5 years ago we relocated from Cartersville Georgia to Pasadena California. Upon arriving our objective was to renovate and remodel the home. During the remodeling process we decided to replace the Hot Water Tank for a Tankless Water Heater. Due to unforeseeable circumstances I neglected to have the Unit maintained and serviced. Several days ago I began to notice that the unit wasn't providing hot water that we were accustomed to. I conducted a search via the internet and found Western Rooter and based on previous reviews and customer comments I called yesterday afternoon.

I spoked with a young lady that was very polite and professional that took down my information, understood my dilemma and scheduled a service call for next day (06/28/2022) between the hours of 9 to 12 noon. True to her word I received a call from the service provider that he would be arriving at my home in 10 minutes. I met Mr. Ryan Huey who was very professional, highly informative and explained everything in detail as to what he would be doing to ensure that the unit would provide the hot water that we were accustomed to. I asked to be place on a regularly scheduled program to maintain the life of the Tankless Water Heater for years to come.

We had a small leak under the tub. Tony diagnosed the issue which included a poor installation on the drain pipes coming out of the tub. He figured out a way to repair it and all is now well. Glad Western Rooter has plumbers who are not only very polite but knowledgeable and experienced as well.

The company is very professional and responsive. I gave it 5 stars for that.
However, the latest visit for mandatory back flow testing did not alert us of the high pressure on the yard watering (sprinklers and irrigation tubes) line.
During the past year we had over 10 pipe bursts that I personally repaired.
Recommendation: what is the maximum pressure allowed for watering? When testing back-flow, is it required to test incoming line pressures?

I had a water leak from kitchen sink and called over 20 plumbing companies, they make an appointment and cancel after couple hours or day(s) or dont even get back at all. Some plumbing companies try to charge a hundred to two hundred dollars just to show up. That includes major company like roto rooter. After about a week of suffering with other plumbing companies I finally contacted western rooter, they are very responsive, fast, and professional. My faucet was leaking. Naturally, I turned to YouTube to teach me how to fix it. Reader, I made it worse. I called Western Rooter in a panic on a Friday at 5pm and they were able to help me decipher if this was an emergency or not. It was not, so they were able to give me a Monday (holiday even!) appt. They were timely, trustworthy and did excellent work. 10/10 would recommend over trying to do it yourself from YouTube videos
