I had a stopped up kitchen sink that I tried to unclog for hours with my sons help. We finally admitted defeat and called Western Rooter. The service that I received was outstanding ! I would say that they are efficient,capable,reliable, friendly and thorough. I will definitely call them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

They are very responsive and professional. The problem was that if you're lucky, you'll get experienced plumbers sent over. That wasn't the case all the time with this company. I had an issue where they had sent out different plumbers for the same problem. At first, they insisted that the problem was fixed when it was in fact still there. The first plumber was trying to figure it out for hours when I told him what he was doing wasn't relevant to my current problem. He kept on doing what he was doing anyways. After my second call to the company, the same plumber came out and was doing the exact same thing he was doing during his first visit. The problem was still there afterward. When I called for the third time, they sent out 2 different plumbers, and they finally figured out the problem as I had suspected all along since the first visit!

My complaint was that the company kept on telling me that the problem was fixed after every visit then I came to realize it wasn't. Moreover, they billed my HOA three different time as if they fixed the problem; even though they came out trying to figure out the same problem at 3 different times, they failed since the first time around! The job is paid when the problem is fixed! That is an unethical business practice, Western Rooter! Buyers and HOA board stay clear from this company!

Couple months ago called of 4 plumbers, no answer or no shows. THEY answered their phone!!! Pleasant voice on the other end set the appointment and THEY SHOWED, ON TIME!!! Bryce was very pleasant and fixed our problem with no hidden charges. Today, different issue and Homer came out again on time and very pleasant. Even helped me with a fitting which he didn't have to do. A $5.00 part for a Customer 4 Life! They are great!!!

We had noticed a gas leak around the house and called the gas company to confirm that there was an actual gas leak. Decided to call western rooter and they sent over Oscar and Victor to first diagnose where exactly the leaks were at, and then they gave me a quote for how much it would cost to fix all the leaks. They fixed all the leaks within a day and tested the entire system to make sure it doesn't leak anymore. I was very happy with their work, and can't recommend them enough for gas line repair work.

We have a bathroom sink that, over time, started draining slower and slower. It finally got to a point where water was pooling in the basin. We called seven plumbers. Five would not give us even an estimate of what the cost would be. ( I understand that might be an industry standard for some companies, but as a customer, having an idea of what I'm going to pay, even a ballpark amount is important to me. ) Western Rooter not only gave me a price range, they came in toward the lower end of the range. Additionally, I was able to get them out to the house right away. They gave me a two hour window and I got a call 15 minutes into it that they were on their way so I wasn't left waiting. When the plumber (Pablo) arrived he was very polite, professional, and was a great representative for the company. He made sure to keep his shoes covered, hands gloved, and face masked. He was in and out very quickly and left zero mess.
If you need a plumber, I couldn't recommend Western Rooter highly enough. For our need, they were a perfect match.

I had toilet issues and they came a half hour after I called. It turns out that they had to pull the toilet and it had roots that had seeped into the pipes which blocked the flow going out. The plumber, Pablo, was the best one I ever had. He was very professional and did a great job, and was also very friendly and had a positive, upbeat attitude. I would like him to fix my plumbing issues anytime I have them. And the price they charged was very reasonable.

Christmas Eve Eve and our main line is backing up... I feared no one could come, or they'd charge an arm and a leg for service. The response time was amazing - they came within 2 hours of me calling. The technicians were nice, but the price for services was high, both for the hydrojetting and the quote for the sewer line replacement. Overall, I'd call them in a pinch but would call others first.

Big thumbs up for Pablo. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He explained what caused the problems and recommended the best solution. Job got done in a timely manner. Ask for Pablo!!!

Great service with smile!

Mitchell and Daniel both worked at my house to change the shower valve. It was a tough job and they had to break the wall and put a panel on the back wall.
