I have lived in Panama City Beach for over 50 years, so I have used quite a few plumbers and none that I am more pleased to recommend than Whitehead Plumbing. They were recommended to me the first time when I was searching for quotes on having a low water pressure problem. Four different plumbers told me I needed to have all new pipes which would have been very expensive and destroy my floors and walls. Whitehead came out and was inspecting everything for over two hours and told me I did not need to be repiped as I had copper pipes but I needed a new main water line put in and replace one outside faucet. Major savings and mess prevented. They sent out a crew, replaced the line with little damage to my yard. Then I had a sewer line blocked in one of my baths and water began coming up into shower. I called and was told it would be four days before their first opening. I understood why, but several hours later they called and had an opening that day. The employee worked diligently for four hours to clear the blockage and even called for assistance to get the job done. No damage or mess to my house or yard and their rates are very reasonable. I had to have a hot water heater replaced earlier in the year and they were $1000 less than another long time plumber. I find them honest, professional and so far a company I will continue to trust my business to.

They were able to squeeze me in even though they were booked. Guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt a little on the expensive side but Atlanta prices are more competitive because more competition so I guess competitive for Panama City.

Called to have an outdoor water valve put on the outside of building. They came by to prepare estimate. The guy said he would email me with a quote. Never received one. I called my landlord and he called them. Their excuse was they could not do it for me. The owner would have to Call and request an estimate. Well we did that and after 3 weeks. Still nothing! The owner of the building finally said I could do it myself since Whitehead Plumbing was just giving us the run around.

I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. They came out last year on a 'smelly drain' call--the repairman got out here and told us the problem was our 'seldom used' main bathroom didn't have any water in the trap and that was causing the odor--recommended running water for a few minutes per week and problem was resolved. Cost: $0 Because of that we used them again this week to install a new sink and disposal. They were on time, did the job quickly, and the cost was very (VERY) reasonable. These guys are the only plumbers i have ever had experience with that i didn't feel burned when they left--they were fantastic!!

Was trefered to us by our friend Charli Allon. The receptionest was professional and assured us that someone would be here today. When Lonnie arrived he was polite, very professional helpful in describing every aspect on what he was going to accomplish. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He also cleaned up the work site. We would like to thank Whithead Plumbing and Lonnie for coming so quickly to our aid. Unlike Plum Better who obviously is only interested in making a huge profit at the expense of our defensless elderly citizense who are on a fixed income.

Very impressed with my experience with Whitehead Plumbing. The seal of my garbage disposal deteriorated causing a leak under my kitchen sink. Lonnie repaired the problem at the time it was scheduled at a very fair price. He was pleasant, professional and left the area clean and dry. I will definitely use and recommend Whitehead for any future plumbing issues.

My mother's 70 year old toilet stopped working -- go figure, huh?! Larry Street came out this morning on time and was very nice professional and knowledgeable. He said that in all his years working there he had never seen such and old model (not surprising at all) and that he wouldn't be able to get any parts to fix it. He quoted us a very reasonable price for a nice, new ADA approved toilet, which is what she needs. He was able to replace it quickly, and we are very satisfied with the service. He is truly an asset to this company that my mom has used for many years now. I hope his value to the company is recognized. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Thank you.
