We called Garry to remove a broken garbage disposal. He answered the phone himself, was very courteous, and agree to come that day. He arrived on time and went many extra miles to make certain he had the right parts. He laid out a drop cloth to protect our floor and when he was done everything was spotless clean. Best of all, he was honest and upfront about pricing.

My husband called and Garry was knocking on the door within 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose that the problem was with the clogged kitchen drain pipe. He gave us options on what he can do to fix it - thankfully the cheaper option that required less work was a success! He even replaced the drain plug for free and check the pipes under the sink to be sure there's no leaking. We really appreciated his honesty and we highly recommend him!

Garry and his team are true professionals. My house required new sewer pipe due to the original 70 year old pipes breaking. It took Garry and his team less than two days to add the new sewer pipe outside and under the house.

Garry was not pushy or trying to sell me the job, especially since it was a large job. He was straight forward and gave me options with best case worst case scenarios. I asked lots of questions which he patiently answered. Also, since I'm a visual person, he also showed me all the cracks and broken pieces of the pipe with the inspection camera so I could better understand the problem.

Each day Garry and team were prompt/on-time, courteous, respectful, and hard workers. They did an awesome job on the cleanup too - even though a trench was dug and concrete broken through to reach certain parts of the pipe, everything was returned back to normal.

I definitely recommend Westco Rooter 110% for any small or large plumbing needs.

Garry is an excellent resource of knowledge and a great guy! He is my go to plumber for my home in Winnetka. I had called him over to take a look at what I had thought would be a minor plumbing/water damage repair. Garry told me that this was definitely not and recommended that I call my insurance right away. It turned out to be a $20k+ job that I had Garry do the water damage restoration for. Westco rooter is terrific!!! Garry was super sweet and awesome!!! My sink was clogged and Garry arrived 20mins after, while at it I also told him to fix my bathtub since the water was going down slowly. And everything worked fine after! Few days later my toilet started to clogged (I guess the house pipes are just to rusty and old) then I call Garry again, of corse he fixed like a champ! Thank you so much for the excellent services! Highly recommended!

My drain pipe was broken and clogged by the dirt and rocks. Garry did a great job to locate the broken pipes, replace the pipes, and thoroughly hydro-jet the whole drain system with a reasonable price. He is honest, knowledgable, and responsible rooter.
