We discovered a severe leak in our bathroom late on a Friday evening. We have a home warranty and they informed us it would take up to 24 hours to locate a plumber. We called several plumbers to see what our options were as we had to shut our water off since we did not know where the leak was coming from. Charlie answered and provided us excellent advice and suggested we try to hold on for the home warranty company. 15 hours later with no water and no luck with the home warranty company. We called back Whest Koast and Kevin arrived at our house in just 2 hours. He quickly got to work and solved the problem. He even went to great lengths to explain how the leak may have originated. We received great customer service, prompt replies and our problem was fixed. They were professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will certainly look to Whest Koast for any future plumbing projects. Thank you Whest Koast!

When a technician from the City of Lincoln came to our home and confirmed that we had a leak somewhere on our water main, We called Whest Koast Plumbing. They performed leak detection and quickly found the damaged area. The repair was completed the same day. We are grateful to Charlie and Kevin for their prompt response and professionalism!

I have used Whest Koast twice in the past for landscape drainage issues and they were quick, efficient, thorough and super friendly. Recently, I called about water coming up through my kitchen floor with no obvious point of origin. A seasoned homeowner (which I am not) would know where to look, but not me. After listening to my situation, the owner (Charlie) asked me a few questions and suggested I pull out the dishwasher to see if it was leaking. Sure enough, it was! Instead of sending someone out and charging me for a leak detection only to tell me that my dishwasher was broken, he did some quick troubleshooting over the phone (for free) and saved me $300! Needless to say, they didn't make any money off of me this time, but they know how to treat people right and they've earned my loyalty. I highly recommend Whest Koast!

I had a leak in an irrigation pipe outside. I called on a Thursday night and Charlie the owner got someone out first thing in the morning. Kevin was professional and skilled. He not only fixed it but he pointed out the original problems with the install and fixed those. In testing the water pressure, both were way off. Turns out the pressure valve on the main water system was failing. Kevin came out yesterday to fix that. Again, he was friendly, professional and efficient. Yesterday the appointments were moved due to an emergency. Charlie called to alert me of the same and Kevin arrived within the new estimate. I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only are the plumping skills top notch but the personal customer service is incredible. Charlie always answers the phone within a couple of rings. He is friendly, helpful and responsive. Kevin is incredible in skill, he cleans up after himself, explains in detail everything that has been done and provides a detailed invoice. This is the first couple of times I have used Whest Koast but I can assure you I will never use anyone else again! Highly recommend!

My expansion tank (water heater) sprung a leak at midnight! After trying several companies, I thankfully found Whest Koast Plumbing. Charlie personally answered my call after midnight! Gave me precise instructions on how to turn the water off and scheduled a guy to come out the next morning. Kevin was thoughtful ( called to say he was on the way), excellent at his job and kind. We had a plumbing leak outside our home. I called on a Sunday evening and got helpful info from the owner of the company over the phone, I was able to schedule a next day appointment and the issue was fixed by noon on Monday. The technicians, Kevin who started the work and Joe who completed the repair after the leak was located, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service all the way around.
I hope I don't have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I will certainly use Whest Koast again.

Not only the best plumbing company in the area but one of the best service companies period. Responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and professional --Whest Koast is what you wish all service companies were like. Both Joe and Kevin set the standard for what a service call should look like. Was truly impressed with their work and work ethic. It's hard to find professionals like Joe and Kevin, glad to know people like these guys still exist; it was a pleasure having them at our location.

Had a leaky pipe that was detected. Called the company and Joe arrived in less than an hour to fix the problem. He is knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond with the job! I expected to pay a lot more for the work but it was actually a lot cheaper. Joe saved me some money by patching the walls up as well. WKP fixed our underground water main leak. They showed up the very next morning after I called. They did a great job - found the leak within an hour and the project was completed in 3 hours. Joe was very professional and informative and left no mess - you couldn't even tell where the lawn had been dug up.

Before I called WKP, I made the mistake of calling a leak detection repair company - a waste of money and time! They do not do repairs, even though they imply that they do. They quote high-priced technicians to do repair work, with no real intention of doing the work. Their estimate was 3 times what it cost me to have WKP do the repair.
