Hat's off to West Sound Plumbing! It's difficult today to the find QUALITY service I received from West Sound. This company more than delivered. Not only did the Crew arrive when they said they would, do the work they were contracted to do, leave the work area clean and devoid to left over materials etc. but they are warm and friendly. Austin is delibert in his actions ensuring quality work. He and his team installed new gas lines, met with the City (managing the permit process). Austin also was aware of the aesthetics of exposed pipe lines working to minimize negative visual. When asked to return to extend the lines for an additional outlet (fireplace insert) he came without hesitation and, again, delivered the goods. We had what was a simple garbage disposal replacement. Caleb was our technician and he was amazing. He arrived within the time stated. As the replacement job progressed, Caleb found more issues and without a second thought, he made not just one but two trips to the hardware store. The job was complete and Caleb was so friendly and professional and so knowledgeable when he needed to troubleshoot. We really appreciated him and if we have another project which I am sure we will, we would love to have Caleb come and help us. I called West Sound to do the dirty job of cleaning out a 2"" drain line in my crawlspace that was 1/2 full of 20 years worth of gunk from the kitchen sink. Ramon from West Sound came out and did the work with great professionalism and stayed in constant communication with me about the best means of going about the work and the cost to do so. I've worked with another plumbing outfit in the area before which was not a positive experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by West Sound Plumbing Service. Ramon was great knowledgeable and courteous. He helped with a clog upstairs and was able to find the main issue to the septic tank. I called the Septic company and he worked with the Septic company over the phone and discussed what he had done and found which was amazingly helpful! If I could give the give the guy 6 stars I would! Making the appt was very easy with the gentleman that answered the phone and Ramon was right on time and made his work quick and efficient. Absolutely recommend West Sound Plumbing.

This company has its act together. The tech entered our home wearing a mask and was exceptionally courteous, professional and accommodating. He installed all 3 new toilets in less than 3 hours and his work done well and cleanly. He took special care to ensure that there were no leaks and that all toilets functioned properly. I will use this company anytime in the future when plumbing work is required. These guys are clearly the best!!!

Long story short: please triple check with the associates who run the office that your work can get done on a time frame that you can live with.

They have multiple associates at their location with with no knowledge of plumbing that can not communicate properly about plumbing jobs and how to complete the job in a timely manner. I had an evaluation of a leaking wall and broken temperature knob in April to work with my property management company to make the appropriate steps to fix my bathroom. The next time I heard from the plumbing company I was told they were going to come fix my bathroom within the hour on September 25. This is months longer then an appropriate wait time. I was willing to change my day to get the repairs done. Within the hour I was called told they can not do the repairs today and that my day can go back to how it was thank you.
