Was charged $350 to be told drains are clogged. Then Brian did not unclog them. He charged me $175 / hour for 30 minutes to pack up his stuff. He absolutely takes advantage and made me feel completely cheated. Absolutely no work was done to SOLVE THE PLUMBING PROBLEM. Brian, you know what you did and I will never call you again. That money I paid you is full of bad Karma.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink but could not find where it was coming from so I called for a plumber. Brian came and found that it was from the water filter. He did a great job on replacing the water filter. During this time, he pointed out to me that my garbage disposal had a crack and was also leaking and needs to be replaced. I set up another schedule and Brian and Shane came back to replace the garbage disposal. They are very professional and though in their work. Brian explained to me how to maintain the water filter and garbage disposal which was very helpful. I will definitely call them back for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. Whitaker came, checked the issue, confirmed it, quoted it and resolved it on the same day.

Friendly, understanding of the situation and upfront about costs and options available.

Final cost was competitive with other quotes (plumbing is never cheap) but worth it for a relationship with a great plumbing business.

Overall a great experience in a time of need and well worth a positive review!

Called Brian to do some plumbing work at my investment property. We had a custom toilet was leaking that needed repairing. There were 3 previous plumbers that looked at it and couldn't fix the problem. Gave Brian a call and he immediately knew what was the issue and ordered the custom part needed to repair the toilet correctly. He was always on point with coordinating with the tenant and working with their schedule.

If you need plumbing work done, look no further!! Brian answered my call on a Saturday morning when my gas line didn't work to my pool equipment. I told him I was in need of help that day since we were having a big party that night and needed the gas line. Brian came out half hour later and vacuumed out the lines and voila we had gas!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and stayed until we were completely satisfied!

Brian gave us an honest price and did not try and upsell or extend the work for his benefit. I wish I could add a 6th star because he deserves it!
