Bronzon is the most professional, thorough, and friendly sewer inspector you can find. Met him on my first ever sewer inspection, and he was kind enough to explain everything in detail so that I can understand every aspect of it. He even taught me about what materials were used, why, and the advantages/disadvantages of each kind.
Plus they're always on time and always have a smile on their face. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and they will tell you exactly how to solve the problems they see in the best way instead of just trying to get money from you.

He was a consummate professional and technically a very competent person who was determined to complete the job no matter what the obstacle. He took his time to figure out how to access the line in the absence of the cleanout and did a superb job finishing the job in a very clean and concise way.
