This business may be closed. Calls are not returned. Keith installed a water filtration system under our sink, and took a long time because he couldn't fix a leak that resulted during the installation. When he left, it appeared everything was okay. But, the next day, there was water under the sink from the faucet leak. There was no response from Keith to my calls for help. Luckily, I was able to fix the leak myself. I'd look elsewhere for a plumber who stands behind his work.

Our main water pipe broke and we had no water running in our house. Keith Westphal came highly recommended when we reached out to him. Keith got the job done the same day and off hours. Very personable, reasonably priced. I will keep him in my phone book forever and I highly suggest you contact him for any plumbing issues.

My elderly neighbor was having some issues with some pipes under the sink. Westphal plumbing came out and fixed it the same day! From the moment I called the office, staff was sweet inquisitive and able to quickly schedule my appointment with a great Tech. The tech came out and was very polite and respectful. This firm appears to no longer be in business. They put in new sewer lateral pipes for me a couple of years ago. They responded to recurring problems for a while after that. But problems continued so I got a second opinion. Video shows the job was incompletely and inadequately done.
I tried to share this info with Westphal and give them a chance to make good on it. They have not responded to multiple attempts to contact them and their website is no longer active.

Our office had a big plumbing project that required the pavement to be patched after the plumbing repair. He was paid in full for the project. Westphal did a terrible job and the pavement patch sunk in. We were asked to repair it and he would reimburse us for the repair. We completed the repair and he will not return our phone calls or emails now that he owes us money. That is not good business.
If you give your word to someone, you should follow through.

Don't hesitate to use this plumber. I called in the morning. I was told they would show up with in 2 hours. They showed up on time. The estimate of time and money was accurate. The price was reasonable. They both know there stuff. I will definitely call them out if I need a plumbing service.

I called because I had a leak and was pretty sure I knew where it was coming from. While they were not able to make the initial time they said (on the same day I called), they did call me and keep me updated on their delays and I was grateful for that. I received service first thing the next morning and Frank H. was helpful, cheerful and provided great service. I will definitely use them again if I am in need of any plumbing services.
