I had problems with roots in the main pipe. I called Westco Rooter and they came the same day. Gary explained the problem and showed me roots in the camera. He called his coworker which came with the hydro-jet. An hour later they were done, they are very professional and very reasonably priced. We called Garry to remove a broken garbage disposal. He answered the phone himself, was very courteous, and agree to come that day. He arrived on time and went many extra miles to make certain he had the right parts. He laid out a drop cloth to protect our floor and when he was done everything was spotless clean. Best of all, he was honest and upfront about pricing.

My husband called and Garry was knocking on the door within 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose that the problem was with the clogged kitchen drain pipe. He gave us options on what he can do to fix it - thankfully the cheaper option that required less work was a success! He even replaced the drain plug for free and check the pipes under the sink to be sure there's no leaking. We really appreciated his honesty and we highly recommend him!

Garry and his team are true professionals. My house required new sewer pipe due to the original 70 year old pipes breaking. It took Garry and his team less than two days to add the new sewer pipe outside and under the house.

Garry was not pushy or trying to sell me the job, especially since it was a large job. He was straight forward and gave me options with best case worst case scenarios. I asked lots of questions which he patiently answered. Also, since I'm a visual person, he also showed me all the cracks and broken pieces of the pipe with the inspection camera so I could better understand the problem.

Each day Garry and team were prompt/on-time, courteous, respectful, and hard workers. They did an awesome job on the cleanup too - even though a trench was dug and concrete broken through to reach certain parts of the pipe, everything was returned back to normal.

I definitely recommend Westco Rooter 110% for any small or large plumbing needs.
