Scott L.I've worked with them twice. They're honest, efficient, and quick too. First job was to fix a gas line issue and install an earthquake shutoff valve. Second job was to evaluate a possible water pressure issue, and they made recommendations that were easier and cheaper than what I had expected. They could've installed stuff I didn't need, since I was expecting to, but they were honest about it and I really appreciate that.

Ruben was very knowledgeable and efficient and the job was done while we were having a nice chat. Price seemed reasonable and I would recommend Western Rooter to anyone needing their sink drained.
Me M.Both toilets clogged up. They came and quoted $1700 to install a new clean out plug and snake out the pipes. I went to regular old plumber to just snake it out for 250 and it worked just fine now.

Sherry P.Last week Justin fixed my clogged kitchen sink by using hydro jetting. As part of my drainage pipe is on my neighbor's side yard, he cleaned out in between the two properties. He removed a large amount of grease accumulation from the line and hydro jetted the kitchen line multiple times. He also cleaned up his work area by pressure washing the floor. I'm very happy with the result.
