Yesterday, our neighbor noticed that our main water pipe was leaking. I called around several plumbers, hoping someone could come out over the weekend to take a look. Many weren't available until Monday, or didn't even answer the phone because they weren't open until Monday.

Thankfully I reached Whitaker Plumbing, where I was able to speak to Brian directly. At that point, it was already late in the evening, and he offered to come first thing in the morning to fix the leak. He also said if we had any questions or concerns, to call him up in the meantime.

He came right on time the next morning with Shane, and they got to work right away. They finished the project well within the projected time, and gave us a very reasonable price.

When you're stressed about a plumbing issue, the last thing you need is even more stress. I especially appreciated their honesty, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. They were very considerate, even putting on booties when they needed to get inside the house! They truly want to help others using their skills and expertise. We still have random plumbing issues we'll need to tackle in the future, and for sure we'll be reaching out to Brian once again. I highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I came home one day to find water on my garage floor. Trace it back to my water tank. I have a home warranty so, I thought I'll be ok. I made my appointment and all I can say is I did not feel the level of confidence and ease I should have.

I did my due diligence and looked into other companies, got quotes. I also had water damage. Yikes! I'm soooo glad that I looked into other companies....Thank you Whitaker Plumbing! The owner, Brian, provided a referral to another great team to handle my water damage.

Initially, Brian and I discussed replacing the traditional water tank. He gave me estimates on both set ups. I decided on tankless. Brian and Shane did a great job on the installation of my tankless unit and coordination with the restoration company. He put my mind at ease when dealing with this overwhelming situation. On time, clean, works around your schedule, and reasonably priced. Job came in under the estimate....Awesome!

I wanted someone to come quickly, but could have waited a few days. They came the morning after we spoke. I only needed a new toilet and garbage disposal, but after getting to know them and laughing a bit, I started adding everything that bothered me about my aging house. I ended up with a water source and line for my fridge (which I had been filling a plastic ice cube tray even though the fridge could have Ice and Water in the door), and new valves and handle on the shower. I then asked a dumb question about a water leak on my RV out back and in 20 minutes we had that solved too. I would trust leaving them in my house while I was at work at this point. Normal guys that remind me of friends of mine back in Massachusetts. I wish they did carpentry.

I had a few plumbing needs around the house, including a major leak in my wall and called Whitaker plumbing to have them assess the situation. They showed up promptly and evaluated the situation. I was very impressed with Brian's honesty, a rare attribute in this day and age. Both Brian and his partner, Shane demonstrate a solid acumen with the most pleasant personalities. They are very experienced, professional, straight forward and highly reliable. They got to the bottom of everything and resolved all my issues in no time, at a reasonable cost. I was very impressed at the end result.

I tried to fix my toilet and ended up breaking a few things.

Brian provided same day service, fixed the problem quickly, and also helped rebalance the toilet as it was a little wobbly.

He's worked as a plumber for a while, but just recently is launching his own business.

Mr Whitaker and associate came by our home to pass out flyers for their business and we happened to need some plumbing work done. They obliged and took care of our problems in a timely manner and were very reasonable in their prices. Most importantly they did the job professionally and we were very happy with their work. We liked them so much we called them back to install a water heater as wel! Highly recommend these guys!

Brian and his crew were awesome! My kitchen sink started to fill up and pour over on to the floor. I called Whitaker Plumbing. Brian and his crew responded immediately. They found the problem quickly and stopped the waterfall lol Thank God they were able to save my hardwood floor from anymore damage. Brian, the business owner, wasn't the first plumbing company I called to help me with my emergency with broken shower faucet valve which will leave my house without water if I will not shut the main water supply. I was at a frantic mode...searching online...especially Yelp. I called Kirk from on another company, who was so nice and patient dealing with me on the phone but unfortunately will not be able to come to my place at the moment. He was so no nice to refer me to a guy he said worked with him for years and he would help me.
Brian called and we talked. He came from his son's ALL Stars game and he assessed and told me what he can do. He FIXED the problem so I could use the water in the house. THANKS for a business owner with honesty, compassion, patience. I am sure if you keep up with this kind of service and attitude In your business it would thrive and grow. God bless.

Very efficient and thorough job, showed up on time, great value for your money, and Brian had the best attitude and cared about the work he was doing for me. I was 100% satisfied with his work ethic.
