Daniel arrived on time (received a text that he was on his way) and quickly and efficiently removed an old toilet and installed a new one. Left the area clean and removed all packing material. On a Saturday night our tub wasn't draining and noticed both toilets wasn't flushing either. We tried resolving it ourselves with a plunger & Drano but realized it wasn't getting no where. Obviously a mainline was possibly clogged. I waited until Sunday morning to call a plumber which also happens to be Mother's Day. Since it was a weekend, the operator informed me it was going to be double the charge. After I explained to her my emergency plumbing situation she provided me a rough estimate for the fix. I wasn't going to sit around and wait until Monday so I said send a plumber. I'm not trying to sit here with these backed up toilets and backed up behind. The operator gave me an estimated arrival time and the plumber did just that. I got Jared as my plumber technician and let me just say he was great. Professional, knowledgeable,neat & cleaned after himself. He explained to me what was happening and what needed to be done. So I allowed him to do his job and the blockage was cleared. Let me just say thank goodness for Western Rooter. I can see why they are highly rated. I would definitely recommend them in the area. Thanks Jared!!!

RJ was professional and kind and efficient! What I thought would be a dramatic fix in old pipes, he happily spent hours fixing it and making it brand new! It may be a little pricier than what I've spent in the past but I was tired of waiting, not hearing back from the other company and also being told a bunch of negative things about my plumbing, etc.
western rooter was quick to respond and schedule and beyond reliable! I will be calling RJ from here on out!

Both bathrooms were out of commission!! Western Rooter was referred by a family member, so I called and they were able to send Pablo out within an hour! He explained what he needed to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I would recommend Western Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues- Just ask for Pablo!

First time trying this company out today. Mitch was lovely. They're very honest and fair on their pricing. They don't charge you an arm and leg. They're 1/2 cheaper then the other plumbing quotes. They were able to install a new earthquake valve to solve a gas leak.
