I requested a quote from West Plumbing and received an answer very quickly. They were able to have someone come out and fix my toilet within two hours of my phone call and within the time that was promised. Peter did an excellent job and was very courteous and patient with my five year old daughter who wanted to talk to him while he was at our house. I did the home depot/lowes route 4 times to get my kitchen sink drain correct, and it still leaked. James came to our house and gave me the option to have a cheaper repair, or a full re-build of the drain pipe. I really appreciated being given that choice.

Within an hour, James fixed what took me hours of frustration and 4 trips to stores to do. Well worth the investment because now I know it is fixed for good.

I came home from work and I had a puddle of water in my garage. It was coming from my water softener. I called my home warranty and they said they don't cover water softeners. So I yelped West Plumbing...called and he came in 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the softener. He drove to Home Depot and brought it over right away and installed it. He was quick and efficient. I will definitely use west plumbing again!

I had west plumbing replace an undercounter stainless sink with a neoroc drop in over granite. They had to cut the granite to fit the sink in. Stainless was too much of a scratch headache. Jim was the guy who did the work with his partner. They were not exceptional, they were better than that if there is another word to describe them. The work was top shelf quality, perfect fit and even added a hot water dispenser to boot. A little messy with granite dust but nothing a cleaning service couldn't handle. Prices were fair and I would highly recommend this company hands down for your plumbing needs. Great job. Thank you
