I called Westphal after having another plumber out to 'fix' a sewer pipe problem. These guys were amazing, and they know their plumbing inside and out. They diagnosed my problem (it wasn't easy), explained what was wrong, and fixed it quickly. They also took time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Ask for Matthew if you want a first-rate, friendly guy with great communication skills. These guys can solve a mystery and fix the root of your problem, not just apply a band-aid solution.

Very happy with Westphal Plumbing and Rooter! My kitchen faucet broke and was flooding my kitchen late in the evening. My husband manage to wrangle it to stop and we called Keith to see if someone cane come out ASAP to install a new faucet for us. Keith was very responsive. We had an appointment scheduled for the following morning and and Keith even recommend d a brand of faucet for us that he believes would service the longest and we'd be the happiest with. The next day Matt was at our house 10 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment time. He was very quick and efficient and in under 30 minutes with had our new beautiful faucet all ready to go!.

Superior service! Fixed our water heater issue in less than an hour and for hundreds less than another local plumbing company quoted. The other company said we may have possibly needed a new water heater if the new part didn't work, so really, it saved us even more than that. The owner Keith is a great guy as well!

Another thing...I can always get on their calendar quickly which is a huge thing because I am normally not calling a plumber for something that can wait.

Great service and great value! Scheduling was easy and they arrived when they said they would. This company has ""old time"" values which is a breath of fresh air. I just have to say that they are great. I was having problems with my water heater, they came out promptly and did all they could to fix the problem. Unfortunately the problem was out of their hands, but still they were very helpful and didn't charge me for coming out to fix it. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!

Earlier this week, we found ourselves with an advancing whole house backup. Once we had tried all the tricks we knew of, we realized we were in over our heads and needed to call a professional. But, who to call? Quick texts to friends and neighbors provided just one lead, who would not be able to come out for another 24 hours. So, I turned to our local 'Nextdoor' site to see if there were any recommendations there. This is where I found several positive reviews and recommendations for Keith Westphal of Westphal Plumbing and Rooter; http://westphalplumbinginc.com/

I gave Keith a call, and he took my call immediately. He and his equipment were not going to be available until first thing in the morning, so I told him I would call back if I could not find anyone else to come sooner. When I wasn't able to set up an earlier appointment, I called Keith back and we set up an appointment for early the next morning.

That evening, my husband purchased a snake on his way home from work. By the time I arrived home, he was able to release the clog and restore flow in our house. I texted Keith to share the news and that we would not need his services anymore. He responded with, ""...Glad your husband was able to take care of it. I'm all about my customers saving money. ...""
