As a third-generation plumber, I have been learning the trade from my grandfather and father since I was twelve. Growing up in Richfield, OH, I tackled the unique challenges posed by extreme winter weather and well water for both residential and commercial plumbing. I became adept at handling the needs of century-old houses.
A move to Mill Valley, CA provided me with over twenty-two more years of experience, managing my own plumbing firm and handling multi-phase projects, upscale residences, and contemporary plumbing solutions.

So I called on western reserve for help and I get a young man with a single tool in his hand. He spent about an hour trying to resolve it. Then he tells me that the problem is taken care of. Two days later I had the same problem, so this time I called a true professional who knew exactly what the problem was and within 20 minutes the problem is gone forever.
Do your homework yourself and don't take your friends advise. With a little research you can find professionals with a little money to spent.
