Andrew did a good job, but I think nearly $3,000 to re-pipe a kitchen sink drain and a washing machine drain, which are only two feet apart was outrageous. In addition, I'm left with a gaping three foot hole in my exterior block wall that they just covered with plywood. My regular maintenance guy (who was unfortunately unavailable) would never have left me with a huge hole in my wall and walked away, especially for that much money.

I am giving this company a poor review. My house was clogging due to the main and I called them on home advisor for an emergency and they left me clogged over night and came back the next day. They also charged me for removing the toilet and putting back the toilet when they never fixed it through the toilet. This company is crap. Once they supposedly cleared my drain, within 24 hours my house was back backing up. they do not know how to properly snake a drain and they over charge you for work that they cannot or did not do. I am having to call them back a 3rd time to fix what I paid for that they never fixed. This better be covered under warranty. I suggest you stay away from this company on any type of snaking.

James and team helped with installing new handles and cartridges in our two bathrooms about a year ago. His responsiveness is astounding, and his prices were extremely competitive compared to the other bids I received. As this is a vacation property for us, it was critical that I was able to coordinate all the details with him remotely, give him access to the property, and arrive with the work finished. About a year later, the Mixet handle continued slipping causing the water to not shut off completely and making it impossible to adjust the water temperature (not due to any bad install by James' team but rather due to the Mixet design which we had to continue using because this was consistent with the original install). I reached out to James to see if he can help trouble shoot. He responded immediately and came out to fix the issue quickly. Love the outstanding service he provided and continued to provide. I highly recommend West Plumbing with James at the wheel.

They didn't gallop up on white horses but they did Save The Day!

Entire downstairs is torn up, refrigerator and W/D are in the dining room. Stove is outside. We have a tight timeline for the various sub-contractors who are lined up to keep this downstairs renovation moving along.........and THEN we hit (literally) a big black pipe as we are cutting down what we thought was a decorative half wall....gulp

Tile guy knows a ""plumbing guy"" - makes a call - bright and early next morning JAMES shows up with his trusty right hand man and an hour later we are back on schedule! Price seemed MORE THAN FAIR given our dire circumstances and my obvious lack of leverage to get bids and squabble about nickels!

I've had many contractors to my house over a thirty yer span. West Pumbing does what they say they will with competency and efficiency. But beware of a sliding cost scale. Apparently, James will bid a job based on what he thinks he can milk you for. I broke my rule of getting 3 bids for the job they they did, and I regret it.

He is professional, arrived early, clearly explained everything, kept his work area clean through this work, made everything look and work like new and did it in a timely manner. West Plumbing provided a 2 year warranty on their work. Could not ask for a better company to do business with! Hands down, would recommend this company to anyone!
