I had a tankless water heater installed and 3 months later it started to have an issue. I messaged them several times about various fixes I could do on my own but none of them worked. He decided to come by and look at it and confirmed the issue but did no know how to fix it. I continued to message for several weeks and he would either ignore my text or say he waiting for a call back from the company. After dealing with this for 3 months I decided to call the company of the heater and working 5 min they told what the issue likely was. They were unable to send me a warranty part or go through actual trouble shooting with me because I am not a licensed plumber. However the part they suggested was only $10 so I ordered one else where and replaced it myself. I'm not upset that my unit had an issue I'm upset that he did not actually try to solve it.

Ordered the top of the line pentair system and Keith installed it as well as removed our water heater to put in a tankless. Amazing quality and treated our house as if it were his own.

This business may be closed. Calls are not returned. Keith installed a water filtration system under our sink, and took a long time because he couldn't fix a leak that resulted during the installation. When he left, it appeared everything was okay. But, the next day, there was water under the sink from the faucet leak. There was no response from Keith to my calls for help. Luckily, I was able to fix the leak myself. I'd look elsewhere for a plumber who stands behind his work.

Our main water pipe broke and we had no water running in our house. Keith Westphal came highly recommended when we reached out to him. Keith got the job done the same day and off hours. Very personable, reasonably priced. I will keep him in my phone book forever and I highly suggest you contact him for any plumbing issues.

My elderly neighbor was having some issues with some pipes under the sink. Westphal plumbing came out and fixed it the same day! From the moment I called the office, staff was sweet inquisitive and able to quickly schedule my appointment with a great Tech. The tech came out and was very polite and respectful. This firm appears to no longer be in business. They put in new sewer lateral pipes for me a couple of years ago. They responded to recurring problems for a while after that. But problems continued so I got a second opinion. Video shows the job was incompletely and inadequately done.
I tried to share this info with Westphal and give them a chance to make good on it. They have not responded to multiple attempts to contact them and their website is no longer active.

Our office had a big plumbing project that required the pavement to be patched after the plumbing repair. He was paid in full for the project. Westphal did a terrible job and the pavement patch sunk in. We were asked to repair it and he would reimburse us for the repair. We completed the repair and he will not return our phone calls or emails now that he owes us money. That is not good business.
If you give your word to someone, you should follow through.
