Tech was good. Job was good. Phone rep would not give me any pricing. Decided to give them a try anyway. Cost to install a new kitchen sink faucet was unbelievably high. Simple job. Tech was at our home 1 hour 10 minutes total.

Whipple sent a tremendous plumber / tech Tim McPeters who QUICKLY fixed the broken valve caused by the fridge installers. Tim then recommended a second safety valve and fix - put in great looking plastic cover for extra valve and icemaker. Cleaned up everything - had a great attitude and offered excellent advice for another issue we want to resolve. Even our dogs loved him. Tim was professional, caring's courteous and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE RECOMMEND HIM AMD WHIPPLE HIGHLY

Eduardo was very helpful and informative and completed the job efficiently. His quotes for follow-up work were very high.

The service tech did a good quick job, I'll give him that but I was promised that I wouldn't be charged a weekend charge or an emergency service charge. It took him 30 minutes to auger out our pipes and then we were charged well over $800.00. I had other contractors who work with plumbers who said Whipple has a reputation of way over charging there customers and for the service we got, that seems to be true. I would never, ever use them again. In there advertising they bust on other providers by using the term, some Chuck in a truck, that to me is as unprofessional as it gets but ting to a customer who is disabled and has special needs children in the house is plain outright wrong. Do not use these people, they will screw you over bad.

Our Technician Bill was a really nice guy and was super helpful but unfortunately I have to give a bad review because Whipple's prices are ridiculous. Regular price to ""install"" a dishwasher for us in which we had already bought was going to be $1300. Lowe's will do that for $179 so we ended up scheduling with them instead. We were having All Hours (Whipple) come to do a handful of things for us after we got new flooring installed but they wouldn't give me any prices over the phone so I just set it up knowing that we would need to have these things done but once Bill came and gave us a bid we only had him do the 2 toilets because the prices were insane. I was doing the monthly payment for their discount on repairs but I will be calling and canceling that tomorrow because I will never be calling them out to do any service tor us. Again Bill was a nice guy and did a great job but the high prices and fact they won't give you any indication of price before the appt over the phone are deal breakers for me.

I have had a big problem with their customer service department (getting a service tech out)
The Service technician (Joshua) I would give 5 stars for a very thorough check-up and service
I don't feel that I should have to pay a monthly subscription to get a technician out on a timely basis.

On the good side, they responded very quickly to the service request.
However, when it came to billing, they just gave a price with no breakdown. The charge was just under $600.00 and only involved cleaning out a clogged drain for condensation. I do not believe that there were any materials involved and approximately less than two hours of labor. I repeatedly asked for a cost breakdown, which they never provided. If there was cost justification, they should provide the details. Buyer Beware!

Ac compressor went out, had to get that, and the coils were replaced due to an old system. Decently priced, and we're quick to respond and install. Had me up and running with a new system in a few days. Installers were very friendly and explained what they were doing in detail.

Had an issue where some tubing they installed with my A/C unit was not securely attached with their humidifier placed on my furnace. It came loose and caused water damage in my HVAC closet, dripped downstairs into my ceiling.
I've sent messages, called and of course a supervisor will call me back to discuss the situation. Of course, no one ever tried to get back to me to offer any warranty, offer to help with any type of repairs or my insurance deductible.
Will not recommend this company to any of my family, friend or neighbors. After the sale skills are definitely bottom 1%.

Our AC working perfectly. On Thursday Whipple came to do a yearly check and declared that everything was good. A few hours later no AC. We call and are told that we could get an ""emergency "" appointment on Sunday. Sunday comes and no phone call. I told them that their tech probably just forgot to do something. Could he just come back and check? No. I called them and they moved us to Monday. On Monday they move us to Wednesday. I asked to speak to the manager. I am told that Brandon the manager is on a plane and will have to call me. it's now Tuesday and still no call from Brandon.
We got another company to come and check what was wrong. Whipple's employee was the last to touch the AC. Surprise! A plug was not plugged all the way in.
Whipple, you just lost a loyal customer.
