West Coast Sewer Inspection is amazing to work with! I'm a realtor and I schedule them for all of my client Sewer Camera Inspections and my own of course. They are really easy to schedule, responsive, and they know their stuff. They are able to show you the sewer scope right there at the property which is really helpful to know where your sewer lines are exactly. They can answer any questions my clients and I had and offer great suggestions for repairs if needed, but they don't try to upsell you like other places. West Coast Sewer has some great inspectors that are overall great people, professional, and knowledgeable!

Can not recommend enough! The home buying process is tough and the team made it easier. Bronzon came over to do an inspection of the sewage line for me, and he was great. He was able to find access to the line, even though there wasn't a main access pipe in the yard, without having to remove the toilet. He was very efficient, and walked us through the video and the inspection in a way we could easily understand the issues and the remedies needed, along with the projected costs. Very efficient, professional, helpful, and thorough. I would highly recommend West Coast Sewer Inspection for their services. I know I will be using them in the future again.

He mad this whole process so streamlined and easy. The communication was top notch. The inspection was incredibly thorough and explained in terms I could easily understand. Responsive. Accommodating. Knowledgeable. Personable.
When we entered escrow 15 days ago, we knew right away that we would be getting the sewer scoped. We didn't know anyone in the area, so we were ready to do our research via yelp, google, etc. However, when confirming a general inspection date with our home inspector, I ended up mentioning that we were going to try and hire someone to do a sewer scope. Our General Inspector informed us that he highly recommended Bronzon, and sent me his number. Since we were on a tight deadline, I sent Bronzon a message ASAP. I informed him that we were having our home inspected in a few days, Tuesday at 8am. I asked if I could get a quote, and inquired about his availability. He responded right away, asking where the home was located. He gave me a price, and informed me that he could be at the home at the same time as out inspector. On inspection day, Bronzon was prompt, as he arrived just before we got to the home. Mask on and COVID compliant. Yet, he was still super personable. He explained what he would be doing, what he'd be looking for etc. He ended up figuring out that our clean-out was inside the home. He brought his equipment in, and conducted the scope. He then came outside, and explained EVERYTHING. He first gave a brief rundown. Then he turned on his screen, and talked us through what we were seeing. He was able to show us that everything was pretty clear, and then pointed out some roots to watch out for. He also provided an explanation on the different types of pipes we were seeing, what was good, what was still used today etc. After it all, he discussed things we may want to look for/consider in the future. In our case, he mentioned the benefits of having an outside clean-out vs. an inside. He doesn't do that type of work himself, but was able to call a plumber contact (on the spot) to give a ball-park number on what something like that may cost. He also mentioned possible rescoping in the future, to check on roots, to see if they had grown. Again, this was just helpful info for the future.
Bronzon could have easily done the scope, sent us the video w/commentary and called it a day. But he literally took the time to explain everything, and provided really good information--after all, a home is a HUGE investment. By the afternoon, the video was in our e-mail inbox. We will definitely be recommending Bronzon to others.

I highly recommend West Coast Sewer Inspection and hydro-jetting. I had a landscape drain that was clogged with roots and every time we had a decent rain, the water would back up along our side yard. Bronzon was able to come out to our house and run a camera up the line to identify where the roots were and hydro-jet the line to clear out all the roots. He used the camera to re-inspect the line multiple times to clear out any roots that remained, until the line was clear for the full length from the street to the back yard. I had a plumbing company quote me 3 times what Bronzon charged, so be careful who you call. Bronzon provided great customer service, explained what he was doing, and answered all of my questions.

We are in the process of buying a home and wanted to make sure our connection from the house to the city sewer was in good condition. Bronzon showed up and quickly went to work once we explained where things were. In less than 45 minutes he was able to show us a video of the inside of our pipes all the way to the sewer. He explained the whole process from start to finish and made everything easy to understand.

I can't recommend using WCSI enough!
