After seeing the positive reviews I called Westco. Gary came out when he said he would and fixed the problem. I had to have him come out for a followup. No problem He showed up in 30 minutes with a great attitude. Don't bother looking further. Call Gary at Westco.

If you don't want to read my long review, I could sum Gary's visit up in one word ""EXCELLENT""

I have lived in my house for 21 years and one of my bathrooms has always caused a problem. I do not think I have ever gone a year without the toilet backing up. Over the years I have had no less than 6 different rooter guys out to my house. They would all come in for a quick fix snaking from the clean out behind the house to the street. It seemed to last for a few months and the toilet would slow down and eventually just stop and overflow and back up into the tub.

Well.... it happen again this week and based on Yelp reviews I called Gary from Westco Rooter.

We discussed what was happening over the phone and he offered to come out right away. It was not an emergency so we set a day and time. Gary arrived on time and I showed him all of the cleanouts outside and told him I thought the problem was in the under the house from the toilet to the first cleanout. He agreed that the best way to assure he got it was to remove the toilet and snake from there to assure it was clear all the way to the street (close to 100 feet away). It did not take 20 feet of snake to find out that the plug was indeed under the house. Gary patiently worked his machine and it took nearly 20 minutes just to get through whatever had accumulated in the 4"" pipe under the house. Once that was cleared he moved his machine to the outside cleanout and ran all the way out to the street to assure the material he cleared would exit the main line. He then ran the garden hose from the bathroom to flush out the entire line.

Then to the bathtub in the same bathroom. That drain was also plugged and another rooter company told me they would need to go under the house to replace the trap. Gary said clearing it with his smaller drain snake would not be a problem. 15 minutes later the tub drained better than it did 21 years ago.

If you have a sewer line problem call Gary. No BS and No Upselling. He is a very nice guy, honest, experienced and his pricing is fair...... He is the BEST!

Garry was an excellent find. I have a difficult time trusting Yelp reviews these days, but I was pretty desperate for a good plumber so I trusted his reviews and gave him a call. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he lived up to the raving reviews. His prices are extremely reasonable, and his service and friendliness is top notch. He quoted us for several things, but when it came time to pay our invoice he removed some of the initially quoted line items. My husband and I were overjoyed, since we no longer have our home protection plan and were expecting a much larger bill. Cannot recommend him enough!

Gary, from Westco, is such a pleasant person with whom to deal. He charges reasonably for his time/labor and really does good quality and honest work. He is also so reliable. Whenever we have needed him, he usually accommodates our schedule day night, weekday as well as weekends. In fact, he is here on a Sunday evening, working on connecting and installing the plumbing to a new vanity in our bathroom which we had to replace, as we speak. With relatives visiting at the same time, we had been without a sink for about a week now and had to share the other one among 4 people. It was nice not to have wait for another day during the work week. He is willing to explain how the work is to be done and is so patient in answering our questions. Because of his gentle demeanor, we never feel that we are taking up his time at all. Professional job with a nice disposition to go with it!

Garry at Westco Rooter is the best. He was not only on time but early!!! He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. He cleaned everything up and was a pleasure.

I've been using Gary for the past several years and have always had a great and pleasant experience. Every time I have an issue with any of my bathrooms or drains I always call Gary and he is always able to fit me in and come by and fix the problem.

The one thing that I really like about him is how he is honest and never tries to up sell you like other plumbers that I've dealt with in the past.
