I've used Whistle Plumbing for serveral smaller project and one major project. I have always found Paul to be efficient, professional and punctual. I have not had any issue with any of the projects completed and would highly recommend Paul and Whistle Plumbing.

Can't say enough good things about this company! We had a leaky water heater. Found Whistle on Yelp and called. Spoke with Paul, who was very nice. He came out the same day with his whole crew, an hour before previously scheduled-awesome! They checked out the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced (it was over 20 years old). We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Darrick came ahead of schedule and got right to work. He discovered a gas leak and proceeded to fix that for us too! The water heater was installed quickly and he walked us through the warranty registration process as well. Fast, friendly service with a very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

Excellent service...very helpful, professional, and punctual. I highly recommend if you need a plumber

No hot water on Saturday morning, started calling for help after the usual rudimentary attempts to get the pilot lit on the water heater. No love from the company that installed it or the manufacturer, so I checked Yelp! and found Whistle Plumbing. Paul took my call, quoted labor, parts and an approximate time over the phone (with a friendly and helpful demeanor), then showed up an hour early and fixed the issue in under an hour. He also warrantied his parts and labor for a year.
This level of service is something I appreciate and would expect from anyone, but is rare these days - which means you should call these guys with your plumbing issues. Thanks again, Paul.

Paul from Whistle plumbing just left my house after I got home from work with a leaking water heater! he got here in an hour on a friday afternoon- and was all done about 1 hr later! Nice, courteous, helpful , prompt and reasonable $$! It cost even slightly less than I thought it would!
So thankful we didn't have to go without hot water for the weekend or even a day! Highly recommend!

I had water coming back up from the drain in the tub and based upon the reviews on Yelp, I called Whistle Plumbing. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous in his work. The problem was some sort of clog in the clean out of the sewer line leading to the street. Once that was cleaned up, he suggested I put in a pop up valve so that if there ever was another clog, it wouldn't back up into the tub (assuming the clog was in the same area). He even provided me information on where to get one and what to look for. I was very impressed with his work ethic and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I rarely write reviews for anything but in this case I just had to because of how much Paul helped me. I initially contacted Whistle Plumbing after contacting 4 other highly rated plumbers on Yelp and spoke with Paul about a leaky bathtub faucet. I needed to replace a cartridge inside the faucet but failed at first to even get the handle off. I wanted Paul to come over and fix it but he insisted that I try to do it on my own. He gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do in order to fix the leak. Paul was the first plumber to even ask me what was wrong. All the other plumbers just gave me their hourly rate and told me that the cartridge I needed would cost anywhere from $50-$80.
The following day I went to Home Depot and bought the cartridge for $40. I went home and attempted to install it. It seemed to work just fine but in the process of the repair I must have done something wrong because hot water kept flowing out of the faucet even though I had turned-off the water to the bathtub. I tried everything I could do to turn-off the water but it just kept on flowing. I dug myself into a hole that I couldn't crawl out of and eventually had to call Paul again.
I told Paul what happened and he asked me to calm down and relax. He told me to cut-off the hot water to my house by turning-off the hot water from the water heater. From there he told me to re-install the cartridge and the other components and to turn on the hot water from the water heater. After a few minutes I checked on the bathtub faucet and everything was ok. The water stopped flowing and there was no more leak. Paul stayed with me on the phone and walked me through each step. I was so happy and relieved that everything worked-out.
If I had chosen to go to anyone else it would have costed me at least $200 but with Paul I was able to fix my leak and prevent a disaster for a measly $40. This just goes to show you how Whistle Plumbing cares more about their customers rather than the money. Paul could have easily decided to accept the job and collect some easy money but he didn't.. I guess there really are some good, honest, people out there still.

I had a tough problem--an intermittent leak under the kitchen sink. I didn't have much luck until I found Paul. He figured it out right away, and he treated me right.

When a leak in our house grew worse, I finally called a plumber to fix it properly. Thank goodness for Whistle Plumbing- Paul was super thorough when inspecting and repairing the damaged plumbing. It was easy to set up an appointment (they came the next day) and coordinate when the work would be done. I've already recommended them to a few friends and will definitely work with them again. They'd get 6 stars from me if I could!

Whistle Plumbing is excellent. I called in the morning to get our hot water heater replaced. Paul was very helpful and pleasant and arranged for an appointment that afternoon. Derrick and Daniel were able to meet sooner, and they were a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job
