This third-generation plumber, I started working with my grandfather and father at twelve. Growing up in Richfield, OH, I became familiar with the unique plumbing challenges of winter weather and well water in residential and commercial plumbing. I gained insight into the requirements of older homes.
A move to Mill Valley, CA gave me another twenty-two years of expertise, operating my own plumbing business and working on multi-phase development projects, luxury homes, and modern plumbing technologies.

So I called on western reserve for help and I get a young man with a single tool in his hand. He spent about an hour trying to resolve it. Then he tells me that the problem is taken care of. Two days later I had the same problem, so this time I called a true professional who knew exactly what the problem was and within 20 minutes the problem is gone forever.
Do your homework yourself and don't take your friends advise. With a little research you can find professionals with a little money to spent.
