WESTCO ROOTER, Plumber Garry is exceptional in his work. Garry has integrity, and honestly when diagnosing the issue with relocating the kitchen clean out. He explained to me that the pipes also needed to be replaced due to corrosion, which he replaced. He capped an old bar water pipes as well. All this work was completed in a clean, neat, and tidy manner. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Garry for plumbing work. I did tell him he is officially my new plumber and would definitely call him in the future. Thank you Garry, both my brother, Officer Rodriguez and myself are very happy and satisfied with your services. Outstanding work.

All of the praise for Gary is true. After receiving a few quotes from larger companies, who I assume only saw a woman with gray hair and tried to rip me off, Gary from Westco Rooter saved the day. He was pleasant, professional, and never tried to give me the hard sell. Not to mention that the quote he gave me (in writing I might add) was hands down the best. Don't trust those other guys with their discount coupons. They're no good. You'll know Gary is legit when you meet him, and the work was done quickly with no mess. He's my plumber for life! He saved me money and a new sewer line that I did not need. So grateful.

Determined that I might need a drain cleaning and after reading the reviews on Yelp called Westco and spoke with Garry. Made an appointment for him to check my situation and give a quote.

He was very cordial and explained exactly what needed to be done and the options I had. I opted for a snake through the main cleanout which had opened by itself and spewed toilet paper and water all over. He snaked it showed me the pipe for the main line which had roots and gave me an accurate assessment of how long each of the 3 solutions would last and cost for each.

He is an honest plumber! Finally - I have a found someone I will call back! He is highly recommended. Call him with confidence.

I called Westco Rooter with a plumbing emergency and they were at my house within the hour, as promised. My toilets would not flush and the water in the showers would not drain. With 2 boys and their friends at the house, I definitely needed a working bathroom. Garry Karayan showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem with the use of a camera. It turns out my old pipes had accumulated so much rust, that the build-up was causing a blockage in the main line. He used a technique called hydro-jetting to unclog the pipes. Garry was very informative about hydro-jetting and explained to me in detail why hydro-jetting was the best solution to remedy the current problem. The procedure was quick and all bathrooms were fully functional within an hour after he had arrived. Garry was very conscientious and covered his shoes before entering the house and cleaned up following the completion of the job. I am so pleased with the service I received and am relieved that I finally found a plumber and plumbing company I can trust. I highly recommend Garry Karayan and Westco Rooter!

This guy is good! Very thorough & doesn't mind explaining everything he's doing.

Our previous plumber retired, so we were unsure whom to call to unclog a bathroom sink. Gary came over at the time promised & quickly unclogged the sink. We were very happy with his demeanor & honesty so we decided have him repair our sprinkler system valves as well, which he repaired & made better than previous.

A couple weeks later the same bathroom sink clogged again. Gary promptly came over at no charge & snaked the drain. Once again a couple weeks later the same drain clogged at which time Gary understood there was more of problem than a simple clog. After hydrojetting didn't work, Gary determined it was necessary to change out the drain pipe that ran under the slab of the house. He explained the cost of that but also told us there is possibly a cheaper method of repair that wouldn't necessitate digging into the slab if the clog was situated in the section of pipe within the wall. We allowed Gary to try that & it worked! Saving us a ton of money and inconvenience in disassembling the bathroom vanity & destroying the floor.

Without hesitation, Gary is now our ""go to"" plumber! He is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest.

I had a drain pipe break under my house and it was dumping water into my crawl space. Every plumber I called won't even go down there until a water damage restoration company dries out the area. They always had ""their guy"" who came out and wanted thousands of dollars to dry it out, which takes 4 days, before the plumber would repair the pipe. That means 4-5 days of not using the kitchen sink and the loss of usage to 1 bathroom. Luckily, I found Westco. Garry does both plumbing AND water damage restoration. Since he was down there, he fixed the pipe first so we had water right away. I guess you could say that Garry is ""THE GUY!""

Had a clog. Saw good reviews and $79 clog cost. Called up, and Garry was there within a few hours (he gave me a window and arrived within 15 minutes of the window opening, which was awesome).

I showed him where everything was, and went back to working from home. He fixed the clog, charged me $79, and didn't push any other services.

He provided exactly what was promised, and nothing more, which is exactly what I wanted.

I always worry I'm going to get hard sell conned into some huge cost because things I don't understand are ""wrong"". You don't need to worry about that with Garry.
