
Based upon the following timetable you can clearly see the company has a severe disconnect when it comes to sense of urgency in addressing plumbing issues.
Friday May 22, 2020 Original Work Order #7727853 was submitted to Wiese Plumbing & Heating by 2-10 Home Warranty
- Based upon urgent need an emergency drain service call had to be secured to clear the line that caused a backup into the bathroom toilets and main bathroom bathtub
- At 12:09pm May 22, 2020 Wiese Plumbing & Heating confirmed my request with 2-10 Home Warranty noting they will reach out to schedule my appointment shortly.
- Specifically when I placed a service call on May 22nd, 2020 with 2-10 Home Warranty I was informed the assigned plumber, Wiese Htg & Plumbing of Norton, Ohio would contact me within 24 hours to schedule service. In reaching out to the plumbers offices the admin indicated they would not be able to schedule anything prior to Tuesday. I explained the emergency need for services given a backup as well as leaking pipes. To compound my issues, I still never heard from the contractor until calling them on Wednesday May 27, 2020, at which point they seemed lost as to what claim I was noting.
Wednesday May 27, 2020 12:44pm my appointment with Wiese Plumbing & Heating was confirmed as scheduled for May 29th, 2020 between12:00pm - 4:00pm EDT, but only after I had to escalate the issue with 2-10 Home Warranty. Upon receipt of this confirmation I called Wiese Plumbing & Heating to clarify the extent of what occurred so the correct staff could be sent for a fix it right the first time. I was assured the staff would come prepared to fix the issue.
Friday May 29, 2020 the Wiese Plumbing employee arrived at which point I was informed they would only be scoping the work that needs to be done. I was advised this would require approval before proceeding, thus directly conflicting with the message that the desk representative clearly conveyed to me on May 27th. From this initial visit I was never provided a copy of the estimated scope as I was advised it would be provided to 2-10 Home Warranty for review and consideration.
Monday June 1, 2020 Wiese Plumbing provided to 2-10 Home Warranty the estimate for a scope of work that included replacement of a copper drain line that was leaking, along with replacing 2 different toilet wax rings.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Our hot water heater broke Sunday night. Called our home warranty company who stuck us with Wiese Plumbing to get it fixed. It is now Thursday and we still don't have a fixed hot water heater. They claim they can come out NEXT Tuesday and replace it and that more than a week to fix a hot water heater ""is pretty good.""

We called a more reputable company the Monday it broke, who was willing and able to replace it ON THE SAME DAY.

Weise might want to check the dictionary for the definition of ""timely manner"" for their mission statement because they are failing. Miserably.
