These guys are great! Really responsive and fair. We had a minor issue with a toilet hose leak. Garry returned my call immediately, came over that night, and quickly replaced the hose.

First we had a broken water line in our front yard on a weekend. We called three companies which listed 24 hour servile and Sundays. All three could do nothing before Monday.We called Westco Rooter because of their reviews and location.Danny told me he would come look in 30 minutes. He came and determined our 50 year old metal piped were falling apart and in need od replacement. After seeing the old pipes it was clear the whole line had to be replaced which was expensive. He and assistant returned and began the work. 8 hours Sunday. The Boss Garry also came by to help. Then all day Monday they worked. Very pleasant and thoughtful. Advised when water had to turned off etc.We could be happier with their work. We would recommend for any job. D Fore

Sadly, we have gone through a number of plumbing companies due to some issues with our pipes so I feel like I am more than qualified to leave this review. Garry is THE MAN. He is honest, fast, and reliable. His work is top quality. He is about as legitimate as you are ever going to get. Because of him, I know more about plumbing, city standards, licensing, permits, inspections, and pipe liners than I ever cared to. I can't tell you how I wished that we would have found Westco Rooter years ago. It would have saved us so much time and money to just get it done the right way the first time. They do not take short cuts and honestly, with something as important as plumbing, you shouldn't.

Seriously, Don't read any other reviews. Don't look at any other companies. Call Garry now.

I had a ""misting"" pipe at the back of the house and Garry showed up quickly--within 20 mins upon calling (guess I got lucky). He assessed the situation and laid out my situation and plain terms. He gave a reasonable quote and we coordinated for him to come out the next morning, which he did. During the repair, we ran into several obstacles and the cost went up a bit--reasonable given the new situation. He persistently stayed behind for several hours (and even ran to another appointment and returned), and took care of my job completely. I'd hire him for future jobs and would recommend his services.
