I like to said Muhammad and his uncle did a wonderful job to help us repair sewer lateral with care and awesome achievement. They are really professional from beginning of troubleshooting, site survey to ensure the safety concerns, quotation, communication with customer, detail process of work, final inspection after work, and offering high pressure throughout sewer clean up. Especially the uncle is very experienced and avoid the gas pipeline safety to dig by hand slowly for the whole day. Appreciated his uncle hardworking and patience to explain for us. They also did it fast to avoid the inconvenience for house owner on the daily usage of water situation. I would recommend him to all prospective customers. Typically this type of urgent repair is very costly but they offer the reasonable quotation which not the cheapest but we felt chosen the right person to help us.

Westridge is my go-to plumbing by default. They are friendly, answer my call actively, explain the problems thoroughly, and most importantly get the work done with good quality with a very reasonable charge. I just got my two cracked toilets replaced. I'm very satisfied.

I called Westridge on a Monday for a water heater replacement, left a voicemail, and actually got called back a very short time later! Mohammed came out that same day to assess the situation, gave me a quote, and was able to do the work the following day.

It was obvious to me both during the initial assessment and replacement that Mohammed was an expert in his trade, and therefore the work was done both thoroughly and efficiently.

In a nutshell, Westridge Plumbing was exactly what I hope for every time I call a company for a home repair job, but very rarely find. They were responsive, well priced, and really good at what they do. On top of that, Mohammed was also kind and a great communicator. He somehow managed to make a water heater replacement into a pleasant experience, which I wouldn't have thought possible! :)

The fastest service I've ever encountered. We noticed the water heater leakage problem at 2pm today. Called them in 5 mins later and they get the job done by 5:30 pm.

Come to my house and suggested a replacement for the water heater. Then they went to picked up a new equipment for us and installed right away. Very neat and quick job. Very professional and nice attitude. Definitely will call them for future services.

Our washing machine was running and ended up overflowing, and the toilet and kitchen sink backed up tonight (Saturday) around 8:30pm. This was not the first time this has happened, so I knew it must be a mainline clog.

I was a little worried about finding someone who could come so late on Saturday night, but based on Yelp reviews, I called Westridge and Muhammad said he'd be able to come in 1-1.5 hours. He came right within that window and was able to snake out the main line and clear our clog. He had given me a range of what it might cost on the phone and he ended up charging us the lower end of the range he quoted because we had a clean out drain for easy snaking. The price was really reasonable, and less than I had paid a different plumber a few years back when I had the same issue.

He also gave us some advice about different types of sewer pipes, as we're in the process of remodeling a bathroom and considering whether to change out our old pipes.

Overall, he was friendly, professional, quick to respond, and knowledgeable, so I would highly recommend Westridge Plumbing.

Westridge came out in the middle of the night for an urgent blockage that was backing up into my bathroom. They snaked out the drain quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price, after diligently looking for the right spot to do so. I would absolutely recommend them for honestly, promptness, and reliability.
