This man is a ninja. His workmanship is unparalleled. Knows his shit and does not cut corners or time.

Within the time frame he was at my house, I learned history, plumbing systems, innovative plumbing products that just came out, the mechanics of water fountains, victorian water tanks and gas btu's.

This guy is a gem. If you meet someone who is so knowledgable and passionate about his work, you know you have struck gold.

HIGHLY RECOMMENED. Nick was wonderdul. He was super thorough and helped someone who knows nothing about HVAC better understand the issues that we're having and why. I sent White Glove a Yelp message explaining my issue and got a response within hours and was on the schedule for the next day. Rich was super helpful on the chat and Nick arrived right during the schedule time. Masked up with booties on. I was nervous about having someone come out because of the sales pitches and the cost but Nick made it painless and makes me feel safer knowing we're in good hands with what work we'll need done.

Had a really good experience with White Glove, which I found through some online recommendations. I sent them a Yelp message explaining my ""issue"" (more on that later) and got a response within hours and was on the schedule for the next day. Jim the plumber was dispatched and called ahead of arrival. He arrived pretty much at the top of the 2-hour service window. Now for the issue: I thought my shower lever was broken, but I just didn't know how to operate it. Jim was kind enough not to call me a dolt, but then went ahead to properly fit the tub faucet, fix the tub overflow and install some hardware I had bought. Friendly and professional service and straightforward pricing gets a thumbs up from me.

It is May 21, 2022. My AC failed and the company that installed it less than a year ago could not send anyone. I called White Glove having been pleased with previous plumbing work. They had a HVAC technician at my house within 45 minutes. He discovered multiple installation errors committed by the company that put the system in (AC and Furnace both not wired correctly to thermostat, duct to new filter housing not properly sized.) AND he was able to show and explain them to me clearly.

That's two 5 star experiences now from White Glove!

The most expensive plumber I have ever used. They charged $350.00 to changeout two washers on a sink which took 20 mins and put in a flapper and a screw in toilet. User beware!!

I have used them twice and was very satisfied with their work. I also recommended them to my neighbor and they were as responsive and complete. Plumbers don't always get praise but White Glove is a solid contractor. Courteous, prompt, efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. I will add some filler words because haven't hit the minimum word numbers. Good great. I will use them in the future.
