I am a Manhattan Beach resident and spoke to six companies that provided hydrojet services all who were mechanical in their responses. I felt Bronzon wanted to understand my problem first before recommending anything. I had clogged area drains near my pool area with roots inside my pipes that had built up over the years. Bronzon and Nimo came out, quickly decided what needed to be done and went to work hydrojetting the problem away. I appreciated the explanations along the way and the clean-up after the job was done. Bronzon saved me! I hired a terrible sewer camera person originally who literally missed everything, like cracks in my sewer line! Bronzon came and unfortunately had to tell me the bad news, but he was very helpful, generous with his time and offered lots of solutions. Even though I had to make some repairs to my sewer, his inspection saved me from thousands of dollars of future problems. 1) I would never buy a house again without Bronzon coming to inspect it, and 2) I will 100% have him come on a regular basis to clean out my sewer lines and keep them in tip top shape. I mean, look at this photos - all I have to do is point to my plumber exactly where to dig and how deep. I also got a personalized video of my sewer line that I can use to show the issues inside. I love that he is focused, knowledgeable, and building a good team of people who will be just as professional and responsible as he is!

I had my sewer main clogged with tree roots, and had a plumbing company come out and temporary cleared it with the snake. The plumbing company suggested that I need to do a hydro-jetting to fully clean out the tree roots in the sewer line. They gave an estimate for about $900, but the price sounded just too much. Glad that I searched Yelp and texted Bronzon with West Coast Sewer, he responded quickly and provided an estimate, very upfront, for half the price compared to the other one. After he did the work and sent me the before, during and after video of the sewer line. He also provided a detailed report on the condition of my sewer line, very professional. I highly recommend Bronzon for his great customer service, professionalism, fair pricing, and workmanship.

Bronzon was incredible! We're buying a house that has both sewer lines and septic tanks on site which was disclosed late in the process. We scrambled to get inspections in a short period and Bronzon came out on a weekend at 8am so we could meet our deadlines.

His thorough inspection discovered TWO septic tanks on site and though he doesn't specialize in septic he dropped a camera down anyway to help us out and get an idea of what we were dealing with.

(For reference, our septic inspector did a 5 minute walk through, locating only one tank and tried to charge us for nothing.)

I cannot recommend West Coast Septic enough and especially Bronzon. He spent two hours with us answering all our questions and providing us with valuable information.
