The only plumbing service that would come over at night at an emergency. Great attention to detail and very thoughtful and honest advices, unlike some other bigger company that tried telling us to replace the whole main drain without even looking into it. Followup was promptly. Would highly recommend.

Water heater main was broken, and water was spraying out everywhere at 6:30 am. I called some of the biggest companies on Yelp, but the earliest appointment was at 2:30 pm. Then I called Westridge, and Muhammad answered the phone and told me he could get there in 30mins. Arrived on time and fix the problem in 30 mins. He checked everything before he left,

I then asked him about his opinion on replacing the 11-year-old water heater. From my experience, when you open a window like this, people will jump at the opportunity to close the deal. But not Muhammad. He suggested draining first, and from the water, he could tell if this needed replacement or not. Afterward, he said to me that the water heater would last another two years and suggested not to change it.

Conclusion: A hardworking and honest business owner that knows his stuff. I am looking forward to my next project with him soon.

I've contacted Muhammad twice in the past few years for our bottom unit with ""shared"" main grey water piping stacked condo: two units above us. Meaning we're more susceptible to clogs. Last call this past Sunday evening for a shower drain clog that I couldn't dislodge with either a plunger or product. Quick response, fast, professional and honest work at a reasonable price.
I'll definitely continue to call for any maintenance or emergency plumbing needs.

Muhammad is extremely knowledgable, very humble and a genuinely nice person. I have had the pleasure of working with Muhammad on multiple projects. Past projects were misc and small and did not feel pressed to right a review but recently did a sizeable plumbing project with Muhammad . I wanted to install a water softener system but the house did not have a bypass for irrigation . The house did not have a crawl space and is a finished basement. Muhammad inspected and provided very good ideas on how to run a pipe around the house to create a bypass .

Muhammad is extremely professional. Came few days before the project to prepare for installation and was prompt on the day of installation, He finished the work on time and was a very quality installation. He educated me about the installation and all the isolation valves to cleanly isolate incase of an emergency. He was very thorough and check the water pressure through the house and set it up for optimal performance. I will continue to work with Muhammad for all my plumbing needs.

Our drain got clogged around 10pm tonight, try to unclog it ourself for almost an hour, nothing work, so I had to try my luck to look for a plumber that can come out this late around 11pm. Found Muhammad who is 24/7 and with 5 star reviews so I gave him a call. Muhammad showed up in less than 15 minutes, set everything up right away after getting some information from me, got the drain unclogged in 2 minutes and save our night. Highly recommend!
