Found my new home in Livermore didn't have big enough drain pipes for my high efficiency water heater after spending two weeks without a washer asked my realtor for a recommendation and called Keith who was out at my home 30 minutes later on a Friday afternoon and under my house to get a plan in place. He came back Monday morning with Frank and they got me up and running in a day as well as they took care of a leaking shower and low water pressure plus replaced a toilet I added at the last minute! Frank even helped at the end of the day leveling out my washer and dryer. Now we have clean clothes again thanks to Keith and Frank's hard work should of called them quicker!

We were experiencing a back-up in both our shower and bathtub where water would fill up opposite of the area being used for a few days and our bathroom sink had been clogged for quite some time. The first company that came up was Westphal and it had 5 star reviews on Yelp so I called them. Frank came out initially and on the second trip brought Keith along. Frank was prompt and always stayed in communication. He was very friendly and funny. They had to come out a second time because they had to bring different equipment and it took less than an hour before we had everything up and running again. Both gentlemen were quick and efficient and even got along with our dog! Thank you so much!!! I would definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to call if any other problems should arise.

These guys are awesome! Thought i had a simple clog and ended up being 75' down. They worked for hours trying to fix and even came back the next day! Honored our original price. Keith and Frank were amazing,personable.. would use again!

I can't say enough about Keith and how grateful we are that he took time out of his early Saturday morning to fix an emergency leak under our home. He arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected, he was thorough, clean, took pictures, and he has the most upbeat personality. He explained what caused the problem and repaired. The night before when we called, he seemed to know what it probably was and it was. We will use him again.

Called Westphal for a toilet not flushing properly. Turned out I needed my house's main line cleared. Keith came quickly and fixed the problem promptly at a price I was happy with. Will definitely use them for all need moving forward. Do not hesitate to call them; they're great!

Our house had standing water in the bathtub, 1 toilet wouldn't flush, and the other was starting to get backed up sewage. I called another plumber and was told that as soon as somebody was available I would get help with my plumbing emergency. After a long wait, I decided I just couldnt keep waiting and I called Westphal to see if I could get some help.

Keith was able to get to my house within the hour, just as promised. He snaked our main line and was able to break up all the tree roots and junk that was causing our issue. He was very friendly and got us back up and running very quickly. Our drains are flowing the best they ever have since moving in, and I am very pleased with the service from Keith.

I would definitely recommend Westphal if you are in a plumbing emergency!

I don't know what the plumbing service is like, but I didn't appreciate the van driver blowing his horn behind me 3 times yesterday while I was making a right turn off Stanley onto Valley. The light was red, and I was checking to make sure it was clear to turn. I was shocked at this reaction and surprised that it was a company van. After this, the driver was driving erratically and speeding in and out of traffic on Santa Rita Road. The license number is 10824B2. It was Fri 12/22 11:35. If the driving courtesy is reflective of this plumbing service, I would never use this company.
