I was calling around to various places in the area about installing a new toilet. I had put a lot of thought into the toilet choice, but learned upon arrival that most places wanted a huge lot of money, almost the cost of the toilet itself, to do the install. I learned this was because we had chosen a one-piece design, and so it was heavier and thus more difficult to move and to install. After searching for a solution and weighing the option of doing it myself, I got a callback from West Sound with an offer at about half of what the other places wanted, and so I decided to use them instead.

One thing that surprised me was the speed. When I got a call back (after approving of their pricing), they were ready to come out within 30 minutes! I didn't realize they would be that fast, and couldn't account for that as I had existing plans, but still, nice to know they can be very prompt. Asked them to come out the next day instead, and so a young fella came out the next day, was courteous and professional, and installed the new toilet without much fuss. Also hauled the old toilet away for a fair rate. I have no complaints, everything worked out well.

My freeze proof hose bib (out door faucet) froze due to a hose being connected to it and the lack of a bib cover (there were none available in town at the time) of course.
Caleb and Ramon from West Sound Plumbing were assigned the job. They showed up on time, masked, (the entire time they were on site) were polite, respectful, and very professional.
They performed the necessary repair in minimum time, cleaned up the mess (not much of one anyway), gave me a review of what they did, and installed a thermal cover on my new bib. We talked about a hot and cold outdoor bib I have and I was advised on how best I could protect it from freezing.
I'm very please with the whole process from Jessica and Dawn the young ladies that answer the phone (a wonderful voices for the company, they are polite, respectful, and very professional too; to the Repair crew!
The estimator, Josh came by a day early (but not without checking with me first (thank you Jessica!) and looked over the job. We talked a bit and I got educated on hose bibs!
In between Josh's visit and the repair team of Ramon and Caleb we again contacted West Sound Plumbing for an estimate on a tank-less water heater. Austin, the estimator came by; again on time, and looked over our needs and gave us an education on tank-less water heating, options and requirements. Austin was very polite, respectful, and very (I'm sensing a trend here...) professional as well. The estimate was received on time, easy to understand and competitive too!
We're very pleased with West Sound Plumbing; from the first call to the last it has been a refreshing experience.
We've had poor customer service from other companies on much larger jobs; you won't be sorry for calling West Sound!

This is the second review in a month for West Sound Plumbing. They came to fix leaks in our master bathroom and needed a part and had to come back. The first time were 2 of their plumbers, Ramon and Caleb. This time it was Ramon by himself. I have nothing but good things to say about these 2 individuals. They arrive on time, remove their shoes so they don't track dirt into the house, and are always very professional. This time Ramon took care of the problem in no time flat. I got their name thru my home Warranty Program, American Home Shield, and am I glad I did. They are the best.
