Ok, so we own a fairly newer home in Rocklin. We picked out everything with our builder when it was coming up. The one thing we didn't really like with the builder was the kitchen faucets. Yes, plural. We have two. After calling around to different plumbers in the area, we were directed to the Ferguson showroom in Sacramento. I'm reviewing this later, btw...

Whest Koast Plumbing was able to get out to me the same week that my new faucets arrived. We were extremely pleased with the scheduling!!

Not only that, they went upstairs to the bathroom sink where we had an issue with leaking from another sub-par faucet that required replacement.

He diagnosed the problem right away. Everything was done in an hour!! Really impressive!! Great job Kevin!!

I just had some warranty work from a company that my home warranty company selected. After they left we found out that our water heater was leaking due to them opening the pressure relief valve and caused it to fail. They of course are not available after hours so I went online and found Whest Koast Plumbing and I'm so so so glad I did. They took the time to help us turn off the water and fix the valve. I am so extremely impressed! Service like that is not only hard to find it's almost non-existent in these days. They will absolutely be the only ones I call for any future plumbing needs. Bottom Line: Whest Koast Plumbing is one of the ""good ones"".

People my age remember the type - Customer Service, Pride in Workmanship, Word is Bond, Fair Pricing, etc.

It's been a few years since I have had the pleasure of utilizing their services, but recently had a water leak emergency that was resolved in the best way possible by Whest Koast so I had to leave another review and say that they still exemplify those old school values that used to be so common but are sadly more and more rare these days.

In my personal experience you can't go wrong with these fine folks.

I called nearly 12 plumbers and well companies and got nowhere. Plumbers said it was a well issue, well companies said it was a plumbing issue, and no one wanted to deal with it. But we were living with a garden hose running out water from the well to our house for 5 weeks and I just wanted some solution. Charlie was so helpful talking with me on the phone, and then followed up texting back and forth with my husband so he could see photos of our pipes. He and Kevin came out at 7am on a Saturday and fixed the problem that MULTIPLE others had been unable to resolve. My husband also said they were both extremely professional, thorough, and just nice.

Had a serious leak that Placer County looked at, it was after the city meter (home owner responsible). Called several places, Whest Koast was available the next morning.
Tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed it, explained the repair, had an upgraded valve in the van (I requested the upgrade), explained the repair, fixed it, and he backfilled the hole he had to dig. The digging was probably the worst part. Can't even tell he was ever there!
Did an excellent job, I would recommend them for any repair.

We had recently moved our fireplace forward so that we could build a bigger mantle around it and shelves and cabinets on each side so we needed the gas line moved forward and lowered to accommodate the project. Joe came out and gave us a very thorough quote, even took exact measurements on site during the quote so that we knew exactly what we needed. The first company that came out to give us a quote wasn't as in depth and I didn't like the plan they had. Joe had a great plan and from the get go it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We made the appointment and they were really flexible. He came the day of the appointment and did a fantastic job with our gas line. I would highly recommend Whest Koast based solely on Joe's work, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Whest Koast Plumbing to fix a fridge waterline for my parents. They showed up within two hours of calling and fixed it right away for them. The cost of the fix was reasonable and they were very pleasant to deal with.
