I said in my first and initial review: if you need an excellent HVAC service company: look no further than Whipple, and I stand by that statement. I saw another review where the person said they were blown away by all the negative reviews and I concur: they do exceptional work.

In addition to the same night response and customer care done by Tech Benjamin Holt, Amir (Drain Specialist) and Justin (Field Supervisor): The follow -up work done by Robby Hoover, who came to replace my sewer line, were just as good.

They arrived on time (9:00am), listened to my instructions. I had to have them remove a section of a cedar wood fence I had put in last year to get their excavator in and needed to make sure it was securely in place post replacement of the sewer line cause my dog will check to find a way out of the yard and if does, he is gone and will be gone for days. Post their work, that section of fence was securely in place.

I thought the job might take them two or three days to complete, especially since it was raining all day, it was cold and miserable conditions to work in, and wasn't suppose to let up until the next day. I was wrong. They (Robby and his co-worker) were here for 10.5 hours working in, and through the rain and cold, but the job was done in one day. They made sure the trench was filled in proper, the earth packed well, and took another 30-45 minutes leveling off the ground/backyard. I was extremely pleased with the work they did, the clean-up and landscaping, and the re-securing of the fence section.

I'm honestly blown away by all the negative reviews. We've been using Whipple Service Champions for years, and they've always done exceptional work. I recommend them to everyone! A few months ago, I was especially impressed with their customer service and the knowledgeable, honest technicians who serviced our HVAC and plumbing systems. They were so detailed and committed to doing the best work possible; it was awesome to see such outstanding work ethic! I was so pleased that I signed up for their membership, and I couldn't be happier. Austin M. came out today for our electrical check-up and did a great job. Very friendly, understanding and thorough -- 5 stars way up; thanks so much guys!!

Like several other reviews, this company's customer service is beyond awful. I have a maintenance contract and scheduled an appointment several weeks before it was to take place. I called the day of the appointment to confirm it as a morning appointment. Confirmed. When the tech never showed up, I called again. Without a satisfactory answer, I spoke with the Customer Service head, and after a heated discussion, he pulled some lever to get the tech to my house , albeit several hours late. Since he was so late, he didn't finish the job and promised to come back the next day. Next day, I get a text saying the tech would be there not on the day promised but sometime, not specified, on the following day. Now waiting on another call from the head of Customer Service. The techs are very good but the schedulers, dispatch, and customer service are the opposite.

Whipple claims to be Service Champion. They are just the opposite. Don't waste your time with this company.

Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Can't use my bathroom and worry that I will have a flood. I will never call them again. They don't keep their word.

We had Whipple / All Hours Plumbing (same company) come out to assess a back flow issue with our main line drain system. The first tech was great. He ran an auger and fixed the immediate problem. It did cost $700 which is pretty outrageous.

We then had another tech come out to run a camera through the line to see what needed to be fixed. He didn't take any pictures or record the live feed. When making a big financial decision like this it's important to be able to review what was found. Customer service said they should have taken pictures at the least but the techs manager refused to redo it without charging us again.

The tech ended up giving us three quotes with three options. The lowest being $11k for a ""bandaid fix"" and $25k for a full pipe replacement from house to street.This pricing is way beyond industry standard. I received another quote the next day from a reputable plumber for $8k for the full pipe replacement. Super frustrating to be taken advantage of.

I would never use Whipple or All Hours Plumbing again. Their pricing and business practices are very questionable.

Terrible. They bought out my previous contractor whose employees all quit. Whipple came out to do the annual tune up on two systems and after they left neither system worked. They subsequently said my one-year old system needed to be replaced because it was too large. Also my ductwork needed to be replaced but they don't do that. (What kind of HVAC contractor doesn't do ductwork?) I asked to see the calculations supporting a new smaller system. Their response was that they have lots of experience and just know that's what I need I called another company and they replaced all my old ductwork and and now the system is operating perfectly. Whipple is a clown show.

2 years ago my under-counter sink fell into the cabinet. Whipple came and used bonds to reattach the sink to the granite. They charged me $1,100. Seemed alone but what did I know. 2 years have passed and the sink fell again. My new plumber says the wrong bondo was used. End of story, my new plumber is doing the job for $150. That is $950 less. Moral of the story, don't hire companies that spend a lot on advertising, have a fleet of trucks and a large office space. You are paying for all that!

BEWARE!!!! Way over priced. Will charge you 3 to 4 times more than most other competitors. They will charge you large amounts for the smallest jobs. Charged $300 just to come look at a leak. Stay away unless you want to pay out the nose just to have them show up.

I purchased a complete ac/heating system that was seriously over priced. The contract for that purchase provided a service in hours not days, what joke! I have had to have them out 3 times in as many years, each time I've had to argue with them about the service contract I paid for because they call it a warranty issue and can't come out for several days. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO INTEGRITY WHEN IT COMES TO THIS COMPANY! BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.......

Worst Customer Service, I have ever experienced in 63 years! first time we tried to use them, they never showed up, second time we tried to use them they were belligerent, rude, and have no idea how to conduct business.
