I heard about Ray from a mom in a group and I am so happy I called him. We've been having serious issues with our water temperature changing when more than one spout is being used, terrible water pressure. DWP said it wasn't an issue with them so I called Ray. They were able to come the next day to check it out. They provided us with an honest option and did a part replacement that has completely changed the water pressure in our house. It's like a night and day difference. Price is very reasonable and staff is knowledgeable and kind. Thank you guys so much. We've been suffering for so long and now it's like we have a spa shower! Highly recommend!

My kitchen, bathroom and main line were all leaking into my foundation, called Raymond at Westchester Plumbing, they were out with a quote in less than an hour . His team re-piped my house in 2 days. Professional, on-time, efficient and literally left my house cleaner then when they arrived. If i could give 10 stars I would, they truely deserve it. If you are thinking of calling anyone else (like Nexgen) hang the phone up now.

I'm very pleased with Westchester Plumbing. Two men came and did an awesome job resetting my commode. For crying out loud, Fred cleaned up the area where he worked. I hope I don't need to call the plumber again, but if I have to, it's going to be Westchester Plumbing.

Westchester plumbing has solved several plumbing problems for me over the past few years, and they are the type of company you want to have on your speed dial. The owner Ray is great to work with, and each of the crews that have come to my home have been professional in identifying and solving the problem. Today was a a great example. I had water dripping from my ceiling and needed to get to a meeting for work. When I explained my situation, Ray offered up a time slot mid-day, but then said he'd try to get someone there sooner. I was relieved when a crew showed up about an hour and a half earlier than the time slot, and that allowed me to get to my meeting on time. The difficult to find leak has now been fixed. Thank you!

This was a great crew who came out this afternoon to fix my plumbing problem. Mike and Willy were very professional, polite, and friendly. They made a very nice impression because they were affable and easy to work with. Raymond (the owner) even called to tell me the plumbers were going to be a wee bit late by 10-15 minutes. Now, a simple phone call reflects the value of solid customer service. This is my first experience with Westchester Plumbing and if I have other plumbing problems...I will call this company for sure. Good manners go a long way with me and clearly, these gentlemen know the value of good customer service.

Not only do we look for someone we can trust but if lucky, we've known them all of our lives! Yes, Raymond is an Angelino, Culver City to be exact. Many don't know that true Angelinos are grounded and we are more like family. Many of us are still local and we see each other often. When I found out Raymond was a plumber, I called him right away. That was over 20 years ago. My mother, a hair stylist, use to do his mom's hair and we went to the same elementary school. Raymond is a family man and a respectable businessman. Raymond and crew have always been professional. Yes, every now-and-then, they have an emergency and my time slot is advanced or pushed back. I'm not worried about their loyalty to help customers with emergencies. I'm actually really glad that they prioritize emergencies. They've installed tankless water heaters, replaced faucets, snaked drains, installed water filtration systems, fixed leaks, unclogged drains and toilets, Earthquake strapped water heaters, told me that whoever connected my washer left a part out and brought the missing part and installed it for me. I don't have to search for parts and hope they fit. They purchased, pickup, remove, install, clean up, and haul any old times. I trust them with my home, my mom's home, and my townhouse rental. I don't worry about my bill, his prices are fair and his work is guaranteed.

Our bathroom sink and shower was clogged ( slow draining) which quickly turned into a stoppage. I called Raymond at Westchester Plumbing and he dispatched two plumbers the next morning. I was quoted a time frame between 8:30- 9:30 AM. The plumbers promptly arrived at 8:30AM and started the job once they were briefed. They were both wearing facial coverings, and took precautions to cover the bathroom floor to keep it from getting dirty. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes after the drains were snaked. The price was surprisingly fair considering the prices that many plumbing companies charge. I would highly recommend this business to my family and friends.
