White Glove Plumbing has been nothing short of remarkable. We initially started this project with one of the ""bigger"" companies. After an expensive initial appointment we spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone to get a quote together to have work done. When this proved fruitless we decided to contact another company through Yelp. So glad we found White Glove Plumbing. They responded quickly and had someone out within a couple days. Jim finished the first part of the job quickly and advised us how we could proceed with the second part. We received a quote within hours and just had to wait for parts to come in. Once they did we were scheduled within a day and now have our new fixtures installed and working great! Jim did a fantastic job and I will not hesitate to choose them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Our HVAC unit was using emergency heat and the outside unit was not operating consistently. Called White Glove and they determined it was a faulty board in the outside unit that was intermittently shorting out and would have to be replaced. The part was ordered and replaced within a week. We signed up for the Gold Plan which covers two HVAC inspections (per year), a plumbing inspection, and discounts on parts/service. The HVAC repair was done with competence and efficiency. Brian took the time to answer our questions and explain some issues regarding maintenance. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

Project lead was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The team took care to protect my property from dirt and damage.
Turned out the new outdoor unit was defective, and White Glove was there the next day to install the replacement.

Been with them for over a year now, I'm a member of their annual plan. Get serviced 2x a year. All the techs have been helpful and knowledgeable. Communication when I need to set an appt or speak to someone has been timely and reliable. Even had a emergency one time, made a call after hours and had a tech out within a couple hours. Will continue on their plan and appreciate the hard work they do.

Robert helped me fix the valves under the sink and also replace the hot water heater.

This man is a ninja. His workmanship is unparalleled. Knows his shit and does not cut corners or time.

Within the time frame he was at my house, I learned history, plumbing systems, innovative plumbing products that just came out, the mechanics of water fountains, victorian water tanks and gas btu's.

This guy is a gem. If you meet someone who is so knowledgable and passionate about his work, you know you have struck gold.

HIGHLY RECOMMENED. Nick was wonderdul. He was super thorough and helped someone who knows nothing about HVAC better understand the issues that we're having and why. I sent White Glove a Yelp message explaining my issue and got a response within hours and was on the schedule for the next day. Rich was super helpful on the chat and Nick arrived right during the schedule time. Masked up with booties on. I was nervous about having someone come out because of the sales pitches and the cost but Nick made it painless and makes me feel safer knowing we're in good hands with what work we'll need done.

Had a really good experience with White Glove, which I found through some online recommendations. I sent them a Yelp message explaining my ""issue"" (more on that later) and got a response within hours and was on the schedule for the next day. Jim the plumber was dispatched and called ahead of arrival. He arrived pretty much at the top of the 2-hour service window. Now for the issue: I thought my shower lever was broken, but I just didn't know how to operate it. Jim was kind enough not to call me a dolt, but then went ahead to properly fit the tub faucet, fix the tub overflow and install some hardware I had bought. Friendly and professional service and straightforward pricing gets a thumbs up from me.
