Way overpriced for their service at least at the beach. Basically it was $290 for a 30 min job. The part cost a little over $117 from a Home Depot supplier. Total cost was $395 for under a 30 min job. About $150 over priced. Service was good and could do the job within a few days. They did call and postponed the original time set. I had to wait an additional 24 hours.

We had an emergency over the weekend of 8/1 and Whitehead Plumbing was the only one to respond back to me immediately! The customer service was excellent! I can't thank you enough for your help and professionalism!

The company had an ownership change last year and the new owners don't care for the customer as much. The price has gone up a lot too. The company is more after the money than the need of customers. Do a research on who owns the company and you will find it interesting and the true intent of their ownership. I would not recommend it. Keep the money for other local businesses who truly care for the customer and have a good discount as well as warranty.

Not knowledgeable. Said """"maybe this will work"""" and """"well maybe this might fix it"""". Also showed up 2 hours late for an appointment that was made 10 days ago. I was supposed to be the """"first stop of the day."""" Zero communication. I had to call out of work for an entire day for someone to show up, ridicule my dog, and not even fix my problem. 10/10 would not recommend. If I could give any lower than 1 star I would.

Couldn't be happier. Half the price of the Home Depot installation company and the service provided by Scott Taylor was professional, courteous, and on-time. I'll definitely be contacting Whitehead Plumbing if I need a plumber in the future.

Wonderful service from Lonnie! My tankless hot water heater was acting up and I had three different people tell me what they thought was wrong with it, none that made sense to me, and all that wanted to charge me $500 for """"repair""""......Lonnie diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour for less than $200 and he had the part on his truck so the service was immediate. He is a professional who knows what he is talking about and he is an honest serviceperson. I will call him for all my plumbing needs. Great to have such knowledgeable and professional service.

We called Whitehead Plumbing for assistance with a broken toilet flange. The lady over the phone was very polite and got us scheduled right away. Our technician, Jesse came out promptly. He knew right away what needed to be done. He was pretty quick, friendly and very professional. The price was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend this company.

I have lived in Panama City Beach for over 50 years, so I have used quite a few plumbers and none that I am more pleased to recommend than Whitehead Plumbing. They were recommended to me the first time when I was searching for quotes on having a low water pressure problem. Four different plumbers told me I needed to have all new pipes which would have been very expensive and destroy my floors and walls. Whitehead came out and was inspecting everything for over two hours and told me I did not need to be repiped as I had copper pipes but I needed a new main water line put in and replace one outside faucet. Major savings and mess prevented. They sent out a crew, replaced the line with little damage to my yard. Then I had a sewer line blocked in one of my baths and water began coming up into shower. I called and was told it would be four days before their first opening. I understood why, but several hours later they called and had an opening that day. The employee worked diligently for four hours to clear the blockage and even called for assistance to get the job done. No damage or mess to my house or yard and their rates are very reasonable. I had to have a hot water heater replaced earlier in the year and they were $1000 less than another long time plumber. I find them honest, professional and so far a company I will continue to trust my business to.

They were able to squeeze me in even though they were booked. Guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt a little on the expensive side but Atlanta prices are more competitive because more competition so I guess competitive for Panama City.
