The on-site staff will sweet talk you, but they won't deliver on the promises. The leadership does not care and treat customers like garbage. They will not accept complaints. Obviously, they don't resolve them as evidenced by the reviews.

In 2015 I hired Wiese to install a hot water heater in my mobile home. Fast forward to this week. The heater would not stay lit. I had them come out to fix it. They stated that it was not certified for a mobile home. I discovered that the heater they put in violated HUD regulations, voided my homeowner's insurance, and created a fire hazard (putting my life and that of all my neighbor's in jeopardy). It appears that their profit margin is more important to them than anything else! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

Wiese Plumbing came to my house when I contacted HSA Home Warranty about water being in my basement when I drain the bathtub on the second floor. They told me repeatedly it was a foundation problem and after I told them repeatedly it wasn't they kept looking. They then told me they had to open up the wall under the sink in the kitchen but needed authorization to cut into the cabinet if it was just drywall they could do it but they would have to return when they had authorization to cut into the cabinet. After I told them the cabinet under the sink had no back and it was drywall they decided to cut into it but apparently then decided they had needed to be behind the dishwasher. They said they were going to remove the dishwasher and cut into the wall back there but then went outside and came back in and said they would have to return when they had authorization because the repair was over $150. I asked them when that would be but they didn't know and said the office would call HSA the next day and then get back to me. I told them I would call the office which I did and I asked the office it they could go ahead and call HSA that day but they insisted the policy was to get the paperwork back the next morning and then call HSA. I voiced my concern about the repair men because they at first insisted it was a foundation problem and she said she would have to check with them because one of the men was one of their best plumbers. I did voice that really had me worried because they seemed to want to insist it was a foundation problem and leave without diagnosing the problem. After waiting all day today for the to call back with a return time to actually fix the problem I decided to call HSA Warranty to see if they got the authorization yet before I called them and HSA called them and they told them they were not going to submit for authorization because I made them feel uncomfortable while in my house so they would not be returning. Now HSA has to send someone else to diagnose and start again. If insisting it is not a foundation problem, which they eventually agreed with, informing them the area under the sink had no back to cut into, which you would think they would check, makes them uncomfortable, I am very sorry. Also the office made me wait a day and only me calling HSA before I found out they weren't coming back. Also, never said anything to their office but I one of the men came in chewing tobacco and one had heavy dirt on their boots but I didn't say anything to them about that.

Repair my AC unit on Sat Memorial weekend . They never came,never
called,let me sit wasting my day. According to other reviews it looks like

This plumber was selected thru American Home Shield. They were her at my home 4 times. They fixed my hot water clog and originally fixed a leak from kitchen sink to basement. They reconfigured my pipes under my kitchen sink and now debris comes up in my other sink. Then they cam again and tried to fix it but still have issues. Called manager Tim and spoke to him but then he refused to speak to me after out first conversation. The pipe they fixed in the basement is unstable because they did not fix properly. Had to call AHS twice and they gave me a new plumbing company. Very poor workmanship and professionalism.

Very sorry I used this company. I needed an aluminum rod put in my water tank because of the smell of the water. It had been diagnosed by several people and this company is close, so I thought I would try them. I sent them the model & Ser. number and they said they would get the part and be out in two days. They showed up on the correct day but some how did not have the right part even after I sent them all the information. The two plumbers they sent had no idea what they were doing. They didn't even know what a power vent water heater was. He started to tell me this wouldn't fix the issue even though their office and three other people told me this was the issue.
He had to leave and go find the part somewhere and had to call someone else to tell him where it went in the water heater. They did get it fixed after a couple hours but I am still concerned if they did everything right. What told me the most about the company is I called for the owner a couple days later and the office manager (who was very nice) told me he would call me. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for that call. I don't ever write reviews but if they don't care enough about their reputation to call me back, I guess I should be ok telling me story.

This company was chosen for me through HSA. They were supposed to reach out to me to schedule an appointment and never did. So after I few days I called them just to speak with a very rude lady that said I'd have to wait a week and a half. I probably could have dealt with the wait if they lady was at least friendly. Sure glad I canceled that request after reading the other reviews for this company.

I contacted wise plumbing and made an appointment and then took off work for that appt. the day of the scheduled time they never showed up 1 hour and 20 mins after they should of been here they called and said say sorry we cant make it. didn't give me a time they could come again. I was told to call the office in the morning. the lady who answers the phone is short ( with her words) and rude. do not recommend them at all! only went through them bc of our home warranty.

Beware of this very unprofessional, incompetent company!

The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate these buffoons! After reading other tons of horrible reviews, I can see I'm not alone in my awful experience with these idiots.

I'm now going on TWO whole weeks of NO air conditioning thanks to this crappy company. Two weeks that my family and I have had to suffer through with the thermostat reading almost 85 degrees inside my place. Two weeks that my little kids can't sleep and are roasting trying to get through this horrible heat. Unfortunately where I live we rent and our landlord likes to go through these morons, probably because they are cheap.

We have Geriatric Gerry come out and install coolant in the 1980's AC unit and then bolt and leave without making sure it was cooling down, saying it would cool right down...it didn't. Still as hot as Satan's butt crack in here. Call them back, low and behold Geriatric Gerry can't come out until Monday to ""fix"" the problem. Wait another few miserable days and he comes out and hops up and down like an idiot touching the vents because he's too short to reach and makes a few grunting noise. We tell him the unit just needs replaced, he sees it's leaking coolant and we say we need it fixed today as this is now a health and safety issue with my baby and little kid literally roasting in the damn place at 85 degrees plus. He informs us it won't get done today, no way and not over the weekend as he has stuff going on and he slams the door and sits in his vehicle for a few minutes and then bolts out of here.

We are stunned that he had the nerve to be this unprofessional after his initial screw up and LACK of CARE that there our little kids suffering in this hot place and he just LEAVES without saying anything. NICE.

We call the incompetent company who says they won't be out until Weds to fix. We inform our landlord what a crappy company and tech these morons are and she called out Custom Comfort who installed a brand new unit in mere hours the same day. Moral of the story here folks, is save your money, save your headache and DO NOT call these morons!! Horrible, unprofessional company!

We had a horrible time with Wiese.

We have plumbing coverage through an add-on with our Gas Bill.

Wiese gave us the run around like we have never experienced.

It took 9 days after we called before anything was fixed.

Wiese came out and snaked the drain, which did not fix the problem. The guy who snaked it said someone will be out the next day with the camera.

When the next day came and no camera showed up I called Wiese and got excuse and excuse.

After day 5 I spoke with Missy. I told her we have been without a toilet for 5 days, she responded by saying ""I've had to go 10 days without one.""

9 days later and it was finally fixed. They did not put the sidewalk back in. They left all the old pieces of clay pipe laying in my yard.

The guys who were working left their trash in my yard daily. Their lunch wrapper or pizza box would end up in the hole or in the grass.
