We just had the pleasure of using Charlie to unclog a bad blockage in the line going to our septic tank. We found Whest Koast Plumbing from a recommendation from one of our clients who was extremely happy with their service. Unfortunately, our clogged pipe meant it was our turn.

We called Charlie late in the day yesterday and he said he would be here between 9 and 10 in the morning. He arrived right on time at 9:00, introduced himself and went right to work.

As Realtors, we have used many service companies over the years and recommend those we can trust. Our reputation relies on the service of those we refer.

We could not be any happier with Charlie. He is very professional, polite, friendly, reasonable and most importantly - honest. He even showed us a way to prevent or deal with clogs in the future, so we would not need the services of a plumber for the same reason.

All too often with different service companies, you become worried that you might get taken advantage of. We had a large hot water heater at our church that went bad and he and his team took such great care of us and even after installing it realized our pump was going bad, he offered to fix it for parts only. We put off diagnosis and repair of a malfunctioning hot water valve since we bought our home 9 months ago. At the time, our inspector gave us a financially gruesome worst case scenario: ripping out the granite wall in the bathroom and repairing the piping behind it. Then...we would have to replace the granite! When comparing quotes from different plumbers, Whest Coast Plumbing won us over; the owner was the first to make our repair sound doable. He hypothesized several creative repairs and offered to have one of his plumbers come out for a free estimate at our convenience. We called and they sent Charles the next day.

When Charles arrived, he was punctual and very friendly. He was thorough, open, and honest when communicating with us, always explaining the pros and cons of each option including the price. He suggested a fairly cheap diagnosis and repair first, and if that did not work they would subtract that cost from the second option once it was performed. We agreed, and Charles was able to get to work right away. As he opened the water knob and searched the piping, he showed us his grimy findings and explained what needed to be done. He worked pretty quickly and was done in about one hour.

We had a coupon for $25 off, so we ended up paying about $100 total for his work, which was very fair compared with other plumbers. After our smooth, positive experience we would definitely use Whest Koast Plumbing again, although I honestly hope our plumbing issues are over!

I found Whest Koast Plumbing when I was trying to fix a leak in my tub myself and ended up breaking the entire fixture. Charlie was able to dispatch Joe to my home within less than a couple of hours of my call.

When I described the problem, Charlie has a good understanding of what happened as he had mentioned that other customers have done the same in the past. When Joe arrived, he took a quick look at the situation, explained what was going to be done to fix things and got to work.

Joe was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. When it came time to put the new fixture together Joe explained how everything fit together and how to replace the filter properly.

I am very happy with the friendly and professional service that I received from Charlie and Joe and would recommend Whest Koast Plumbing to anyone looking for quality and professional plumbing work.
