Ray Hernandez is the owner and answers the phone himself. He is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The crew Ray sent out was professional, did a good job, and used high quality parts made of brass (not the cheap stuff). After they replaced my bathtub hardware, the faucet was leaking because of a defective part (no fault of theirs). They came back the next week to fix the leaking faucet without charge. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.

Great crew. I needed to change a new main shut off valve and install a pressure regulator. They showed up earlier than expected to look at the pipes and make sure they had the right parts. They got the work done in less than two hours, and also helped solve an issue with the cold water in one of the bathroom sinks. They were very professional and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of their work. Definitely, the right people to call.

They came right in middle of 2 hour window. Very polite and friendly. Had a
blockage that required a snake, and a loose faucet. Fixed both quickly, and
