We had a plumbing leak outside our home. I called on a Sunday evening and got helpful info from the owner of the company over the phone, I was able to schedule a next day appointment and the issue was fixed by noon on Monday. The technicians, Kevin who started the work and Joe who completed the repair after the leak was located, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service all the way around.
I hope I don't have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I will certainly use Whest Koast again.

Not only the best plumbing company in the area but one of the best service companies period. Responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and professional --Whest Koast is what you wish all service companies were like. Both Joe and Kevin set the standard for what a service call should look like. Was truly impressed with their work and work ethic. It's hard to find professionals like Joe and Kevin, glad to know people like these guys still exist; it was a pleasure having them at our location.

Had a leaky pipe that was detected. Called the company and Joe arrived in less than an hour to fix the problem. He is knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond with the job! I expected to pay a lot more for the work but it was actually a lot cheaper. Joe saved me some money by patching the walls up as well. I'm very happy with the outcome! Leaky piped fixed, new water heater and walls patched. Thank you so much!!

WKP fixed our underground water main leak. They showed up the very next morning after I called. They did a great job - found the leak within an hour and the project was completed in 3 hours. Joe was very professional and informative and left no mess - you couldn't even tell where the lawn had been dug up.

Before I called WKP, I made the mistake of calling a leak detection repair company - a waste of money and time! They do not do repairs, even though they imply that they do. They quote high-priced technicians to do repair work, with no real intention of doing the work. Their estimate was 3 times what it cost me to have WKP do the repair.

Had a whole list of small annoying plumbing problems. Called on Thursday and Charlie was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. Kevin arrived on time and patiently listened to my list and then got to work. Tested everything after fixing the problems. Great experience. Totally lived up to the other reviews on yelp. So happy I called Whest Koast. I had a new slide-in gas range delivered, but the gas pipe I needed to connect it to was too high and stuck way too far out to be able to complete installation. I needed someone who knew what they were doing to move the line down a bit. I called Charlie, and he had Joe and his apprentice out to my house the next morning. They were professional, efficient, and very kind. I would definitely call them again!

They came out within an hour on a Saturday. Excellent service, great knowledge. They even painted a stubbed out gas line to more closely match the garage wall. Their premium service certainly comes at a cost, over $250/hr, however I feel like most plumbing jobs need to be expertly done. We have been burned by a handyman who we hired because all the plumbers were too busy back in late 2020. I would have paid a few hundred more for that job to have been done right.

I am thrilled with Whest Koast Plumbing!
I called this morning, and Charlie was able to send out Joe R., and his apprentice, Michael M. this afternoon.
They were on time, professional friendly, communicative, considerate, and put on booties to protect my flooring.
They came fully prepared to fix my leaky kitchen sink, and replace the faulty faucet.
They also repaired my ""hammering"" toilet, which is a relief! Now quiet and working perfectly!
Joe explained everything, including pricing, and kept me apprised of the time. They finished the bathroom and kitchen within an hour.
Then, in only 45 minutes, they opened up my 2 outdoor drains, that another company previously could not do.
Now I'm ready for rain!
I am amazed and delighted!!!
I will definitely call Whest Koast Plumbing again, if needed, and request Joe because he is awesome!
